Really awesome service. Very friendly people, barely any wait time. They now provide a really cool service where the tech sends you a video clip of what is being done to your vehicle. Everyone is friendly and remain very communicative, service on car was tip top.
Landon Bura was so helpful and polite with my service. He updated me on every process of my car service. He even got our extended warranty to cover an extra service that needed to be done and that would have cost an extra $2000!Thank you so much, Landon!

1. Excellent service experience from start to finish. Very easy hassle free online scheduling capability that actually works without issues.2. Very courteous and professional staff/agents taking care of paperwork, consultation. They even sent videos describing the issue with my car, with my car on the hoist! They just let you relax and make your final decision with no rush.Also, I like there electric documents signing process. Look at the big screen in details and sign it electronically. I had regular maintenance performed last weekend and everything about the service team is top notch. From scheduling, timely status updates and quality of work performed, they’ve been great for the last 3 years that I’ve been coming here. Shaun and the Service Team would be reason enough to purchase from this dealership again.
I would have given a higher score but I felt I was charged way too much not at the fault of the service consultant. I commute across the bridge before 5 am every morning so I took my car to have it serviced because I did not know if I had a leak in the right front tire per the digital pressure gage. I had previously taken it in to a tire place who said there was no leak but the gage said it was slowly losing pressure. The Acura consultant let me know the have to charge $206 for a diagnostic right off the top. Then they found a very small leak which cost another $165 which was after my consultant was able to reduce the price some but the end result was $365 to replace the tire and resolve the issue which took 2 hours and I was the first appointment in the service bay. NOT a positive experience at all even though the service consultant did all he could do.
Marisol is the person I call when my RDX needs service! She makes me feel like I am her only customer even though I know she is incredibly busy helping many others. I trust Marisol completely and know that she will not recommend work that I dont need. Ive gotten great service from Acura of Pleasanton and will keep taking my car there! Marisol, thank you so much!

Just brought my 2016 RDX in for its major 100K service. Rob in service was very thorough in explaining everything and let me know that it would probably be a 2-day job due to all the work needed. I was on my way in a loaner and expecting the car to be done the next day, but I got a call that it was finished the same day. Super easy check-in and checkout. Car drives like it did when new, and I will definitely be back to Pleasanton Acura for future service. I can highly recommend them.
I urgently needed a replacement key and a cabin filter change for my Acura this week. Acura of Pleasanton came through for me and gave really great service! Kudos to their service consultant Rob J. who really went above and beyond to make sure that my requests were handled promptly. He even stayed back beyond the usual closing time to iron out some last minute issues and helped me get my SUV back on the same day. Keep up the great work, guys!
Anish Balaji did a great job of presenting the options for the Acura TLX I was interested in leasing. He was quite responsive to our questions in terms of leasing the vehicle. He did a good job of presenting a deal as I already had an existing Honda lease. John the general manager was also kind and quick to meet the pricing we wanted on the lease. Once we made up our minds and gave them the timeframe of when we needed the car that day, they were very quick and responsive to get everything in order. After I took the car off the lot, Anish followed up with any questions I had. He also took the extra step of picking up the items that I had to return for my older Honda lease (key and charger). Thanks for making this a great experience!
I recently purchased MDX from Pleasanton Acura and it has been a wonderful and smooth experience. I waited almost 2.5 months to get the car due to supply shortage which is nothing to do with Pleasanton Acura. Other than the waiting period all went well and Anish Balaji, my sales representative did everything he can and kept me informed with updates and made the closing process a smooth one. On the dai I picked up the car, I was in & out of the delaership in less than 2 hours (paperwork & other formalities) which was a pleasant experience. Again, Anish and Staff did a great job and overall had a good experience.

Hendrick Acura dealership has truly exceeded our expectation and made the purchase process easy, smooth and satisfactory. We first picked the trim and color, put down a $500 deposit, waited for about a month for the delivery of the vehicle, walked into the dealership and completed the paper work. No mark up, no unnecessary options, and no sales talk from anybody at the dealership. My wife and I are both very happy with the transaction and the nice people there. BTW, did I mention we purchased the brand new 2022 MDX? It comes with all the latest technologies and I expect it will performed well for many years to come.

Acura makes great cars and the service technicians are top notch. But the process to drop-off your car needs to be redesigned. It takes about 40 minutes just to drop off your car for service. Pleasanton Acura needs a process that is designed for the customer not internal service reps.
Excellent service by Ashley Fritze! She understood the problem with my car. And when they couldnt diagnose it initially they kept the car overnight to reproduce the issue and fixed it.

So I had a very friendly and professional staff, named Omar, helping me out with my new lease. I must say the whole process of dealing with Omar and his team was excellent. My name is PETER T. ZEITER and I just purchased a 2021RDX. I went looking for a car for my daughters on the Internet. I looked at all different cars and after a month of looking finally went to Pleasanton Acura. My salesman was Anish Balaji. What a gentleman. He got me the exact car that my daughters wanted. A white RTX with beige leather interior. I looked everywhere for this car. All the cars now have black interior or at least the majority of them. I went in with my daughters and they loved the car. He spent two hours teaching the girls all about the car. He was absolutely a no pressure salesman. After purchasing the car he has called me four times to make sure that we are happy with the car and if there’s anything else I need for him to do. I would recommend Anish to anybody buying a car from Acura a Pleasanton.

I was able to make an appointment online for the next day, I was greeted by a very nice guy (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) and he got me checked in and on my was quickly and efficiently. Marisol text me a video of my inspection and let me know when my car was ready, which was so convenient! When I got there I was checked out quickly and my car was washed and ready to go. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this service department.
I have had my car serviced at Acura of Pleasanton since 2008 and I highly recommend Marisol, my service advisor for the last 12 years. She is extremely knowledgeable, explains well what your car needs and why and is trustworthy. If there are any coupons available, she will apply them to help keep the service cost down. She not only listens well and follows through on ones special requests but she remembers them the next time one comes in for service.

Don’t go in expecting to be able to drive the Acura TLX Type S, even if they tell you over the phone that it can be test driven. Nope, it’s just a display model they’re keeping inside the showroom. Don’t fall for the shady tactic of trying to get you through the door when you’re coming from 2 hours away.

My Acura TL has been maintenanced and repaired by the service group of Arcura of Pleasanton since 1972. My old Arcura is running great like a new car. I am totally happy with my service Advisor, Marisol Arvizu, and her service team for providing consistent excellent service. Marisol is very knowledgeable, careful, courteous, and professional. Her tech team members are well trained, experienced, and dedicated.I am also very pleased with their noted reports regarding multiple safety point inspection, brake linings, tire conditions/treads depth, and battery performance. Their checks of each item in the report were all noted by color green, yellow, and red with explanations. I am most impressed by the most recent multiple safety inspections done by their tech Richard Menor. He sent me a video of the entire process of his inspection and explained to me each element of safety by a clear video. The inspection was very thoughtful and detailed. What a dedicated service team!I strongly recommend all of you to give it a try if you ever need to have your car service

I purchased my car in 2007 with the service plan which obviously has expired. I pop in intermittently and do services other places to keep the cost down. My experience with my favorite service advisor Marisol has always been five star fabulous. The other associates are wonderful as well but they can’t measure up to her sweetness. I trust her completely which keeps me going back.
