Honestly the worse exerience I ever had with any kind of building material company. Ordered a pre hung entry way door with sidelight with brickmould trim for around the door. Not only did it take weeks to the the door the put the incorrect trim on it which caused the door to be narrower for the rough opening. I call the place trying to find a resolution the response I get from them well with covid and supply chains they may not have had the trim you requested so the put on another trim instead. I said are you effing kidding me, how about check with the person who purchased the door before making an executive decision on the purchasers behalf? Installer which I hired on my own was no issue at all he still installed the door thinking the gaps on either side would be an easy fix with simply adding in expander pieces. Most doors and sidelights come in standardized sizes, there are very few companies out there that completely make a custom door so that being said you would think expander pieces would be common. Expecially when you look a the exterior trim and it literally has a track for an expander piece. I called Wisconsin Building supply back asking them if they had those pieces. They made little to no effort at all to help me resolve this issue. 4k on a door and this is the sort of service you get. Use caution and think twice before using these jokers. No happy with this experience at all.

Cheap products, fail with zero customer service, not willing to correct honestly in timely manner. GO TO FELTZ LUMBER INSTEAD. Feltz Lumber is Good local company, not a corporate chain with corruption and greed like WBS.

Replacing 15 year old door handles and lock sets. Great teamwork and coordination with manufacturer to resolve component incompatability due to age. Thanks.

Not the greatest, a couple of times now special order glass and it came with NO glazing strips 🤔
