I had awesome experience today. I got my hair cut, hair dyed, scalp treatment & eyebrows done by Autumn did an amazing job & this was my first time getting my brows done it was painless. All the staff is very kind & they really care about their clients. Crystal did my mom moms hair cut & hair dye it came out Beautiful she was very nice. Autumn did my sons & my dads hair yesterday. The whole family was happy. Thank you fantastic Sams staff for your kindness & awesome work!

We all know how important hair is for boys and specially for girls, but they were well aware of that and provided a nice look to my hair without breaking its originality.

Autumn did an amazing job and even stayed late just to take me. My hair was dull and damaged and she brought it back to life!

I love my hair cut so I went back for color. Turned out great but after only two weeks the color is fading . I was told it would last longer than it has. I even purchased the color protect shampoo. Maybe the quality of the color?? I don’t know.

Came in to get dead length cut down. Got an absolutely massacred chop job. My hair is uneven and cut into chunks with random spikes of longer hair. Entire destruction including drying on thick hair took only an hour. Rushed and sloppy.

Best color job Ive had yet. Giahna is amazing! Friendly service. Salon clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend. I already have next months appointment scheduled.

Don’t get me wrong the people are real nice, I just wish when you show them a picture of the type of haircut you want that they ACTUALLY look at it, instead of just ignorantly thinking they know how to do it. I got the complete opposite of what I wanted and now I look like Mr. Potato Head

Eve is the best. Always listens to what I want and only does what I ask for. Not like a lot of others. So if you want a great cut or color ask for Eve.

If I could do 0 stars I would, I would not recommend it here. First off I asked for a light brown color and got the same color I had when I walked, just without the blonde highlights, there customer service sucks, and they told me that highlight boxes would be half off and lied to me and said they werent. Defiantly never going there again!
