This is the coolest mattress store Ive ever been in. The whole layout of the store is artistic and beautiful, there are little pastel colored ombre rooms to try out the mattresses. Each room has a little theme/graphic. All of the mattresses were the comfiest Ive ever tried and surprisingly cooling for how foamy and squishy they are. You sink into them nicely and I couldve fell asleep right there. Sales people were informative and kind but not pushy.

By far the best mattress store I have seen. They have each bed sectioned off so you arent publicly laying down in front of the rest of the customers. The associates were helpful and got us all the information we needed. It was refreshing to just try out mattresses instead of being forced through a hard sell.

It was a bit of a journey a few times. but the team is very helpful, informative and polite. the cooling bed sheets and pillow cases are wonderful. the pillow didnt work for me. the purchase, trial and return process is very easy, many things should be that stress lifting. thank you

The salesperson was so pushy, it made my visit incredibly unpleasant. All I wanted to do was to try it out and ask a few questions... every time I’d say anything, she would say “are you going to buy it today?! If you buy it here we can give you a bundle discount!” She asked me if I wanted to buy the mattress today constantly after I told her I was just looking and I was not looking to buy right at that minute, then she keep pushing all these bundles I already said I didn’t want. It felt like they just wanted to push products on me regardless of my actual needs. Even pushing the most expensive mattress, when I thought the best one was the cheapest one. Tacky sales approach for a supposedly modern company.

The sales girl is a big lier told me some story about her being a dancer and Having two masters degrees then told me she was 21!!!!!!! The bed would feel better without the lies!!!!!
