Very nice MB dealership. The showroom is very clean with good amount of inventory. John Modica and Eugene Ho are very friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable in explaining the different models we were interested in. They were very passionate to ensure we picked out the car we want. Their suggestions helped us make our decision much easier. We are very pleased with the entire process in buying the car we really like. This is one of the few car dealerships I would recommend.
The overall experience at buying a vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton has been to my complete satisfaction. I got in touch with Mr. Jamie Rosales (Sales Associate) whose help was wonderful, his patience was up to the mark. I took my own sweet time selecting the right one. There was a point in the process where I lost some confidence and would have just passed the opportunity of buying a new one, but Jamie helped me resolve all my issues, helped me get a really sweet deal and finally, I walked out with a brand new Mercedes. To add a cherry on the top, Mr. David Lin (Finance Manager), helped me with my final finances and helped me get a perfect quote for future services and maintenance of the vehicle. Signed my paperwork and became a member of the Mercedes family.
Excellent services and great price! I especially want to thank to Jeff Lao who is my sales manager helping me getting the best deal and super friendly customer service experiences! Also big thank you to David Lin(panda) who is the financing manager there helping me with all the financing and contract paperwork. Lena helped me walked through the car specifications and set up. Everyone was so nice in this dealership! If you want get a Mercedes, go to the Mercedes in Pleasanton, don’t go to any other location, don’t ask me why, as I have gone through too much and had terrible services/prices elsewhere. Thank you team of Mercedes at Pleasanton, thank y’all!!
Just had my Moms C300 repair at this dealership, excellent experience! We would like to thank Marco Regacho, great to work with, explained all the details to my Mom for the issues, check out the parts warranties, very knowledgeable and professional, and got the best deal for us. We will definitely go back for all the services and repairs! Highly recommend!
Awesome dealership.I’d say every purchase process involve 2 parts. Car itself and dealership/sales team. This time finally these ingredients were at highest level. My sales manager was Mostafa. Extremely knowledgeable person. The guy you want to work together.I got my car in awesome condition and the whole process of purchasing car was pleasant.Keep it up!
The staff was courteous, however not very cooperative. I requested to nust check tbe code on Check Engine light and i was told to leave the car for the night, as they will not get to it until the next day. Things that may get done in 5 to 10 minutes should.not need the full day. I did not have an appointment.. agreed, but I am pretty sure they could at least do a quick check on what the issue might look like by reading a code.
I got my MB from here in 2017. Was in contact with both Jay and Michael for a potential lease for an E-class. They have both stopped replying to my emails. Not sure if it’s a mistake, but for two separate advisors to not follow-up with me while I’m on the market for a new MB (while also considering BMW), I am disappointed. Love my current C-class but I will be switching brands.
I have been a client of Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton for well over 8 years now. I have never found a better dealership and service team than the one at Mercedes-Benz of pleasanton. My service representative, Mike, has become much more to me than just a service rep, he is now a dear friend. He has been relentless in making sure I am thrilled with the performance of services rendered each and every time I take my car in. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly and that when I leave with my car I am thrilled with everything thats been done. I wouldnt think of taking my car anywhere else and I dont think I could find a better service rep then Mike Ingram.
Good experiences. Leased two cars from them, a 2015 GLA 250 and a 2019 SLC which was custom ordered. It took about six months but was worth the wait the salesman whos name escapes me now kept us informed on a monthly basis. Service department has always been great and very easy to work with. very efficiently run with a call out to Mike Ingrim our service manager
Nice Dealership, competent administration of Service Department. Better treatment here over two other dealers in Oakland, CA and Orlando South, FL. Reason for visit was for AEM Recall Warranty work on my Sprinter RV. One critical thought, the loaner I was given was a very nice car. A Mercedes C 300, however, no one covered the basics, seat adjust, radio operation etc. Suggest they start familiarization program for their loaners. There was a world of difference between my 2016 Sprinter and a 2021 C300 controls.
I purchased my 2012 Mercedes C250 from Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton in 2014. They have performed all maintenance and repair services since the time of purchase. In January of 2021, I brought my car in for a repair that was not covered by warranty and was estimated to cost $1400 plus tax. After shopping around at nearby foreign car repair establishments (all of which quoted me a price far lower than Mercedes of Pleasanton), I decided to continue having Mercedes of Pleasanton perform my repairs, including this one. When the repairs were completed, I picked up my car and drove a short distance home. The next time I drove the car, I reached into my console and found that all of the gift cards (roughly $900 in value) were missing, stolen actually. No one other than me and Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton had access to my car. I called on January 25, 2021, the next business day to address the issue and was told someone would get back to me within 24-hours. It took management two weeks before they called me back saying, “They’ll investigate the matter.”. Approximately 7 ½ weeks passed before management got back to me saying “Yes, an employee had stolen from me.” and approximately 5 months passed before I was reimbursed the gift card value. To add insult to injury, management initially offered me a service credit of $745, which is $155 less than the total value of the gift cards, to be used at their dealership. When I said a service credit would not work for me, they said it was either a service credit or nothing. I tried contacting Mercedes Benz USA to see if they could help but received a generic response stating that each dealership is independently owned and to contact the dealership directly. I had to contact upper management multiple times to get the issue resolved. My biggest concern is that not only was there no sense of urgency in fixing the wrong done to me by one of their employees, their mismanagement of the situation and utter dismissal of me, their loyal customer, made it seem like they were doing me a favor when I was the violated party. They werent very apologetic, were slow in rectifying the situation (crime actually, let’s face it, their employee stole), and did not make me feel like a valued customer of 7 years. I had every intention of purchasing a Mercedes GLB for my next car, but I cannot in good conscience purchase a Mercedes knowing that this is how this dealership and their corporate parent company treats their customers. I’d encourage you to think twice before giving your money to any business that is not interested in valuing their customers and quickly fixing substantial errors like employees stealing from customers. I’ve attached a partial breakdown of the timeline of events ans a full time line in photo form. I hope this helps.Timeline of Events1/19 – Delivered car for overnight drop-off.1/20 – Scheduled repair.1/21 – Repair completed; picked-up car; drove straight home.1/23 – Discovered gift cards were missing. (1st time driving since repair)1/25 – Contacted service advisor to report missing items. Told I would be contacted in 24-hours.1/29 – Sent text to service advisor re status of claim.02/01- Called service advisor. Was asked to provide list of missing gift cards. Told I would receive a status update within 24-hours.02/05 – Called by Service Manager, informed she was aware of the situation and was investigating.02/11 – Received call from Service Manager stating that they were still investigating the matter.2/23 – Sent email to Mercedes Benz USA regarding this matter with updated gift card list.2/24 – Received generic response from Mercedes Benz USA (corporate parent) stating dealerships are independent, and that my letter would be forwarded to Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton3/19 – Received a call from Service Manager confirming that their employee had stolen my gift cards. Offered a service credit for $745.3/23 – Sent email to General Manager, Service Director, Service Manager asking for full cash refund of gift card value.See Photo...
I havent bought any car from this dealer yet but I found them honest and forthcoming with no sales pressure. I spoke with Jeff and he was honest and gave me good advice. Thank you Jeff!
Mostafa was very professional and answered all of my questions like a pro, he made the whole process of buying a car easy and smooth 👍🏼
Excellent service from Marco. Nice to have shuttle service too.
I owned and I still own Mercedes Benz, but I would like to mention that this dealership in Pleasanton is nothing but a rip off . They do everything the can do to steal your money, they sell you parts that you don’t need and at the end they never come down to the actual problem of your vehicle . I had enough for 15 years dealing with this place . I don’t trust this place and I will find myself another dealership . I work hard for the money that I earn .
Good but some of staff not supportive
Don’t buy anything from this location bought a Mercedes from them and found out it needed $10k in repairs. Also I had gotten in an accident unbeknownst to my body shop took it to them. They brought it in to get it looked at and when I got my car I noticed they stole and replaced my chamber kit and I know for a fact because I had just got them done not too long ago and you can clearly see they took some parts out of my car have pictures . Do not deal with them very gaslighting
Went in to see about getting monitors for the Benz head rest but no luck. Customer service was excellent as expected in any luxury car dealer.... Thank you for making feel like my money is worth something even if I showed up in shorts and flip-flops....😎
THIS DEALER LIESAND CHEATS PEOPLE BE CAREFUL. I usually do not file complaints but this dealer lied to me about the car I bought. When I called about it I was hung up on by the sales manger. I was cheated by them in reference to multiple issues. I purchased a Certified preowned SL 400 and was told they put four new tires ion the car. They looked very clean and I trusted the dealer because I could not imagine they would lie. I have had Mercedes cars for thirty years and always found their dealers honest. It is 8,000 miles later, when I had the car serviced by another dealer I was told the tires where never changed and I needed new tires for $2,200. There where a few other issues but the they blatantly lied about putting on all new tires. We where very clear that I would not purchasethe car without new tires and they assured me they where new.

David Serratos was great! We drove in after a day of waiting for a tow truck when we had a flat. It was late in the evening and the usherer and the receptionist weren’t sure if they could help us the same day. Dave came out to inspect the car and when we explained the situation went over and beyond to accommodate us on the same day. We were helped post service hours and treated with utmost care. He made friendly chat to keep us engaged. Thank you David for turning what would have been a rather exhausting and frustrating day into a great experience. Happy to recommend you and your services.
Our sales Rep, Kym “KC” Chu and the team at Pleasanton Mercedes Benz were absolutely amazing and they made our car buying experience personal and stress free. They were professional, knowledgeable and took care of all of our needs. A very smooth car purchasing process, thank you KC.
I didn’t wanted to do this, but had to post it after receiving bad experience the 2nd time and didn’t received a post service survey to provide feedback hence posting it here.First I went to buy my car here in Mar 2020 but sales manager didn’t cared about it, then I took my business to Fremont Mercedes. But today I had to wait for 30 minutes to pick up my car after service when I went their after 40 minutes of receiving a text that it is ready for pick up.Service advisor was quick, helpful and awesome though!
I paid $7500 for repair and less than a month same problems start again with my car(2017 GLC 300). Also my sunroof glass guides are broken and l believe this happened during the installation of sunroof shade. After l drop of my car to service they give me quote about what have to be done. They said have to replace sunroof shade but didnt mention about glass guides was broken until few hours before l pick up my car from service!
Had the pleasure of having Dan Heinz service my vehicle. He was an absolute pleasure!
Technician Shane for Services was awesome to work with! He kept me in the loop and explained stuff as he went along. Very easy going and honest staff at Pleasanton Mercedes Benz. Would use this dealership again.
Great service. The only thing missing was breakfast. 😁 Floridas MB dealership service breakfast to order🤷🏽♀️
Service Review- Reception was good, Service Advisor was great, professional and quick. Now... when you are waiting for your car, be prepared... grab a coffee, wander around the showroom (some cool rides in there), dont be in a hurry because it is going to take exponentially longer than the rest of your visit. Im surprised of the lack of urgency with porters outside. With the level of service and luxury one would expect the vehicle would be staged.
I was passing by and checked in to see if they had a CPO Mercedes I was looking for. Jamie Rosales professionally answered all my questions, cheerfully showed me inventory that they had, and was extremely informative about the models he showed me. If you’re in the market, ask for Jamie.
Never had such a great purchase experience. Best ever. Super fast and really nice. Will definitely suggest mark peyra to my friends and family!!!
Gary is my service specialist he is great
My service contact Mike Ingrim is outstanding! He consistently goes above and beyond to provide an extraordinary service experience. I go to the Pleasanton dealership because of Mike.I had my car serviced today and someone from the dealership came and picked up my car took it for service and returned the car to me. Both individuals in the pick up drop off offering were very professional. This was a fabulous experience! I’m am very grateful and the service exceeded all of my expectations.
We recently leased a GLE 350 at Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton and worked with Mike McClintic. He and his team were absolutely fantastic! Not only did they give us a great price on our trade as well as lease deal, the whole process was so streamlined that I was amazed at how well it went. Once we worked through the pricing and deal, they sent us the application online in advance of showing up. Once we got there the entire process literally took 30 min (they even had the car fully detailed and ready to go parked out front). I have purchased and leased cars far too many times and this was BY FAR the most streamlined and efficient process I have gone through. Very highly recommend Mike and his team and the dealership overall!
Very good customer service in auto parts they also speak spanish
My family and I have been buying cars here since I was 16 through only 1 guy named Patrick. He has always been transparent, friendly, and always tries his best to get the deal done for me. Will continue to be back as long as I continue to get good service and the best deals.
Their customer service is the best! Mark Peyra is extremely helpful and kind! I highly recommend this location because they have a wonderful team.
In Dealing with the internet sales person, Mostafa I found him to be less than organized, forgetting to attach spec sheets. He also quoted me a price on lease inquiry without providing any details. When I informed him of the large gap in pricing from the national to dealer, he told me :HI, the vehicle has far more options now and in return the MSRP increased & so do the monthly payment.I find him on the verge of rude, and failing to answer most questions in regard to my lease inquiry. I cant imagine anyone wanting to buy a car from this person. The Audi dealership in Pleasanton certainly doesnt speak to customers like this.
Excellent customer care! Mark was great. We highly recommend Him and Tim
Bought an absolutely beautiful car from this dealership. I am disappointed that after spending over $50,000 on it that they have NOT provided me with an owners manual and that the cars navigation was stripped clean. I absolutely love Mercedes and have had good luck with them. I may seek a different dealership however to work with.
Great customer service ! Friendly staff . Anand Patel was very efficient and helped us choose Mercedes GLS 450 . The black color in GLS 450 is in limited stock and that was a major drawback . Anand did his best and got us the best model available . Great service . Great car . Love the ambience . Well stocked refreshment corner for customers .
They now let you pay before you arrive which greatly speeds vehicle pick up!
Good customer service and they have always done a good job on my MLs
Mark Peyra at the dealership was really great.I was happy with the whole experience of buying a new car.
I was here today with a friend who was buying the car. It was good with the main sales associate but the manager Michael was rude and condescending when we were asking clarification questions on some of the paper work. He interrupted her, spoke with an impatient tone, and then as the discussion was ending, he walked off while she was mid sentence. How does someone with so little empathy and care for customer experience become a manager? I’m actually going to be in the market for a new car in about 3 months and I likely won’t be coming here. The managers don’t appear to be trained to think critically about an individual customer’s nuanced situation — “It’s just protocol” Michael kept saying — so what does that say about the organization? To be fair: our main salesman came to seek us out after we left and were in the parking lot discussing to give us more information, so that’s something.
Had such a wonderful experience from the online inquiry, to emails, to in person test driving. Barret was so AMAZING she helped me through everything and worked so hard to make sure I left with my beautiful vehicle. Hands down one of the most professional and loveliest people to work with, you can tell they really want to help here, this dealership is fantastic I definitely recommend going here!!
I went to look at the cheapest car on the lot. But they treated me like a king. It was such a good deal, I bought it on the spot. At 3 years old it was showroom new, yet they asked if I wanted Concierge service to make it perfect. I declined to let them get on to a real sale.Nine months later, out of the blue, I got a package from them. It was too heavy for a promotional polo shirt. In fact, the previous owner found the original manual and the spare key. They took the time and paid the courtesy to FedEx it to me. That is going above and beyond.
Huge shout out to Lance Nunez. On my way into Pleasanton from Sacramento I got a good latch message that wouldn’t go away and beeped like crazy so I stopped at this dealership. They were able to get me in and take a look at my car and give me a loaner car while they took a look even though they were busy. I had my pregnant wife and 2 daughters with me so being that Lance was able to help me out was amazing. Thanks so much Lance!!
I have to edit my initial bad review into a good one. Its a big car dealership and unfortunately not all employees are always good and friendly- to all customers as they should be. Though I still hope that quality assurance is taking notes. However, second time I had contact with MB Pleasanton, was with a sales person who was very friendly and professional. I ended up buying my dream car.Nevertheless, there is something that I would recommend doing; check the trade in offer for your old vehicle BEFORE the day you decide to buy!
Very friendly yet professional staff.
My overall experience was very bad, I wanted to see E class particularly as i wanted to check the seats. But the guy just left me in the car without even turning the ignition on and told me not to run away with the car lol. This is a Mercedes showroom. He did not even bother to ask me for a test drive and left me with the car. Please don’t waste your time here.
Had a slight issue at this dealer on New Years Eve. The situation cost me alot of time and some NYE Cheer. No more than 2020 did. As of now management has reached out and is attempting to resolve my issue . Which Im happy for.Getting new keys for newer Mercedes is hard enough already with them being dealer only. Having 2 CLA s that need keys made an already difficult situation slightly more time consuming. Here is to hoping the rest goes smoothly and is a sign of the year to come.Stay classie San Diego!
We had good time to purchase the car from this dealership. After talking on the phone and spend about 3 hours at Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton, we got the car. We had a good deal from Michael Badillo (Internet Sales Director) and Mike Malott (Internet Sales Manager), so if you want to purchase the car you can contact them. We definitely come back in the future to purchase another car from this dealership. A Plussssssssssssssssssssssssssss
Extremely professional, large car inventory, knowledgeable salespeople.
Great experience! Ask for Mike Malott, he will take care of you!
Absolutely outstanding service. I took my Metris in for the first time since purchasing the vehicle (used) and the customer service team looked up work history of my vehicle and found some parts under warranty and took care of it. I could not be more satisfied.
NOT RECOMMENDED for out of state purchase.Bought a car from MB of Pleasanton, it has been simply the worst car purchase experiences Ive ever had. the process took forever, the level of disorganization is mind boggling. agreed on a date for shipping the car and confirmed the date 3 times (last of which was one day before the agreed upon shipping date) but guess what, they didnt release the car on the agreed upon day! had to reschedule the shipping and caused a lot of unnecessary headache and stress...furthermore, the car arrived with no temp tags!!!! I cant drive my new car for 2 days because they cant generate a temp tag till the business office opens on Monday! imagine the disappointment when you cant drive your new car because the sales person didnt remember to get temp tags! I expected a headache free process since Im buying from Mercedes Benz but my experience with MB of Pleasanton has been a total disappointment.
Mow sales guy should work for kia, kid got now phone skills!
Horrible customer service. Tells you one thing then does a complete opposite, without even telling you or updating. I bought a usedCar from here and has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT GO HERE !
Very bad experience, person at the front was very nice and helpful but the sales consultant was very rude,he was not interested in selling the vehicle,we had questions but it seems like he was disinterested, very poor response.
This 5 star review is for my two service reps, Marco Regacho and especially Michael Ingrim, who recently substituted for Marco in his absence when I had to bring my car for a service that had been long overdue due to the escalating stress Ive been under as an essential worker during the COVID-19 Pandemic. My car had developed some unanticipated and, needless to say, upsetting problems and Michael handled the situation with such incredible sensitivity, and went above and beyond to ensure I that I was well taken care of, despite the various obstacles he himself had to face along the way. It hasnt been so easy to smile lately but Michael most definitely provided an experience that I could smile about, something Im sure Marco would have done as well based on my past experiences with him. I only hope they both know and understand how truly grateful I am.
The service Jenny Lam has provided, representing Mercedes Benz is beyond rude and nasty. I am not sure are all the sales associates like this or is it just her, but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone if that is the case.My dad and his friend had came here yesterday, and the car sales Jenny Lam agreed on the price to purchase the vehicle today. She ran a credit scored and told my dad he does not need a co-signer just come by tomorrow -- sign the paperworks and pay the down payment. My dad was skeptical because everything was just verbally agreed upon, and Jenny said its fine because she makes the calls and she is the manager (which she is not according to their website). Today, she said there was a problem and even with a co-signer we cannot proceed forward. I wrote an e-mail to the car sales manager, and he did not respond. Instead, I got a respond from Jenny Lam, herself. It is already wrong that she provided misleading information to the customer from the start to finish, but to now fire back at the customer --- making it sound like she is doing it out of our best interested is absurd.
Everything was going great for the first two weeks when when we purchased our Mercedes July 2018 then the check engine light came on. The gas gauge was bouncing up and down so I took it to Mercedes Benz of Sacramento to have them read the check engine code. It came back as P2068 error which was the fuel tank sending unit. Once I learned of this I contacted our salesman at Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton who is Anand and explained to him that I was very disappointed on purchasing this vehicle and having the check engine light come on and it has not been 30 days. Anand was very respectful of my concerns and right away he took hands on to make sure I was taken cared of with this issue since we did purchase this used vehicle as is. Anand said he will contact the general manager to explain our situation and will call me back. Within 1 hour Anand called and said not to worry and they will repair whats needed and to drop off the car when its convenient for us. We live in Sacramento and its a good 1.5 hour drive to Pleasanton which we did not mind. Dropped the vehicle off on Saturday and by Thursday Anand called us and said our vehicle was ready. Wife is very happy. A huge thank you to Anand.
Our salesman Mike McClintic was exceptional! From the very beginning of our inquiry process down the the very day we made our purchase, Mike answered all our questions in a friendly and timely manner. He was available by phone as well as text and email. He knew we were coming a long distance that day and was considerate of our time, having all the paperwork ready for us when we arrived as well as having the car detailed, fueled up and ready to go. He gave us complimentary gifts and made us feel very comfortable at the dealership. He took time to explain the cars features and made sure our cellphones were hooked up and synced before we left. We cannot say enough good about Mike.Way to go! Keep up the good work and we LOVE our car!
Like all Mercedes-Benz branded places, this place has a definite premium feel. All the latest models are prominently displayed on the showroom. Many of the vehicles are the top of the line models with lots of extras. Ample parking spots with room to maneuver. There are no pushy salesmen to hustle you to buy a car.All vehicles are unlocked and free to see and experience.Places like this should always be rated 4 stars, since there is always room for improvement.
Mike Pearce has been taking care of all of our familys car service needs for almost two decades! He is extremely knowledgeable and checks back to make sure our cars are running smoothly! Thanks Mike! 🚘
Excellent service from the parts department, on the phone and in person
This dealership is the worst Mercedes Dealership I have experienced. I had the most horrific experience today which culminated in me paying $275 for a carwash!!! DO NOT purchase your vehicle here! This dealership is not living up to everything I have grown to love and respect about Mercedes!
Awesome service from service advisor Tom Sacco as always. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. A great asset to the company! And Shop Foreman Mike Correa took his time to make sure if we have any concerns or unsure things whole process. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly.Best experience. Thank you!
It was fast and people where super nice
If you need anything done, mike is the guy! Ive had horrible experiences in other dealerships but since Ive visited Pleasanton, its been amazing.. If you need anything done, you should definitely visit this dealership for the best customer service.
Everyone was very friendly but it took 5 hours to get an oil change with an appointment
Bought GLE 2020 model finance guy last name Patel is terrible person he never reported my trade to DMV and DMV trying to make me pay for registration with late fees try to hold the sales person and finance guy never called me back I will recommend to go to deferent dealership these guys are so careless
Love this Mercedes Benz location the customer service is fantastic and it is always a pleasure working with them !! Thank you to Mike Pearce, Chris Waizenegger and Julia Flynn!
My family has owned a Mercedes for the entirety of my life. We have always been delighted by the service that we have experience at just about every dealership service center until Benz of Pleasanton. No surprise that they have 3.5 rating for a luxury dealership. My experience started by booking a service appointment in advance for a recall. I came in and the girl at the front desk notified me that the part is no longer in stock and to come back after 4-5 days. I was upset and asked to speak to a manager.Miika was very nice and did the entirety of the service. I also mentioned I would like an estimate for a broken lock and taillight. Once he completed everything he noticed that this was assigned to another rep named Lance. Lance saw me for two minutes, didnt discuss any pricing, had me sign paperwork and left. I mistakenly trusted him and didnt read the fine print. They charged me $210 to do a diagnostic on a broken lock. The part to replace the lock is $200. Naturally I was outraged and spoke the manager Julia Flynn who did not speak to Miika about what we had discussed. She spoke down to me, and kept repeating that I had signed the paperwork. She eventually took half the cost off, but had threatened to take it away because I told her I was still unhappy.Do not trust this dealership.Edit: went to my local guys, the part to replace the lock was in fact $50...
Inn &owyt no bs
I purchased a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes and the sales associate lied to me about the car having 4 new tires. After driving the vehicle for 15k miles, I noticed the front two tires were completely bald. I called and have gotten nowhere, just a message stating the same lie... The problem is that tires are actually date stamped and the front two tires are dated 2015. I purchased from this dealership in 2017. Do not deal with these folks...There are much better MB dealerships to work with. After repeated messages, they still have not returned my calls.
This is the worst dealer I have encountered. I had a 105 coupon that came my way. I decided to go for service A for my E350. Called and got a price of 300 before coupon. Came and spoke to Jonathan spiro and he came up with a price of 545. I told him I got a quote of 300 before making my drive from San Jose and he quickly backtracked to 325.When I asked him why the discrepancy he mumbled the parts. The only part is oil change. I had given the make and miles. It is past 4:00 now and the car that was promised at 4:00 is not yet on the dock. Be very careful coming to this. A major disaster!
I really appreciate Cassidy at Mercedes of Pleasanton. She keeps me posted with information and really gives exceptional service.
Horrible customer service. Send information to try and figure out if there was any refundable service charges on a totaled vehicle. Mr. [email protected] was very rude and is the manager at this entire establishment. He demanded I close my case within the next 20 minutes after giving me the report. Very very rude man I hope you don’t spend your money here until the management changes.
Cassidy is just horrifically rude af! Get your vehicle serviced with another employee, just not with her! That’s all!:)
Excellent customer service from Michael Poole- he was very personable, professional and knowledgeable about the E300 I purchased from him. He went the extra mile to help me get my second car back home- and the financial advisor Yad was just as excellent in his knowledge and presentation... I am quite pleased and will be doing all of my sales and services here from now on. Thank you for being you 😀
I purchased my car at Pleasanton Mercedes in September of 2019. Sean was bey helpful in the process when I got my car from them. Very professional and courteous.
I havent bought the car from here cause I purchased audi A6. I went here to inquire about Mercedes e class. I got the attention after entering, bunch of smiling faces 👍. Kyle was really great. He explained everything with no rush even I was not buying the car on the same day. (Which I have told at the beginning). Overall it was a good visit. I went to Fremont Mercedes as well and guy there started pushing me to buy(which I can understand) but it was uncomfortably pushy (other two guys were fine). Instead of posting a bad comment there I am postings a good one here.
Stay away from this dealership, they take your money and treat you as bad as they can. They picked my GLE 43 for a service and told me that it needs new tires, after giving false information on the timeline to finish without a loaner. To make things worse they brought my car after 3 days with old looking tires and very dirty. Stay away from this dealership
The best Mercedes- Benz location in California for services, prices, people and love for their patrons. Even when youre not buying a car they are respectful, honorable and I always leave satisfied with a smile on my face. Peace!
Great dealership and friendly staff. I been going their for years. Kim great guy to work with
Waste customer’s time. Had an maintenance appointment at 10am, and was weirdly told car to be ready by 3pm... after 5 hours, was told not ready until 5pm. The actual ready time is 5:30pm. Waste a whole day. If you don’t have capacity to handle, don’t commit to the appointment time.Strongly recommend to go to see other dealers.
The place is really nice and neat. We went in to service our car, and a person named Mike helped us. He was super nice and took time to explain us everything.
The worst mercedes dealer ship, I tried to contact them several times, left massages, no one called me back......
The best dealer in the area, recently purchased a vehicle at this location and the customer service was outstanding, every single person we talked to made us feel at home. Even after we purchased our car, Stefanie Eubanks came to our home to pair our car with our garage door and gate, she was very knowledgeable and answered every question i had, she was very pleasant and didnt leave my house until all my questions were answered, I highly recommend her if you need help learning how to work every single button in your vehicle. Thank you Stefanie, thanks to Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton for employing people like Stefanie.
