My order arrived in 2 separate boxes. One on Friday and one on Monday but it is the correct product and they charged my bank account the correct amount. They may just need more organization in their shipping.
Product selection and quality seems OK, but its in ordering, delivery, customer service that WebOfficeMart falls flat on its face. I ordered a large cabinet on a Friday, and their website said Id be notified of delivery-tracking info. as soon as it was shipped. (Thats important if you have a big item that cannot be left at the door, or you need to arrange workmen to carry upstairs.) No response from company, I write, they ignore me, and then on Tuesday morning Kerry in Customer Service emails to say that the delivery truck is on its way, arriving in as soon as 12 minutes. Twelve minutes of warning! Naturally I could not get there in time, the delivery was aborted, and the argument started. So then they tell me the deal is canceled, item is on its way back to their warehouse. Fine, I go to order from another company and Lo and Behold, the original cabinet is delivered two days later. Confused, rude, incompetent, and those are some of the nicest things I have to say after this nightmare experience. My advice: dont be fooled by prices that seem low. WebOfficeMart will cost you the difference ten times over in nerves, aggravation, and wasted time with their catastrophic customer service. I still cant get over it: notifying me of delivery not a day, or even a few hours in advance, but with just 12 minutes of warning!! Twelve minutes!!
They might be a little less expensive but horrible customer service...30% restocking fee on a return! Criminal!
Worst customer service ever! Called 5 times just to try and get tracking info. Was told 4-5 times that they would email the info. Finally, a week later they sent tracking info for a delivery to the east coast. I live on the west coast! Wrong tracking, wrong item. I finally had to take matters into my own hands. Called the manufacturer directly and found out that my item was on the west coast but had not budged for two weeks. So far this company has had my $ for 3 weeks and yet I still have no item. Why are you still in business? I wish I had been smart enough to read the reviews on your company before ordering. Not one good review in the bunch. I learned a lesson. Lower costs does not mean better. I should have just stuck with Amazon.

WebOfficeMart is horrible. No where did I see that it takes 21 days to ship a filing cabinet nor did I see that you cannot cancel the order. I have never in my 32 years of being in business or ordering online have I seen anything like this. I called customer service and the lady was extremely rude and not sympathetic at all. She may not agree with me and I am not saying that the customer is always right but you have to be polite and try to diffuse the situation. Her customer service skills are some of the worst I have ever experienced. She thinks she is an awesome Customer Service Member touting her 20 years of Customer Service. Well, I have to say if I treated my customers like she treated me, I would not have any customers. Needless to say I will NEVER, EVER EVER order anything from this company again. She told me that it would ship out on the 18th and it would take 5 days. If I do not receive by the 24th we will have severe issues. Never use this company. They have no idea what they are doling. i placed an order for 3 items on July 9, 2018 and on the 23 & the 30th cannot find my order or give me a tracking number. They said it was cancelled but could not provide proof of the cancellation and I have my statement from my credit card showing it was processed the same day of the order. I called my credit card company and disputed the charges and told them about the scam of this business. They should be shut down and legal action taken.

This company is PURELY a scam. You placed an order online, they didnt tell you that cant ship to a P.O. Box, after you paid, they turned around and told you that it cant be shipped to P.O. Box. And after you requested refund, 2 representative told you differently 3 answers regarding refund. So far my girl friend has NOT get a single penny refund and no items shipped. VERY bad experience, this company is PURELY a SCAM, NEVER order from them!!!! They took your money and do NOTHING, no REFUND from their end, this is robbery!
They wont even send you an Order Confirmation. The web site states most orders are shipped the next day: This is the farthest thing from the truth imaginable. I grew suspicious after waiting 3 days and did not receive an order confirmation. I called and they said they will confirm the order by the end of the day, they need to check with their supplier to see if they can get the merchandise. No confirmation at the end of the day was sent. Two days later same thing, and again, despite what they said, no confirmation was sent. I was then informed that I am calling for no reason because these things take approximately a month, sometimes two, and that this was disclosed to me before hand: That is simply just another UNTRUE statement from these people. And, by the way, there are many reputable web retailers who do NOT take a month or two to send merchandise and who do not make multiple false statements, and who do communicate and formally accept orders, send tracking information timely and ship when they say they will ship: But, definitely not this company, stay away from them, they are either illegitimate con-artists or are one of the most negligent and inept web retailers on the internet.

On their website it reads inside delivery are quoted separately however, they still refused to delivery the furniture inside when we request it nor would they allow us to return the HON furniture. We are a non profit company. This was a waste, energy, & money.
