I came in super last minute for some makeup help and they helped me so well and were so sweet! S/o to Ashley for being so helpful!

Mac my go-to place for eyebrow pencil. Not convenient going into the mall just for that. Store is always noisy and busy.

Always great selections. The employees are sometimes snotty. The girl that helped me was actually really nice( I was surprised) wish I remembered her name. Put she picked the perfect powder for me👍

Cute make-up and it cost. There is always a wait. The makeup artist are awesome. Just they run out of the old favorite colors I look but keep the new colors stocked. Always, something new in makeup there. This store is outside of Macys

I have been here a lot of times and yesterday too had to buy some stuff from here but somehow i feel their Customer service really needs to be worked on. I have been helped when i ask for it but a lot of times they just ignore you and a couple of them have been a little rude too :(

Nice store. Most are good but i still Customer service needs some more training. They dont really help you much and my last visit this one lady was too pushy trying to get me to buy stuff. I felt suffocated with her trying to convince me to buy stuff. Eventually i walked out buying nothing coz i was so uneasy. Will still go back again coz i love MAC products

Customer service here is awful. Everytime i have gone in there I am so disappointed. I have worn Mac for 15 years. I would rather order online than to be treated so rudely by these young girls that work in there. The manager usually ends up helping me. I was told they were out of stock for my eye shadow. Funny how when the manager looked they had plenty of the item. The young girl was to busy with her young friends. Terrible service and will not go there again if i can help it.

I always had worst experience here, people pretend to be helpful but they are not. They try to sell something though it doesnt suit your skin tone. I would prefer Nordstrom MAC than this independent store. They are much better and helpful. This store management sucks.

The so called make up artist (name starts from x) was very mean. She did not want to explain the product to me. Also, when I asked her to give me a tissue to clean my lipstick before trying a new shade, she said I dont have any lipstick on and refused to give me the tissue. How disrespectful can people be to their customers. I also feel she was a racist.

Loved​ Haley she was awesome. She knew her products and was very sensitive to my needs. Go Haley! Ill be back.

Been a M.A.C customer for more than 10 years. Love and use M.A.C. foundation, lipsticks and lip gloss. Shopped at M.A.C counters at Macys and Nordstrom and at other stand-alone M.A.C stores. Usually there are at least 3 personable (aka friendly, helpful) people working at a stand-alone store, with one person dedicated to be the cashier.Surprisingly, this small store location had only one person working here that could only ring me up. Not friendly, cheerful or helpful. I rather shop at the Nordstrom M.A.C. counter at this mall than shop here again.

Horrible, seriously horrible customer service. My girlfriend was trying to get help and they kept avoiding her and actually came to me, the guy not wearing make up and standing outside the store. Half of the things my girlfriend wanted when she went in, they happened to be out of and didnt even bothering blinking when responding, they were just out. Horrible attitudes from horrible workers offering horrible customer service.
