I just wanted to take a moment and recognize Dale bird, he works at the building materials desk in the left rear corner of the store, I have been doing a entire house remodel by myself, and the contractors, he has been A HUGE HELP TO ME AND MY PROJECTS, from telling me exactly what I need to giving me lots of ideas for a better finished product, hes helped with everything from picking out locks to framing ideas to special ordered items to a complete garage design and floor plan to helping me pick out the windows for my entire house, this guy seriously knows his stuff, hes even emailed me after his shift was long over to make sure my huge project moves forward in a timely manner, if you need help from a guy with 25 yrs of experience, ask for dale at the building materials department!!!

Decent Menards, have always had decent experience when shopping the store is always well stocked. Dont expect the associates to know much about there departments, all they really know is how to stock shelfs.I have also delivered here and they are pretty quick to off load, normally around 1 hour to unload, you can park in there lot over night if needed.

Clean store. Cashier disinfected credit card machine between each customer. Has rental equipment. Great location.

In the area doing some shopping. Stopped at another big box store first and left with an empty cart. Got to Menards and found bathroom fixtures that I needed along with other items. “Dessaray” was super helpful and pointed me in the right direction for items I was looking for. Will be back!

Great place. Great service. I have interacted with the employees on a private and professional level never had a problem getting what I need.

Almost impossible to get someone to help. When I finally Tracked Down the young lady who was hurriedly walking towards the front of the store, I asked if I could ask her a question. She told me she could not answer any questions until she clocked in first. I told her Id wait for her and she never returned. All I wanted to know is where the ladders were kept. Eventually I track down someone at a desk. The same issue took place in the Garden area. No one available to help.

Smaller store than Wausau or Rhinelander but still great selection as always.Plenty of checkout running so no long lines.Everyone working had masks and they sanitized checkout between customers

I go there specifically for dog treats. I got 2 big bags for $4 each. The treats are big enough that I can break them in half. Dbl the treats. Its a no brainer here folks. Worth the drive...

Employees were very helpful when I was trying to find a certain showerhead & faucets, plus sandpaper for a sander, plus stuff for screws. They also had someone load my groceries in my car because I am on crutch with a boot on one foot & brace on other. Awesome job Menards

Was looking for lighting and was very happy with the help. I wasnt sure on what types of bulbs could be used and one if the workers showed me the different types and colors that would work well with the fixture Im contemplating buying.

It was nice, I was able to walk in ask for what I was looking for in the garden center and a employee took me right to it.

Got help instantly in the window blind dept and cut on spot no wait really just the couple minutes it took to cut down blinds to sizes needed

They had my unique item in stock...something unusual these days. Do, I bought two of them!!

I had to drive 1 hr 40 minutes to pick up materials that the Menards near me is out of stock and back ordered for months...would be nice for the to offer to transfer from another store.

Absolutely terrible, if you are not wearing your mask which isnt even a mandate yet they will not serve you. Will spend my money locally and better places as I spend over 300k on materials annually.

Ill never again shop at a store so dedicated to muzzling its customers. Was immediately harassed upon walking in. Employees are as brainwashed as the leadership in this organization. Not a penny of my money will go towards this place, ever again. Aside from that, appliance prices are considerably higher than a locally owned competitor. I cant believe there are so many people still shopping here.

Extremely rude. Forgot my mask and had 3 people chase me down yelling at me. Its been 400 days and the madness hasnt ended and unfortunately probably never will. We are a weak sad society. Gusse Lowes and Home depot all the way. At least they carry good hand tools like Husky, Milwaukee, Kobalt, dewalt and Ridged.

I am very irritated with their mask policy . Its beyond ridiculous. I dont have alot of stores up here so menards is kind of a needed store or I would avoid it because of their policy .

The store was clean, well organized and I was easily able to find what I was looking for. The staff was friendly, working efficiently and wait time were short.The prices on pet supplies were more reasonable than at pet supply stores and there were so many options.It was nice to be able to go to one store and get pet supplies, small treats for the family, building supplies and household supplies.

Upset that they discontinued some products that they had for many years. We came to count on Menards for some things. They do have people to help you though witch is a great thing ..... Painting supplies etc.

I was repeatedly pestered by an associate regarding mask wearing. There wasnt another soul anywhere near me & when there was I put my mask up. We left, they will not get our money. Went to Lowes and got everything we needed without the harassment!

I walked in, found what I needed and checked out. I like when things go smoothly. Unlike Fleet Farm in Waupaca, Menards have shelves that are well stocked. Thank you for that.

We shop menards 100s of times a year. They do a very good job overall. A few mistakes, but they always make it right. Need to get a hand dryer in the mens room that works better.

Picking up a load of lumber. We had 3 men that appeared to be working just walk by as me and my husband loaded the trailer. Good old Jordan parked his lift and watched while we finished .by the way that was the only time he moved in the hour . He parked in front of our truck. My husband asked him to move so we could pull out. That was the only time he did anything ..What a stand up helpful joke Menards has working in the lumberyard..

Guys in Windows and doors were very helpful. Found replacement handle for my Larsen storm door. Because I knew to measure we found the one I needed. Learned to all ways measure and take photos of things. Thanks 😀

Needed to buy lava rock. After getting a building matls slip and paying for it, I was instructed to drive to the yard to pick it up. The guy at the entrance gate asked me if I knew where I was supposed to go, and when I told him no, he said, lawn and garden, turn right and go in there. No one to help load. So I loaded the bags into my trunk myself. Good thing I am not a weakling! Then, to check out of the yard, I started to tell the woman how to open my trunk, but she walked away from me before I finished a sentence! Not friendly or helpful at all. Just in/out and get outta here. Inside staff was helpful and friendly. Maybe the outside workers should learn from them....and get more help, because not enough staff to help customers.

Dont make people wear masks. This store is making people wear them or buy them. Another scam to make money by Menards. Went to Home Depot and spent $500 after I refused to shop at the mask mandatory store. Never again.

Worst setup ive ever seen at a menards tried to buy lumber couldnt find anyone then when i went to check out they said you need to go get an order ticket in the back where i already was trying to find someone 3 times nope not doing it again ill buy already over priced lumber at a local place before i ever go there again

I stopped in today and the service desk workers in the back either didnt know what they are doing or were extremely rude. I dont remember the guys name but he was big muscular and extremely rude when the guy helping me or I asked questions.Ever since they put the lumber yard outside this place has really begun to SUCK!!! Id rather go to Lowes or Home Depot, I get 10% off instantly at both places and I dont have to wait for the money to come back. And I dont have to walk a mile to get a piece of plywood or a 2x4.

Sometimes the people are helpful, sometimes theyre not. Sometimes theyre just rude. I know were dealing with the covid-19 business, but helpfulness and friendliness has been an issue with Menards always. Lowes is friendly and helpful. Menards employees should aspire to be more like Lowes.

Its as good as a menards gets

I gave 4 stars, but should have given 2 because of the service today. Normally you can get what you want or need with the best pricing around. And normally, you will get help with larger items.Today I didnt receive help with a 185 lb. snowblower.

I needed gloves for work, I went to the store with out a face mask and I was told to leave. While I was entering the store Plover there were several other people and employees without masks. Singling people out. I did about 90% of my shopping for my business, they just lost my business. I will never go there again.

They will not allow people to check out without a mask on. But apparently you can walk through thr store without one without anyone saying anything, but its only qhen you get to thr checkout you have to wear one 🙄They said they were private property and could choose who they served.Well, I wont be spending any money there, EVER AGAIN.

The organization was alright. Plus when you have workers stocking in a section that they know nothing about and you need help, it gets frustrating. Very clean store.

We called in an order and had it shipped very fast. They were very helpful. The item arrived broken and this store really took the torch and fixed it all with much less of us making calls and handling headaches. Got the new one, no damage, and just very pleased with the personal service of this branch.

All the foam and insulation is outside instead of inside like it used to be. So in the cold months you now freeze to death and no one is around outside to bother to help as I guess customers are expected to go outside while their staff is inside cozy and warm. Definitely not like Lowes as all there supplies are inside. And save a few bucks and buy poly 4*8 sheets from Lowes as they are $3 cheaper. Had I known what I do now I would if not bothered to go-to Menards.

Menards is keeping safe practices in place for their employees and customers. I really appreciate this since since other high traffic stores have completely abandoned all safe practices. Im happy to support Menards at any time and am grateful for their care.
