These ladies are incredibly talented and made my wedding dress absolutely PERFECT. I would recommend them any day!! Also extremely helpful with day-of steaming recommendations and dress care - couldn’t be doing a wedding without them!

I cannot recommend K. Gorro enough!! Chris and Kelly have made this experience absolutely amazing. Chris helped me find the most amazing dress. She’s so knowledgeable and made me feel like I was the only bride she’s ever worked with. She helped me realize my vision and also with a different twist I never would have expected. Chris is also extremely thorough and explains everything so you know that she knows what she’s talking about/trust that she wants you to look your absolute best. These Girls are the best!!!!! I simply cant say enough about Maria of Italy! Getting my dress there was such a wonderful and personal experience. They truly care that you get something you love, and dont pressure you into purchasing anything you dont want. Kelly and Christina took their time and helped me find a dress that completely flatters me. I absolutely LOVE my dress!!! The dresses they carry are all absolutely stunning, and nothing is outrageously priced so I was very comfortable shopping there. Its so amazing to have such a personal relationship with the women that work there. I dont feel like just a other number in some factory bridal store. They get to know you and remember you and are always the most helpful, and they do such an amazing job! I recommend this place to EVERYONE!!! I wouldnt waste my time going anywhere else :)

I went in looking for a dress for a formal gala I was attending and was blown away. They were so kind and attentive. The selection of dresses was amazing and the alterations were perfect. Will be going back again for future purchases. Top notch boutique

Poor customer service! Found out the day before I went to get measured for a bridesmaids dress that I was pregnant. I told the woman measuring me for my dress that by the time the wedding occurs I would be 9 months pregnant and most likely won’t be in the wedding. She said she would wait a couple weeks before placing my order but still have to put a deposit down. I called a week later after seeing my OB who said I was high risk and recommended that I not be a bridesmaid in the wedding. So I told them what my OB said and that they should not order my dress and the woman said it’s too late and that I would have to pay for the dress and then they would try to sell it for me. They said they didn’t see a note about waiting to order the dress even though I saw the woman write it down right in front of me. Of course the dress size they ordered is huge because they figured I’d have to fit in it at 9 months pregnant! They woman also lied when I called and said she saw no note regarding this situation. Of course now it’s about 7 months later and they just called to say the dress arrived and asked when I was coming in for a fitting and To pay for the rest of dress. I attempted to tell her that I’m not wearing the dress because I’m not in the wedding so not to worry about scheduling a fitting and she was rude and wouldn’t even let me tell her the situation, kept interrupting me. Apparently once again they had no note regarding this situation. I didn’t even say anything about not paying for the rest of the dress that I am not going to wear and which shouldn’t have been ordered in the first place. More made about the rudeness more than anything and the unwillingness for them to even try and cancel to order from the beginning.

Beautiful shop!!! Some of the most fabulous and intricate dresses I have seen in the area! Highly recommend! Also fantastic customer service ! If you have a wedding or prom coming up I would highly recommend this place!

Best Alterations and restoration to my grandmothers 80 year old wedding dress. My grandmother is still alive and cant wait to see it on my wedding day.

Very disappointed in my wedding dress alteration from Maria of Italy. First the woman helping me (with blonde hair, not the owner) was a little pushy and made me feel uncomfortable/ I could tell she wasnt giving me her honest opinion, she was only trying to make a sale. SECONDLY, and MOST IMPORTANTLY at my last fitting they said they would sew in my strapless bra. I told them multiple times that this was very important to me, and they did not do what I asked and paid for. SO, in almost every single one of my wedding photos my bra is showing!!!!! Along with that major disappointment they also did not sew on my belt, I asked them multiple times to sew this on so that the buttons ( the reason I bought the dress) could be displayed nicely/ not hidden by an ugly shoelace looking bow. Also, one of my straps was to tight and dug into my shoulder which left a red mark the entire day, with the other strap to loose, falling off the entire day. It was a disaster. So, basically the last $300 payment I gave them to fix these problems were not fixed at all. It seems to me they didnt even look at my dress after my last fitting. Knowing all this now I can see why they didnt have me try it on before I took it.P.s. My mother called the store to complain and we didnt get a call back, refund or an apology!

She said yes to the dress so I am very pleased with how it went.
