The first time I had major rodent damage to the fuel line of my RAV4. I was given a loaner vehicle, which was beautiful, and exceptional customer service including empathy for the unfortunate damage. Toyota did a great job fixing the issue with my car. My only complaint is that they tried to add on repairs that didnt need repairing. I will go back if I absolutely have to but until then, Im going to stick with my regular mechanic.

Mark Toyota of Plover has always been very efficient and professional with every service I have ever had with them. This visit was for 4 new tires, brakes, rotors and oil change. This visit was again a very great experience.

They could have more loaner cars available. I have used dealerships many times and there has never been a hesitation even if its just for oil or brakes and other standard services.This was quite the inconvenience To be honest.Everything else went fine but this really made it difficult.

I am overall happy with the quality of the service. I have been using by them for 7 years to service my Toyota Venza, and have had pretty good experience overall. In my most recent service I had a lot of things scheduled. They gave me 2.5 hr timeline for the service. I added a few more service items when I got there. I expected that this might add a few more minutes for the pickup. But it turned out that the total time for the service was 1.5 hrs on top of the original 2.5 hrs. If they had expected that adding additional service items would significantly delay the originally suggested timeline, they could have mentioned it at the beginning. This delay caused me to miss some appointments. But I understand these things happen, and I am dropping one star just for this reason only.

Mark Motors have been taking care of my vehicle for 17 years!! I met Mark, Jim and all the original staff since the beginning and I have been amazed and satisfied with all their care, dedication and professionalism. This last visit was just sad and after 17 years my car is dying and it can’t be fixed as I am a senior living only on social security and a side job😥. I need a good used vehicle now and either there are none to be found or too costly for me. Thank you all at Mark Motors’s from maintenance, sales staff to office workers, you all are the Best!! Believe me I will still hopefully be working with you all again and soon!

Service was what one expect, excellent. My only concern is,the tire pressure on my tires wasnt checked, even though they were rotated. Is that something they dont check anymore?

They had my car for repairs for just over a week. They never called me to update me on when the car would be done. I had to call to ask for updates, which they then told me the parts were on back order. I wasnt offered a loaner vehicle unlike every other dealership Ive gone to. It was just a mess. They also told me my car was finished and ready for pick up days before it was actually finished. Overall I would suggest going to any other Toyota dealership before this one.

I just want to say how much I appreciated working with Mark Motors over several years. The whole experience with buying vehicles or getting service was always positive. They get extra credit for their waiting area, making it comfortable (and supplying treats). I moved to Colorado a year ago and have been to 2 other Toyota dealerships and though they were pleasant and efficient, (granted, covid was a factor) they didn’t stand up to Mark Motors quality.

Nice place to wait, like the cookies. Service guys was professional.They didnt diagnose the issue I brought the vehicle in for, head lights keep burning out. Shouldnt go thru 7 headlamps in 3 years.

Our vehicle was brought in for a recall of the fuel pump. We were prepared to wait 2 hours for the service to be done. To our surprise we were told the repair was complete only after an hour and fifteen minutes. We definitely would recommend Mark Motors and its service department to family and friends!

Im not impressed in the least of the mechanic that tried to diagnose my 2006 Toyota Prius this week as his response was, cannot diagnose the car properly without a CODE showing up within the cars computer. Well if you need that, then you are not truly a mechanic and should not be in that line of work if you soley rely on the car to throw a CODE for you to figure out what is wrong with it. Dealerships like this are out to just take your money and give you answers like that. Save your time and money and go to another dealership or auto repair place, you have been warned.

Great company. I brought a customers vehicle in for service work. The customer waiting are was freshly stocked with magazines, coffee, tea, and fresh baked cookies. Their parts department is well stocked. Their parts men are courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

If youre going to buy a car here, ask for Devin! We went car shopping on one of the coldest days this winter and he was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. He listened and didnt waste our time with test drives that wouldnt fit the bill. We came back on another day and knew we definitely had to see Devin! Have I mentioned how wonderful he is? We did buy a car that day and havent looked back.

I had to come to Mark Toyota and Scion to get some re-call work done on my Matrix. So far I have been really impressed. They got me in quickly and with out any issues. The waiting area is the best I have been in. They have a nice fireplace, popcorn machine, fresh cookies, and a soda fountain. Overall, my experience so far has been excellent. Writing this as I wait for my car.

This place told me that instead of fixing my Toyota, I should purchase a new one. My vehicle is just over 100K miles and is running fine. They wanted to charge me over $6000 to fix it. I got a second opinion and will be able to get everything repaired for about $800. These people are a bunch of crooks.
