I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Things remembered in Pleasanton. Stephanie (the manager) demonstrated abhorrent customer service. I spent 200$ on a bottle for a wedding gift for my best friend and I regret trusting them to engrave it. I wanted writing on the front and back. I gave very clear and simple instructions for what the engraving should say. Not only did they just put the writing on the back of the bottle and not the front, they accused me of saying this was okay on the phone but they never called me. Stephanie admitted they made a mistake but she didnt reimburse me for the engraving, and the most she can offer me was a minimal discount on my next service. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

Excellent customer service not crowded and very nice merchandise

I was about to leave to see my friends new born and wanted to pick up a gift order placed a day ago. My order was not ready and when I saw it was engraved in slanting erroneous way. It was obvious that written text was not in straight line and was not in fashionable style. Well I was in a rush and said if I can have it redone or refunded ($44). Stephani shouted back like I decide what to do here. you dont need to tell me bla bla bla . After her frustration was voiced, she redid the order. I had to wait 30 more minutes and got late for my subsequent social meetings.They need to do their job right and check orders because people time is precious and not everyone is here walking around the mall whiling away time. They took another 30 minutes and @Alexandra Barnish - I agree, No one answers the phone even when they are not busy. They pick up once in 5 times.@Sanjay Nayak - Yes. They engraved my order in slanting erroneous way and had to be redone again. Lady here in the store was loud, rude and demeaning.I usually visit Santa Clara Stevens Creek Store and they were awesome and had great people skills but now that store is closed and this is the place we need to go for future orders. It sucks! It ruined the excitement of seeing the gift.

Excellent first impression experience. Shauna is a gem. She was knowledgeable about the products and has great taste when making suggestions. She suggested I order online so I knew what was available in the store. She remained friendly and actually cared about the questions I had to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. The personalized item I ordered turned out beautiful and was ready same day exactly when she stated.

So helpful and tons if ideas for gifts. Only problem is they didnt have much of what they show cased. I went for a wedding gift set of cake knives and matching glasses the three best they didnt even have and the one I feel in love with the company as a hole dont even make any more... It was like this when I went for bracelets to. So go with an open mind them might not have what they show... But they have to keep it out as I was told.

For any special moment you could find beautiful things. Very pleasant cashiers would go back for a special occasion to remember.

Associate who helped us was quick, knew product and availability. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes tops. We were recently at the Sun Valley Mall in Concord Ca for a wedding gift, the associate was now really helpful and seemed too busy to pay any attention to what wee needed. So we just told her well take our business to the other store in Pleasanton. Dont think Ill be going there anymore (sun valley mall), would rather drive a little farther for excellent service. The Newark store is a really good store to go to also..

I had something personally engraved and they did an amazing job! Phenomenal customer service!

The woman who seems to work there the most ( her name escapes me) is very friendly and gets the engraving done in good time.

This place doesnt even answer the phone.

It took nearly 5hrs and multiple visits to get an engraved gift for my son. The staff in general are completely clueless, except for Dhillon who actually knew what he was talking about. 5stars to Dhillon, 1Star for the overall experience.

Helpful staff, knowledgeable about their wares. Will do custom engraving.

They had exactly what I wanted. And even though it was almost 8:30 PM on a Friday night, they still did the engraving for me & I was outta there by 9 pm!

Helpful staff, they also applied the online coupons.
