We have used Brite Nites twice. Their service and attention to detail are excellent. You deal directly with the owner and his family regarding payment and scheduling. Several neighbors in our tony community loved it, but were shocked that it actually costs a bit of money. Go figure.

We contacted Brite Nites just after Thanksgiving and they were still able to provide us with an amazing Christmas light display. (Many companies I’ve contacted in previous years were fully booked by October.)Our beautiful lights were installed, as designed, within days. The design was clean and classic. The installation was professionally done, and Brite Nites quickly returned to make any necessary repairs. Our light display was uninstalled quickly and quietly in mid-January.I highly recommend Brite Nites if you’re looking for a holiday light display designer/installer.

Very easy experience. We were pleased with the silver/white tree decorations as my husband is red/green color blind.Confusion on front door wreath. We didn’t understand that the only bow color was red. Britenites said it was a typo on their end. There should be a gold bow option.Excellent service on installation and removal. However, staff should know that their Spanish is understood by clients.

Brite Nites was a great company to work with. They lit my steep and very high roofline and was shocked they went to the peaks. I loved it so much! Got a lot of compliments from my neighbors and family. Will do it again next year.

Brite Nites was a great company to work with. They were efficient and professional from everything from the initial phone call. The salesman was knowledgable and sincere, the installers were timely and even raked the leaves that had fallen off the trees while they were installing. I look forward to next year and adding more lights.

This is the first time I used this company and I will not be using them again. Their actual display was nice enough but I am a little disappointed with their scheduling for set up and break down.They gave us a week long window for set up and they arrived at 8pm one day, unannounced. I thought it was odd but let it go. I was told they would come take them down a week or two into the new year. They showed up on January 16th, again unannounced, around 8pm but in the middle of the biggest storm of the year. I was not home but my husband had told them to go ahead...which is crazy because it was so dangerous, dark and windy. The next day I found broken glass in the yard and they had only taken down a few of the lights and half remained. It’s been a week and the lights are still here, one strand just dangling loose. It looks terrible and is a little embarrassing. I hired someone to do this for me so I wouldn’t have to worry about it getting my decorations down in a timely manner and this clearly is not what I had hoped for.While these individual offenses are forgivable, the combination of them makes this feel like an unprofessional company. For the price, I would expect a more organized and timely plan install and take down. I will not be using them again.

Have used this company year after year and they consistently show integrity and great work ethic with their work quality and prompt installation and removal - I will use them again every year!
