The delivery men were courteous, capable and hard working. They stayed as long as needed to get my new oven level after the leg bent the frame. No complaints...great workers!

Our washing machine died, so we needed one asap. I went to 6 local appliance stores, and, because of covid, they had very limited supply. The washer I wanted wasnt available at any store, only the model that was a step down from what I wanted. I called Kahians and spoke to Steve, and they had the model I wanted in stock, so I went there. I got free delivery, removal of my existing washer, and after all charges, it was less expensive than the lower model that was offered at the other stores. Best of all, it was delivered a few hours later! I was very pleased with the delivery service, and the customer service that Steve offered. I highly recommend Kahians for knowledgeable, personalized service and efficiency. I will be shopping there in the future for all my appliances. I hope to purchase flooring there also.

Awesome local store. So much better than Lowes or any other big box chain, which cannot seem to give you even the most basic customer service and cannot deliver anything when they say they will in terms of appliances. After I cancelled with them on a washing machine, I called up Kahians looking for the same machine. They didnt have the one I was looking for, but they had a more expensive model that had more features. I said that was a little more than I wanted to spend and he offered me a good deal. So I said great. Then he told me he could deliver it that day. Now thats what I call customer service! The prices are no different here than any big box. The difference is there is actually customer service here. Everyone is knowledgeable and pleasant. From the salespeople to the delivery drivers. I hope I wont need another appliance soon, but when I do this will be my go to store from now on. Support local business and buy local.

In and out 10 minutes with a new refrigerator where else can you do that. I just left Home Depot prior who has NO fridges available there only order to be shipped, Kaihans has probably 8 or 9 times the selection, my mind was blown walking in that store all different sorts of appliances good quality names, Brett was SUPER helpful, we found a fridge we liked wanted a different color he said no problem they have a warehouse right down the street huge selection. Loaded us up had us on our way, even reminded us to keep the fridge upright for an hr before turning it on, good store with good employees.

I am beyond impressed with this company. I try to support small, local businesses whenever I can and this store now has my business for life. Their customer service is outstanding, and they go above and beyond. They even helped entertain my small kids when I was there picking out a new microwave. From the sale to the installation to picking up of our old dishwasher, the service was exceptional and much more than I expected. No one should ever shop at a big box store for an appliance when they have this store in town!!! Thank you!

Bought my new stove from here. I like to support small businesses whenever possible. They were able to get the exact stove I was looking for and scheduled delivery for what worked for me. The delivery guys were professional and ensured the stove was in perfect condition upon removing the packaging. They were really good to deal with from ordering to delivery. I will use them again for my appliance needs.

I gave Kahians five stars because they had refrigerator I needed at the big box store price. They delivered within 90 minutes installed and set up. Something the big box stores couldnt do for 7 to 10 days. They just made a fan out of me and Ill spread the word!

We bought a dishwasher from what seemed a pleasant, knowledgeable salesman (Bret, I think). The installer, Justin, said (after a while) that he had to come back the next day with a more appropriate hose. The next day, he came; this time, the dishwasher pump didn’t work...he said that we needed to consult an electrician....we did call our son who has an electrician license in CA....he suggested that we test with anelectric meter which we went to Home Depot and purchased.....there is nothing wrong with our electricity. The Kahain people came to remove their dishwasher....they failed to replace plug under the sink....not knowing their negligence, L ran the disposal which created a HUGE mess which a plumber we engaged fixed. Since then, neither the salesperson nor the owner have returned calls.We went to another dealer. We do not plan to go to this local store again!

Kahians store in Plymouth is the number one store in Plymouth today. We went in to purchase a washing machine today and met with Steve, the owner, and after ten minutes we accepted his recommendation and bought a Speed Queen top loader with a ten year warranty on parts and labor for a great price. Then, he threw in new hoses and for $15 took away our old washing machine. But, most significantly and impressively, Steve delivered our new washing machine in forty-five minutes after our purchase. There is not another dealer in America who respects his customers like Steve at Kahians. So, before you shop Home Depot and Lowe’s to save $25, support your local American businessman and buy local and get great service and respect.

Have purchased a refrigerator and carpeting from them in the past. Most recently bought a new stove and dishwasher. DO NOT waste your time even trying to compare appliances at a big box store. Kahians has it all including awesome advice, expertise, delivery and installation services.

I was searching high and low (the week before Memorial day) for a Weber S435 Grill. I drove to 4 different Lowes and Home Depots (which allegedly had at least 1 in stock) but they were sold before I got there... I called Kahians and the owner (Steve Kahian) answered the phone and to my surprise they had the exact grill I wanted in stock. The whole staff at Kahians were great! The owner and his Sales guy helped me load up the grill and he even threw in a Weber Cleaning brush! Thanks Steve!! I will be buying all of my appliances from you from now on!

I was shopping for a new refrigerator and went to one of the big box stores and wondered around aimlessly for 45 minutes while the sales staff sat at their desks and talked about their weekend, so I left and went to KAHIANS in Plymouth MA . As soon as i walked in the door I was greeted and was shown exactly what i was looking for in a new refrigerator. Everything went so smooth right from the beginning through financing and even the delivery guys were great and on time. Always assumed local family-owned stores were slightly more than big box stores like Home Depot, but I am usually willing to pay that small premium for better customer service and knowledge. Kahians beat HD on price significantly even during a supposed 4th of July sale, and their staff was infinitely more helpful. Next day pickup and didnt even charge me for disposal of old washer machine. Excellent group of folks from my experience. Highly recommend

Ordered an over the stove Microwave by phone on Tuesday and it was installed by 7 pm Wednesday. Can’t get much better service than that. We were assisted by Victoria for the sale and Brett for the installation, both were terrific.As a final note, the price was very competetive with the. Ompetition, including big box stores.

Ive been buying appliances for my home and my business at Kahians for years. Mr. Kahian always takes the time to listen to my needs and find the best piece of equipment for my application. Most recently I purchased new appliances for my kitchen and he spent 10 minutes searching the web for rebates which I could take advantage of. He printed and filled out all the rebate forms for me and saved me well over $1500. His prices were lower than those of the big box stores and when one of the appliances which I purchased had a small factory defect he immediately exchanged it for a brand new unit no questions asked. Its nice to deal with the person whose name is on the door and everyone who works there is a local. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Kahians is hands-down the best place to buy appliances. I just bought a new oven/stove; the owner helped me pick out exactly what I needed and in the right price range. It only took about 15 mins from walking through the door to finishing the purchase. I walked out thinking that was easy.How often do you say that these days? The oven/stove were delivered for free the next day and on time by two very professional gentlemen. Plus, they took away the old appliance. I cant imagine any better service!

I received an appliance that was a lemon . . stopped working after two days. Instead of giving me a new appliance I had to take two days off to wait for repair because they didnt have the part on the first visit . still not right after second repair . ended up buying a completely new appliance from another company . two appliances later and three unpaid days off = loss of $1600 . what a mistake!
