They need to fix their online survey system because whenever I click the link, it says that there is an error.That said, Mia has been an absolutely phenomenal help to me. She educated me well on the importance of the diamond 4Cs and was honest enough to tell me that the ring I ordered to the store, though cheaper, was better than the others she had in store. She has a cheery attitude that is hard to find. My new Fiancé and I came by later in the week to get the ring resized and she took care of us with that as well. We will definitely be returning to purchase our wedding bands and I hope Mia is there to help us do that!

I dropped off my wedding ring back in early March to have the rhodium re-done. This all took place pre-covid 19 shelter in place. My ring has been sitting at the Pleasanton store for going on 3-months now. Jose Rodriguez (Branch Manager) has not been responsive for 3+ weeks now as I asked him for an update on my rings whereabouts and asked him to work with me to get the ring shipped to my house or the local Southern California Mall since I recently moved. He told me once that he’d check with corporate and their legal department as to whether the ring could be shipped. Absolutely zero follow up since then. I have emailed 3 separate times asking for updates. He also said in his first email he wasn’t sure if my ring could be shipped. Ummmm. It’s called shipping the ring and paying for the insurance! Zales ships NEW rings all the time to their customers. So, a long term existing client is not in the same ballpark? Absolutely inexcusable customer service. Poor follow through and communication. Where is my ring Jose?? All- save your hard earned money and go buy your jewelry elsewhere! 🤦🏻‍♂️👎👎👎

This store could not honor my request to exchange a diamond ring for correcting the size at no cost to me. I expect better customer experience from such a name in the diamond business.

This store is Garbage. I constantly have to bring my ring in because the diamonds in the band fall out. Every time it goes to the keeled it comes back worse. So bad they had to replace the whole ring. Jewelry obviously poor quality and customer service is just as bad
