I was in to get my brows colored and shaped. Leah did them and she did a great job. This was the second time she has done this service for me and I will be requesting her from now on. She is so friendly and made sure my brows were the way I wanted them. Very professional.

I recently got my hair highlighted and cut by Maggie. She was so sweet and so knowledgeable about hair. She made me feel so good, I don’t get my hair done often because of running a business and being a mom. She did such a good job with making sure you leave feeling beautiful. I will definitely be booking more appointments with her!

I spend a lot of money at Ulta and typically the sales girls are super nice and accommodating. This was the first time I had been in the one in Stevens Point. The girl in the prestige area completely ignored me. I asked for help with something and she gave me a short, rude answer and then just walked away and did not offer help. Not a good experience and will not be back to this location.

Love to go here! The employees are always helpful and nice. The building is new and looks great. They have had products in stock and your able to test/swatch makeup before you buy. Recommending to others 🙂

My daughters and I visited recently, looking for a solution to a mysterious hair problem. It was my first visit. As others have stated, we walked in, made eye contact with 2 clerks who were holding a casual conversation and completely ignored us. No recognition we were there and obviously waiting. When I approached and interrupted their laughing together, it all changed. Very interested, attentive and willing to help us find the right person to advise us. The first clerk admitted she did not have the more advanced training she thought we needed but took us to another woman. This woman have us 2 options and also mentioned that a recent change in medication might be causing the mystery, talking to our doctor would be advised. The product she led us to has helped quite a bit. We are not planning to take it back, as the generous return policy on hair and makeup products would allow. We asked another worker for a specific kind of glove, which they used to handle but don’t now. Later, the same woman found us with a pair of gloves that they use as an alternative. This was the exact item we wanted that we always got at Shopko and now cannot find anywhere. This would be a 5 star rating, except for the odd lack of interest when we entered the store. I do not really understand that.

Got the exact treatment I expected from an overpriced, snobby makeup store... I went to by Clinique 3 step and thought I would give Ulta a try. I don’t wear a lot of makeup so I haven’t shopped in one previously. I walked into the store, no greeting from any of the 3 associates standing near the entry, I wasn’t talked to by an employee until it was time to check out. Then I got a generic, rehearsed talk about their rewards program. This particular store needs to train their employees on better customer service.

It’s a typical Ulta. They have helpful staff, they never manage to shade match a foundation correctly, but at least you can get service if you need it. They have a great return policy and a great customer loyalty program. They don’t seem to run low on as many products here as they do at the one in Wausau.

A very dangerous place to go for make-up lovers like myself. Im like a kid in a candy store. Being that they are only about 2 miles away from me doesnt help. LoL. Very helpful staff. Although a couple of the girls seem to be lost when you ask them questions. Kind of a blank stare. 👀

The management is a complete joke. Rude, Stuck up, & Unapproachable. Eventually word gets out how bad service is there. Refused to tell me her name, No name ID, just a complete THUNT. Well continue to shop at Sephora. Quit hiring chatty cathys and people whom clearly dont know what theyre doing.

ULTA is where I prefer to shop for my beauty supplies. They have name brands from Too Faced to Covergirl and they even have their own make up line. Always friendly and always helpful.

I usually have decent experiences at any Ulta store I go to but the experience I had this time was unacceptable. I went in to exchange a straightener that burnt out in the few months that I had it. Not having a recipt I understood that I might not be able to return it but the snobby attitude that I got from the associates was ridiculous. I couldn’t find the exact straightener that I was trying to exchange when I asked for help the associate said to me “I have to help someone else, I’ll be right back”. She never came back. They made me feel so uncomfortable I left without even taking the old straightener with me and losing out on whatever money I invested into it. I will more than likely not be returning for some time.

I love Ulta and have had great experiences in the past but both my 17 year old daughter and I have had bad experiences with the staff at the Plover store. Poor customer service and snobby attitude with a woman who didn’t wear a name badge but appeared to be a manager or lead of some sort.I didn’t get me free gift bag with a $50 purchase of product so I questioned it and was told they were out there was nothing they could do. I asked for a gift card or some other gift option and was asked in a rude tone if I wanted to return the items. No problem solving or working to make it a fair deal for what was advertised until I continued to talk about what was advertised in the aisle.My daughter was $2 away from her $50 purchase of another product line and asked if she oidlgo get something to make it to $50 to get the gift pack and was told no, she was holding up the line, again in a rude, snobby tone.Mentioned this to a friend that stopped by today and she told me she shops at the Plover store often and has had many occasions where she never got her gift pack after spending the amount required on advertisement.

Went to return a Christmas gift (PÜR 4 in 1 compact) because I didn’t like the color. They would not even exchange it without a receipt!!! I asked if I could get a store credit. Sure, for whatever the lowest price was. They did their scan thing and offered me ONE PENNY. no joke! Emily was kind and called customer service, then handed the phone off to a heavyset manager who I might add was completely rude to me. She had the sing-songy “So sorry” voice. Seriously. First and last time at the Plover store. So much for their satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t like a product and don’t have a receipt, don’t expect ANYTHING from them other than a snobby attitude and the “sucks to be you” look. Pfffft. Drive to Sephora.
