I dragged my bf here who isnt familiar or interested in body care/products, but! The employees were able to help him understand and experiment products around the store. They were so informative and helped my boyfriend understand all products and even got himself something! He was so curious and confused at first and I thought going in he would want to leave asap, now he takes longer than me shopping for products lol. They didnt once get annoyed or turned us away after so many questions, you can bring anyone here ! Theres something here for everyone :)

The people at this store were pretty nice this time around. Its a bit bigger than the other Lush stores that Ive been to. I didnt get anything, but the people were helpful.

I live a couple of hours from the nearest Lush but my husband was in the area and I asked if he could stop by and pick up an order if I placed one take quickly. When he got home with the bag, I found a bunch of extra samples of different goodies! I know they usually give you a couple but they really hooked it up. And quite a few of them Ive never tried before and am now hooked! I just wanted to thank the nice woman who packed my order today, I appreciate your kindness and generosity!

Staff are courteous and friendly as well as available for help when needed. They even gave a suggestion for a bath bomb for my daughter. She loves this place too! Great selections and my favorite place for some self-care.

Poorly trained and rude sales associates.I called to check on the stock of their Christmas products and was informed that there were only two left in store. The sales woman said she would hold them for me while I drove over.When I got there, I was informed by a different employee that holds are against store policy before she walked away from me.While I understand that policies must be followed, it would be helpful if all of the associates were trained on the rules so that customers don’t waste their time in rush hour traffic during the holiday season.

Just another great Lush! Full of products, helpful staff, and comfy atmosphere. I came in to specifically buy one thing, and the sales staff didnt try pushing me to buy anything else. I am short on my budget and really appreciated it. Love you Lush! ♡

Love coming here! The products are fabulous and the employees are always really friendly and helpful. The store always looks nice and its easy to find everything Im looking for and usually a few extra things as well.

I dont normally go and buy stuff but I was with a friend and they really needed to find something. The employees were so nice and able to hear and find out what she needed. the customer service is also great, and the product are great. Both looking and smell. 9/10 for great service.

Fantastic shop for bath products that contain zero chemicals. Pure, clean and even eaten i guess *yuck*. They have fantastic bath bombs, bubble bars, shampoo bars *my fav*. Shaving cream, awesome facial masks list could go on and on! One of my favorite shops to by gifts and treats for myself and family!

Staff here has been consistently friendly and attentive, knowledgeable and not pushy. Really like the layout of the new store, much roomier and a little less chaotic. These are my favorite cosmetic products for so many reasons.

Every one at Lush is really nice. They are always there to help and answer my questions about their products. The first time I went there the lady showed me around and showed me what they sold. Plus the bath bombs are amazing. Same with the lip gloss. I love lush ❤️❤️

This LUSH is bigger than other ones Ive been too. The staff is super friendly.

Essential oils and handmade natural source items to clean and maintain the body without harsh or damaging cancer causing sand chemical compounds to damage your body.Almost as pure as La Occutane but made here in the U.S. impressive colors and unique scents.

Im so in love with this place. I love all of their natural and amazing products. I have tried shampoos, facial moisturizers, face wash, masks and exfoliants, body shimmers, body lotion, and of course their amazing bath bombs!! Skins Shangri La moisturizer is great on my face during the cold & dry Winters. No breakouts and leaves my face and neck looking fresh and feeling soft. Another favorite is their Sleepy body lotion - ahhhmazing. You cant go wrong with anything in here!!!

Ok place but the workers need to be trained to ask customers if they have nut allergy before demoing products in on them that have nut oils inside it.

Its too many smells and too many employees asking if I need help. The coffee beans dont work if you have to put them down and smell everything again on the way out of the store too.
