Disssapointed in this Kay Jewelers and I cant help but think it was racially biased (Im an African American woman). I went in and the associate asks if she can help me and I explain that Im looking for a gold ring and she says we only have real gold we dont have gold plated. What do I look like coming into a jewelry store looking for gold plated jewelry? My family has shipped at Kays for years and we have never been treated unjust but this took the cake.

Went here to repair wifes wedding ring. Felt like I was being pushed along to make a decision while I was trying to understand a world I know very little about (jewelry). I was told many different things I could do to fix the problem, but it didnt seem like they were using any wisdom to help me make the right decisions. Some contractors do that too. They basically say Here are all these options that you could choose from cheap to expensive. Seems like they dont care what you choose as long as you choose something. In the end I chose a repair option and they did a good job for a pretty good price in my opinion.

Twice I went into Kays expecting to buy my mother 50th birthday present and twice I revived ZERO service. Not even a hello not even I will be with you shortly nothing what so ever. I have never been to a jewelry store with such piss poor service. I will not shop here anymore I would rather drive a lot further out my way to better stores.

I have been going to stoneridge mall for years and i had visited lots of jelewers but i found kay stoneridge the best and TASHONDA CLARK is the most talented sales person. Very friendly and knowledgable!
