I came from over 50 miles away just to have THIS shop do work on my car. In a two sentences, I would come back to these guys in a heartbeat. They did phenomenal work, stupid fast turnaround, were professional at every step, and have been offering tons of post-service follow up emails to alleviate all my concerns.I booked with VT because on my first call it was immediately clear I was working with enthusiasts, which to me means the techs take pride in their work. As if there was any doubt, the cleanliness of the shop confirmed my suspicions. If youre into cars, itd bring a smile to your face. These guys were nice, professional and offered a very competitive rate. Theyve earned my business next time I do a big project. Wing and Matt are both easy people to work with. I had the option to pay online which for me was a nice touch. When I picked up my car I was was handed my keys and just drove away.I also had a bunch of special requests that Im sure are mildly annoying to a shop. Dont use these plates Put the differential in my trunk, please on this cardboard..etc. They took care of all my requests with a smile. Its a small thing on their end that means a LOT to me. I look forward to the next time I work with them. If youre on the fence, I highly recommend giving them a call.

I have a 2012 BMW X5d. Had problems passing smog at a few other shops. The guys got my car to pass smog at I believe a reasonable price.

Do not take your vehicle to this service facility. They do not stand behind their work. Took my vehicle in for a check engine light and paid $817. shortly after the check engine light came back on. Took it to the BMW dealership who advised condition was due to low battery which caused excessive crank and caused check engine light. Clearly VT Motorworks didnt correctly diagnose the condition and charged me $817. Check engine came back on with only 300 miles after repairs completed by VT Motorworks.Matt said, we stand behind our work and to just send them a copy of the repair order from the BMW dealership. I sent him the copy of the invoice, he called me and stated they were not going to reimburse me for the work that didnt fix my car.Even worst was the fact that after stating to Matt, Ive spent a lot of money with you, Matt states youve only spent $2000 with us. Whoa, I said this thinking it would show me as a good customer. I guess I need to spend a lot more money to be considered a valued customer. Never again will I conduct any business with VT Motorworks.

Only shop I’ll ever take my cars to. Absolutely no hesitation to drive an hour to drop off my cars knowing they’re in good hands. If you need any work done, whether it’s mods or maintenance, Matt and Wing are the best.

I was referred by a co-worker to see Wing at VT Motorworks after purchasing my 2009 BMW E90 M3.I drove from the City to Pleasanton to see Wing and Matt after purchasing my E90 M3, they were kind enough to perform a post purchase inspection.....i know....I know...not the right way to go about buying a car.. But after the two of them inspected the car, (under the hood, up on the lift, checking the battery, and hooking it up to his diagnostic machine, there was no up selling of any services after he checked my car. He offered some suggestions to dial my car in.I made an appointment to get new Michelins mounted, my ride height adjusted and a four wheel alignment to balance everything out.He let me drop ship my tires to him from Tire Rack and let me know when they arrived. The service Wing performed was clean and professional. His shop is well maintained and organized.Weve made a plan to check the oil and perform a blackstone analysis on my next oil change to see about how to address the Rod Bearings.i look forward to working with VT Motorworks in the future to keep my BMW running strong.

Took my car here after having nothing but headaches from local dealers. Matt and Wing were super awesome and took really good care of my baby. I have no problem driving the extra half hour to have these guys work on her. I will definitely be coming back again and again.
