Ive been there several times shopping. Staff is on the ball—they recognized me after about my second visit, and even though I havent bought anything (yet) theyve been helpful and friendly. Today one of the guys fixed the rear view mirror on a scooter I hadnt bought from them—no charge! Good place. Lots of interesting inventory, too.

Purchased a new CRF250L from these guys. AJ helped me out with the purchase and sourced some accessories I was looking for. Everyone was friendly and willing to help with anything I needed.

Couldnt even get anyone to help me. I was continually ignored and passed on for other people that came in behind me. So my husband and I left. Maybe next time I should wear fancier clothes and not run down rags from working on vehicles. Decided to take our money elsewhere.

I am from out of town glad i didnt waste my time at this joke.

Pocatello power sports is the place to get all of your power sports needs in Pocatello. Very friendly sales staff. Jess was awesome to work with he made the deal very easy and painless. I took my sons bike in to have the valves adjusted. I received a call a few days later telling me the bike needed $1600 of work. I was shocked as most of the parts were new. I was informed that maybe one of the techs would want to buy the bike off you. I asked again for the valves to be adjusted. Called several days later, bike was still not done and was now told it needed $2000 worth of work. I told them again to just adjust the valves and put the bike back together. They called later and said there was sand in the air-box. I was quoted 30 minutes to clean it. After several weeks of this nonsense the bike was finally ready. They charged me an hour and 15 minutes on the air-box and the bike was not put back together. After bringing the bike home, I discover it was missing an engine plug and had to go back. In all I was originally quoted $117 and paid $350. I will never use this shop again...total circus.

I recently had pocatello power sports put a power commander 5 on my Victory vegas 8 ball, and dino tune it. They did an amazing Job! My bike gained like 6 mpg and runs amazing. I am so happy with there service and a job well done!!

I’m writing this review out of frustration with Pocatello powersports. We bought a used side by side “as is” from them on May 5th. Bodi did a great job getting us into the machine. After only 30 days and 300 miles the motor went out in the machine. We called and spoke with them and was told bring it up so we can what is going on. So we loaded it up drove the hour and a half away only to be told we would have to pay $1000 to open it up and see what was going on they did finally drop it to $750 but why would we pay that when we could do that ourself. ( my husband is a professional mechanic for a living) The whole time they keep telling us they will do what they can to make it right. In the end our local power sport shop ( Let’s ride in Rupert ) was more willing to try to help us then what Pocatello powersports was. They aren’t even the ones that sold us the lemon. We also spoke with Jess and was pretty much told sorry for your bad luck. It only happens every once in a while. There’s really not much we can do because it’s a used machine and nobody can predict what will happen. So in the end I would just like to pass on a warning to anyone buying used from them. They have horrible after the sell customer service.

New sales are good, decent prices. Competitive with anyone else. The problem comes in the service department. So far they seem to be about 50% with fixing what you take a bike into them for. Example, we took a bike in to them and told them it was having engine problems. Told them to do whatever it took to diagnose and fix it. They had the bike for 2 weeks completely rebuilt the top end of the motor and we took it back out and rode it for about 1.5 minutes before the engine completely seized. We took the bike back to them and they said it wasnt their fault, nothing that they fixed caused the problem. The bottom end of the engine had seized. It didnt matter that they were the ones who miss diagnosed the problem and that everything they had charged us to fix was now completely ruined as well. The only thing they were willing to do for us was to completely rebuild the engine. At full cost of course.

After a negative experience with a different dealer, I came in to have my Arctic Cat SxS serviced, even though they arent an Arctic Cat dealer. They took care of me A to Z with great service and great prices. Everyone was awesome to work with, Ill definitely be coming back for more parts, service, and SxS purchases! Thanks guys!

I walked in, looked at all the motorcycles for 30 minutes, read all the tags available and not one person said hello, can I help you, or even acknowledged me. I would not recommend this store, if you actually want customer service and assistance to make a purchase. Very disappointed.

Its often difficult to get someone to answer the phone. I get people get busy, but calling 4 times to get a voice to talk to is a bit excessive. The experience i had with the service department was not to good the first time. I gave them another shot thinking it was just my attitude towards the situation, same result. Ive never delt with sales so i cant say anything positive or negative about that department. The parts guys have always been phenomenal to help me out. Parts prices are very competitive with anything ive found.*Update*Man have these guys stepped up big in the last little while! Every time i call i get a real person that answers the phone (usually jackie and shes great!) I have now delt with the sales team and im here to tell you AJ and Brian are awesome! They got me a deal that knocked the socks off of their competitor. I highly recommend talking to either of them on a new machine. They have a new service manager who called me direct and apologized for how things were handled in the past and assured me that thats not how he is going to operate things. Very strand up!!! I moved from a 3 to 4 star. If service steps up its 5 stars all day!!

These guys suck as far as the service department goes. I was originally told they would have a diagnosis of my bike the following week after I brought it in. 3 weeks later they still hadnt looked at it. I would have understood had they been honest about their schedule, but they try and turn it around and make it seem like theyre so overworked and the customer isnt being patient enough. Screw that! talk straight with the customer. Be honest about the scheduling so I can make an informed decision about whether or not to leave the bike, or find another shop.

We have purchased several motorcycles and 2 SXS from these guys. Brian J is the best. He has always been very friendly and helpful, and makes sure we get what we need. We have dealt with other motorcycle dealerships over the years, and we still bring our non Honda motorcycles here to be worked on because we have never found the professionalism and respect that we get from Brian J and thier service dept. anywhere else. When ever we have had a concern Brian J always sees that we are taken care of expediently. We thank the employees of Pocatello Power Sports for always taking care of us.

I have a hard time believing that as many people had positive experiences as the reviews here would have you believe. I bought a motorcycle, a helmet at another time, and had the motorcycle serviced at Pocatello PowerSports, and not once did I feel as though the staff here had any notion as to what customer service is.My bike was delayed several times, no doubt initially delayed to save the store money, and not once was I called to let me know of the delay. I called the day after it was supposed to come in and was only then told that it had been delayed. This happened three times. The fourth time I called after the given date, was it actually in. The only time Pocatello PowerSports called me was to let me know that some of the paperwork had been filled out incorrectly.About a month later, I ordered a helmet through them, and, once again, was given a date that it would arrive as I paid. It was also delayed. And, once again, I was not alerted. Neither was I called when the helmet came in.The final nail in the coffin is the obscene experience I had working with their service department. My motorcycle starts to leak oil. I take my bike in on a Friday, and am told it ought to be done later that day or the next. I dont hear anything from the shop, so I call on Monday. Turns out the gasket on my crankcase was seated badly, and they need to order one. It should be in on Wednesday or Thursday. I call Friday, one week after dropping it off, to find out that the gasket came in, but that they hadnt thought to schedule anyone to do the work. Theyll have someone work on it on Tuesday. I dont hear anything, and Wednesday is Independence Day, so I call in Thursday. The Service Department head says she doesnt see any notes, but will talk with the mechanic and call me back. I wait four hours and dont get a call back, so I call in again. Turns out the mechanic wasnt able to get to it on Tuesday, so they try to squeeze it in on Friday, two weeks after I dropped it off for a little work. Unsurprisingly, I dont get a call, so I call them Saturday. Again, mechanic wasnt able to get to it, so were rushing and going to do it Monday. I get no call on Monday. I call in on Tuesday and, oh, hey, the mechanic didnt get to it. Well get it done tomorrow, Wednesday, we swear! I call in on Wednesday afternoon, and, after sitting on hold for eight minutes because its busy, Im told the mechanic is out test riding it. I show up a couple minutes later to a busy, nigh-empty store to be charged $141.13 for a new gasket and the pleasure of being run around for two weeks, five days.Ive never had such a terrible experience as a customer, and couldnt imagine the level of incompetence of Pocatello PowerSports to so consistently not give a care in the world.I suggest avoiding Pocatello PowerSports. They didnt deserve the business I gave them and probably dont deserve yours, either.Update: I wrote this review over dinner, immediately after leaving the store with my bike. Once I got home, my bike was smoking with burning oil. I was extremely frustrated, thinking that they hadnt actually fixed my bike. I took it back the next day and went straight to management, who had seen this review. Management was very apologetic and diagnosed the burning oil as residue the techs left on my bike. The manager had my bike cleaned and treated me like he cared for me as a customer, but he did nothing to otherwise remedy the situation. I will not be doing any further business with them.

Great group of guys.. had what I needed

I was on a multistate ride and had a blowout on the front tire. They got me in quickly and replaced my tube and tire without any hassle. Customer service was outstanding!

Ive always liked Pocatello PowerSports and have bought motorcycles from them in the past. Its always been a pretty average experience. They have a decent selection of vehicles, a few helmets, and a few pieces of other gear. Not a fantastic selection of riding gear, by any stretch. Service is always pretty average and not overly willing to want to help you.Most recently I was in looking at picking up a bike, with $5,000 in my pocket ready to make the sale, and no one really took me serious. It was a pain trying to get anyones attention long enough to ask some questions; it felt like they thought we werent serious buyers (I never advertised that I had cash in hand). Ended up looking at their small selection of gear for a bit before walking out. Had much better service at other businesses.

These guys are great, very knowledgable staff who you can tell are into motorcycles. Service department performs very quality work and turn around is more respectable than any shop in the area. Tires also seem to be competitive with internet pricing, which is great. I prefer to keep my money local if possible.

Amazing experience!!! Great Price!!! They make you feel like family!!! I recently purchased a Can-Am 570 Outlander Max from a Pocatello Powersports. Jess went out of his way to help me get the machine I wanted. He had to find it a a different dealership, and then had to have it shipped. He kept me updated on the progress, and when he found it he had the machine rushed to his store, so I would have the ATV in time for a family camping trip. Every employee that I worked with was very knowledgeable and helped me decide which ATV was right for me and my family. They were amazing to work with, and they got me a great deal. If you are looking for an ATV/UTV/ Motorcycle you cant go wrong with Pocatello Powersports. They will treat you right every step of the way.

Tried to charge me high bran new price $9603.82 for a 2013 KTM 690 duke. higher than bran new price for 2017 same model..REALLY? guys.. your never selling that.

One star. I like nothing about the place. Took my bike in for an insurance claim. They did not look over the bike completely for a detailed estimate. No attention to detail from any mechanic. Miss order stock parts for obvious aftermarket parts and considering all the parts were simple installs took longer than i feel it should have. definitely not a place to go. Take the extra time and go to idaho falls. I love my KTM and seeing that i bought it from them new i expected more. i am very upset with this dealer.Ammendment to post from 1 star to 3. After speaking with chris i was assured that they would do everything they could to remedy the situation. Its good to see that someone from the company actually cares enough to contact its customers.

I had sprocket damage to my KTM 690 Enduro R / Bj2015. After clarifying all the options, I was helped very easily. I am in transit and will no longer be able to visit the workshop. Nevertheless, I was offered above-average service at a good price. I can continue my journey without further delay.
