Nice place, nice location I was asked if I needed help by three different employees. Nicely done tractor supply! Different location have different supplies it seems in the north we have trouble getting the retriever brand of dog feed. Seems plentiful down here for some reason

The store has great service and very kind people except one who refuses to help with ordering feed. We requested it consistently been over 4 months and didnt get it and kept being told by her that she was aware of it but still didnt do a thing about it..

We tried to check out and your system did not come back with a response that the transaction was approved. I received a text alert for the amount of the transaction but the man trying to help the cashier could not figure it out. He left for about 10 minutes and came back and said my card was declined and wanted another form of payment. I proceeded to call the credit card company and he disappeared ( I think he was the manager). I was able to get my credit card to verify to the cashier that the charge was successful. She was very helpful and overwhelmed. Many people stacked up behind us and the other line because a man on the other side was double charged and could also prove it but was also getting nowhere. After 30 minutes trying to resolve the matter I left the merchandise at the register and plan to file a dispute with my credit card. The lady who was cashiering really tried to help but got no support.

Good work clothing selection with FR rating. Friendly and helpful staff. Magnet section was out of stock on many sizes though.

Placed an online order for curbside pickup and it took them over 30 minutes later to tell me they don’t have it... after I expressed to them we had just gone grocery shopping and need to make it quick. This order was originally placed over 36 hours before pickup. Needless to say they refunded me instead of just ordering what I purchased.

I would give no stars if i could. Zero knowledge of warente butbthey claim it covers everything. The mowers missing peices and good luck getting parts if its missing it qhen you buy it. Very kind people but very bad service. Bad quality mowers. Dont get cub cadet.

Ive only had good experience with the staff. The inconsistency between the product on hand online and the actual on hand in store cost me money and time. Overall Im glad this store provides work for the community. If you cant solve the inventory issue online than provide better in store ordering.

I was in there today around 1:00. There was one cashier named Tanaya. I understand being nice and courteous, but she had to talk to everyone that she knew coming through the line. There was a long line waiting. I had groceries in the car and I did not have to hear about going through old pictures and them being posted on Facebook and other stuff. Then she couldn’t figure out how much change to give. Focus on the job.

Went Saturday morning 6/19/21 to buy a mig welder and received nothing but attitude from the manager Stella from the time I asked for her to unlock the cage for me till I checked out and then she gave the cashier an attitude would recommend this store if she wasn’t there

I have no problem with people talking but omg the lady at the cashier talked so much. I would recommend getting a new cashier. Taking 30 with each person gets a little irritating!

Very nice place for farm supplies. My brother comes here all the time. He has a ranch. I tag along with him on his needs of farm feed and other supplies. Definitely will return. Also recommend to everyone. Cheers!

Tractor supply is always good to shop at. Nice people, great service every time.

Great store. Short on supplies, but they have had what I needed at the time. They could us extra help. The register gets busy and when there is only one person handling the customers at the register, makes for a long wait. Over good store.

Big store almost always have stock on anything we need!

This place rarely has propane and if they do have it.They will be lazy on filling it. Heard every excuse in the book from them already. Taking my business elsewhere.

There the best hardware we have in my area. But man its hard to get a little help. Except checking out. The ladies are always great to you.

Oh I do love Tractor Supply I find myself sometimes wandering the aisles looking for somebody that works there because nobodys ever there when you walk in nobody there to greet you nobodys ever there say welcome to Tractor Supply there always gone or busy doing something but I can never find them one time I waited at the cashiers place for 10 minutes just standing there and people in the line behind me there like where is everybody I guess there was a one girl and a guy that were doing something in the back for a tractor or something I dont know Im not sure but they did Apologize have a bell or something or something so they can know when somebody steps in the line and gives him a buzz in the back or something at least the store is basically empty and people can just walk around in and out I love Tractor Supply. They got a lot of good stuff they just need to try to encourage their employees to be around more in to be more open and hospitable Maybe

Great place to shop. Clerk this time wasnt familiar with inventory. Unusual. They are very good at referring to another store if they dont have something.

Have been in this store several times now to kill time and to find particular things. The store is also in order and have plenty of staff to assist you with anything. With plenty of purchases Ive had a few returns and they were handled with ease. One thing I did not find are calf panels. The restroom also was out of toilet paper in ALL stalls!

Good place to get your livestock feed and pet supplies.

Good place to get a variety of feed for farm animals. Other than that the pricing seems a little crazy, much of their clothes are 2-3x what you would pay elsewhere, and all of the tools/equipment is cheaper at home depot or lowes or even ace hardware. If you are looking for chicken feed this is the place for you, otherwise go to home depot.

Saturday morning retail stores know this is the best time for sales. However tractor supply Pleasanton TX doesnt get it. Weakest customer service Ive experienced in a long time. There is never customer assistance near by. I would have complained to a manager but they are as rare as employee to find when you need one.

Went in to get cat food. Looks like they were putting together a display shelves. Also looks like the place is ruining out of stock products. Cashier was nice and greeted everyone that came in.

Very helpful staff. Justin especially helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly where to find what I needed.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The only negative is that if they are busy it takes a long time at checkout. Usually they have only had one cashier when I was there.

The Devine Tractor Supply is one of the best ones Ive ever been to. I had my dog vaccinated there and everyone was nice.

Theres a man named Bruce that works there, if you need advice about your critters. Very knowledgeable gentleman.

This is the closest Tractor Supply to our home in San Antonio. We made the drive to buy cattle and horse panels. Reasonable prices. Only complaint was the amount of time it took for someone to come out and load.

I just like to shop here for my toys its has nearly everything I need for my farming needs and a decent tool supply and wielding if you need something when all others are closed like got to be done now try here for your farm to yard work and fabricating metals .they may have what you need even on Sundays .

My husband went in today on Labor Day sale this girl name marissa that works there was being rude too my husband saying that the sales ad was not true basically, when we get these sales ads in our mail all the time and we live around the Pleasanton area so I dont know why she was saying its not true when it CLEARLY says the sale is from Aug. 28-Sep. 2 2019🤦🏾‍♀️LABOR DAY SALE!! Anyways we called corporate and the corporate lady says all tractor supplys are the SAME.

JUST about everything you need from pets, animal feed how to books, plants, hardware, heaters, refill propane/sell tanks. Shirts, shoes, hats, toys. Very pleased with Tractor Suppy!!!

Just left the store. Only two items purchased but Elyssa at checkout was more concerned about getting her paperwork done than to put items in bag or offer to put items in bag. Not very customer concerned.

Well there are times that everyone that works there is very nice but there are other times they are rude.They dont always help find what im looking for. And since im 62 yrs of age sometimes i buy large bags of dog food and no one offer help in transporting them from the cart to the trunk of my car. So i struggle. I spend alot of money there someone should at least see a 50lbs bag is hard for me to not only put in my cart but also to take it out.
