I had a very specific question regarding a shipment and the Customer Service number for FedEx is all automated so I wasnt getting my question answered and wanted to speak to a real person. I called and Michael was very kind and helpful and was able to patch me through to a live person at Customer Service and I got my question answered. I appreciated the fact that he was so willing to help when he didnt have to. Great customer service!!
Ive used this location for a few print orders and Adam has been very helpful in making sure my orders always come out right.
Jason was great! I came in to make copies of some BWCA maps that WILL be exposed to sun, wind, rain, lake water etc and he suggested a water resistant/tear resistant paper that is going to work perfectly. He was also genuinely interested in fulfilling my needs. 10/10 will be back for any/all printing needs!!
I am a Small Business owner and I go to this FedEx office in Plymouth twice a week. New Manager Adam is extremely RUDE to customers and his team. He does not smile when he greet customers and I watched him doing my order for shipment I wish they can get him out of this office to move him some where else.He is nothing but VERY BAD reputation for FedEx. please get rid of him.

Cody was phenomenal. i hardly ever feel inclined to leave a review but the service i received tonight before closing was 5 stars. He was so patient and helpful and made me feel comfortable about shipping my belongings. I see why they say Minnesota Nice. Great job guys.
I needed to print off a pdf with not much knowledge of printers or computers for that matter and the clerk was busy talking to his friend that came in behind me about buying a house. I ended up asking a fellow customer for information on how to print something off and he was more helpfull and friendly that the clerk. Im not going to drop names but i hope you move to texas a little sooner so others dont have to experience what i did.
I needed to get some odd sized boxes to ship some eBay sales and they were able to help me out. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Danny was very friendly and helpful when I stepped in yesterday. Though the store was busy he asked me to wait a bit and was willing to help me pack the shipment while suggesting great information that saved half the shipment price. When I thanked, he said it’s all part of his job. How easily he said in a humble way!! I am sure this will be the place for me to go for my further shipment needs. No doubt about that!! This is probably my favorite fedex in town. If youre going to splurge, this is the place to do it. The service is promt and good-hearted, which feels part of the rustic fedex feel. The staff was especially helpful for pairing our packages with cheerful jokes. Will ship with them again!

I went in today about 4:10. This may be the time of day it picks up. The gentleman working was the only one in the store. He helped me.a.lot with printing and shipping items. I am not tech savvy so when I say help.i mean he went over and above. He also managed time well in between things for me and ensuring others werent held up.and had service promptly. Kudos.
I came in here right after opening last Saturday. Danny was working alone and had just learned that one of his big printers wasnt functioning. I had a small print project that only cost 27 cents, but Danny went the extra mile to help me get the file from Etsy/my phone to your email, and then he cut the print to perfectly fit a frame. In other words, he treated me as though the project was going to bring the store $27 or $270, not just a measly quarter. I appreciated it, and hope his day got better!
Great guy, very helpful. Only one person working and 7 customers waiting. Need more staff. 20 minute wait. Will not come here again

Jade was an absolute pleasure to work with tonight! Very attentive, and a whiz at the computer. She put together our order in less than two minutes, and even suggested a way we could save money. Will definitely be using FedEx again soon.
Although it is a smaller location tucked into a strip mall, it is conveniently located and has great professionals willing to assist with shipping/printing needs. Ive used the shipping services, plus print and copy at self-service stations. A wonderful experience all around.

I stopped in and mailed 3 packages and was very impressed by how nice and fast dawayne helped me. There were a lot of customers in at the time,and the staff were all nice and efficient with helping everyone mail their packages:) definitely coming back to this location
Though not their fault, deliveries sometimes come later than expected. But the interaction of the people are the location is excellent. They take care of customers as best they can.

Manager was a sad, rude, whiny mouth breathing knuckle dragger.I came in with a receipt from a previous transaction and wanted to get some info about the package as it never arrived.She said she wouldnt look it up because they close in thirty minutes and wanted me to call the 1-800 number. After explaining that I already did and was instructed to go to her store, she scoffed and told me its best to try the 1-800 number again.After some back and forth, she agreed to look into it, and would call me back once she found the transaction. She never did.We close soon does not mean you are done working. Welcome to retail, lady

Called a few places to get a quick poster, they were able to complete within an hour, called when they had an issue with my graphics, called when project was done. Really good service - keep it up!
Service is very good but if you forgot your belongings in the store, those not yours any more.
I had to return a tire. FedEx delivered it to my house without any packaging. Just a shipping label taped to the tire itself. I was provided a return label but when I got to this FedEx, they said the tire had to be in a box. I was charged 21.44 for a box.
Super disappointed in customer service by the Center Manager. Ive done business here for many years and loved my experience. Recently went in and was made to feel as if I was putting her out for changing files into a pdf for a project. Never had this happen. I chose to use another location due to this.
Erik was very helpful and nice when I shipped out 3 large boxes and used the fancy tape-roller. No lines to wait in, simply brought the boxes and shipping labels to the counter.
If you have something to ship, do NOT rely on this place. It is manned by 1 person, I was in a bit of a rush, and ended up behind someone trying to figure out business card design...15 minutes later I left with no end in sight to the “consult”...went to UPS instead.
Clerk was horrible to work with unlike others who have helped. She was arrogant, sarcastic and seemed like a miserable individual in general. 3:20pm on a sunny saturday, maybe that was the reason.Went again today, Jasmine is brutal!!! Clearly dealing with some self issues. Cannot have a transaction with her without a deep pause and sigh if impatience.
Working for a small business that has fairly irregular but critical printing and shipping needs, this Fedex Office location has been awesome to work with. They have completed print jobs and shipped them across the country without a hiccup. Often times with what I would consider unreasonable notice, one time I showed up at 5pm with a request to print and bind 8 full color presentations and have them done and packaged by 7pm so they could ship them overnight across the country. I wasnt expecting them to be able to have that quick of a turnaround and would completely understand if they couldnt do that in the future but I absolutely appreciated the level of service. The previous example is one of many times that this location has been able to give me this level of service.Im extremely satisfied with the level of customer service that this Fedex location has been able to provide and Ill continue to recommend them to anyone that will listen. If you have printing and shipping needs I wouldnt hesitate to to use them.
Took forever. The one salesperson in there was great, but only one person attending made for a wait.
Simple place in a good location with friendly service and lots of options for office and shipping supplies. The pickup box inside says it picks up drop offs at 7:30pm and has a list of days when its not picked up or the time is different.
Ive run into the same employee twice now. Clearly hates his job, actively avoids the customers, is totally unhelpful and embarrassingly slow.
