We recently upgraded to gorgeous quartz countertops from Stone Innovations. There was a hiccup... the counter tops were cut incorrectly causing the team at Stone Innovations to have to rectify the situation. Their customer service was great!! They managed to address all of my concerns in an unbelievably short period of time. The error in our order, while Im sure inconvenient for them, really allowed them to prove they back their products and installation. Everyone I worked with from order to install were extremely helpful and informational.

LOVE my counter tops, great service and price. They will come fix any problems, there was a tiny flaw in the natural stone, and they scheduled and fixed it right away.

A lot of beautiful slabs, it makes choosing very difficult.

Extensive selection of granite with slabs being easy to view. They got a quote to us quickly and stayed in touch through the whole process. Very professional from start to finish and the end product looks fabulous. Highly recommend.

These people are knowledgeable and easy to work with. They let us see and approve exactly what the pattern of stone would be for each part of the counter top before they cut it. They also recognized a mistake that our cabinet builders made which would have caused the original sink that we ordered to not fit right, so we could get a different sink that would fit properly. The quality of workmanship was excellent - my only complaint (and it is a very minor one) was the wait time between when they measured our cabinets and when they came to install. They are very busy because they are very good!

We had purchased a countertop off Facebook Marketplace, and on trying to unload we broke it. I emailed Stone Innovations, and although we did not purchase from them, they agreed to take a look and see if they could repair it. Not only can you NOT tell where the countertop broke, they installed it and polished it in my home. Excellent Customer Service!

We looked for Granite Countertops for our kitchen project that required a lot of stone. We visited shops from Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnestoa. One day, on a trip to Rhinelander, we stopped at Stone Innovations. They were the ONLY shop that spoke to us like they really cared were appreciative for stopping and our business. Darlene was AWESOME and quite helpful in our selction. She was able to schedule us for our choice of slabs as well. The installation crew was also above and beyond my expectations. The job was well done. Our project consisted of several seams, and everyone comments on how the job appears seamless. I cant say enough good comments about their customer relations. I have spoken to my local building supply company who uses other stone companies and urge them to check with Stone Innovations as well.

We drove by the samples in rhinelander wi for years one day we stopped in and had a look talked to darlene she was very helpful and professional answered all our questions every time we spoke we ordered new granite and new 14 ga stainless sink under mount for our kitchen, and am very pleased with quality workmanship, layout and installation, my seams are perfect, i would use stone again thank you
