Review ok I called these guys at 3 oclock and the machine was not sold so I drive to pocatello to look at the machine at 4 oclock and no it wasnt sold at that time so I made a deal to purchase it and it was accepted by manager and the machine wasnt sold then either at four thirty was given the amount to get a cashiers check to finish the purchaseI get back to the dealership and hand them the check to finish the sale and somehow it is already sold guess my bid wasnt high enough so I was sent home with a oh someone else had it written up and he doubted the people could get financing then as Im driving home I get a text from the salesman telling me that the other people were approved loan and wanted to send me a switchback tie down as if I would want to advertise for them after the bang up job they pulled on me and my wife. As well as the insult of a text message instead of a actual phone call as per most professional situations

I have purchased three units from Switchback Motor Sports in the last six months. Each purchase went smooth and I got a fair deal. The service and parts departments are excellent. They schedule you in as soon as they can and they get your machine completed on time as soon all the parts have arrived. This is a very busy dealership and I know of several repeat customers

Purchasing from Switchback was the absolute, most easiest vehicle purchase Ive ever made at a dealership. Ive had a harder time purchasing groceries at a regular grocery store than purchasing my new motorcycle from Switchback. I do say that in the sh--show year we call Covid, but nonetheless, I will definitely consider making future purchases here even though its about a 4 hour round trip from Utah. Switchback worked very hard to make sure that everything went well with this bike purchase. Karl kept me informed with as much information as he had when the bike was on order. I also am very impressed with the price and fees of the bike. Switchback does not have any fees except a title fee and taxes. No extra fees like other places. If your looking for a bike and go somewhere else you will pay more for it, or perhaps you may not even get an ordered bike! Ask my brother who went to another southeast Idaho dealer. We both ordered the same bike. I have mine, he doesn’t. When he does get his bike it will be interesting what he has to pay for it! SWITChBACK is my dealer! Check them out and save money!

During the craziness of Covid, I located the dirt bike I was in search of but had to travel 3+ hours to pick up. When I arrived, all the paperwork was ready to sign, they loaded the bike for me and I was done in 15 minutes. This was the quickest and most seamless purchase I have ever made! I would highly recommend them.

I bought a helmet here and because of the crazy times right now they didnt have anything that worked for me. They were quick to help me find a helmet that worked for me and had it there a couple days later. The place is really clean and the staff are all fantastic! Very slow with extended warranty on my side x side. Need to do a better job explaining the amount of maintenance required on Polaris and clutches with the amount of dirt that accumulates in them to customers.

Just bought a 2020 Razor XP 4 1000 Turbo. They were tied with the best price I could find in a pretty broad search and I was able to stay local and work with people I know and cheap the money in town. Karl and Nate treated me great. Would highly recommend them.

I went to Switchback Motorsports to purchase a 2020 Yamaha, and couldnt be happier with my experience! I live about 2 hours away in Utah and was initially very unhappy that I had to drive so far to buy my bike but I am now so glad I did. I dont know if any other dealership would have done as much or bent over backwards for me like they did. My salesman Jarom did everything to help me get my bike ready and pick out all the riding gear I needed. Valerie was my finance lady, she was down to earth and friendly and very quick. When I was ready to leave I had to put together a bike mount on my 4Runner and Jarom and even Jordan from their parts department came out and worked to help me put it together and load it up.They all went far out of their way and beyond the scope of duty to make me feel taken care of and give me the best experience in my dirt bike buying. This is an amazing dealership that goes out of their way to resolve problems and provide service. I had an intermittent problem with my newly purchased RZR which started during the warranty period and persisted after the warranty had expired. They worked hard with Polaris to resolve the issue. Moreover, when I take my machine in for service I am often helped with loading and unloading of my machine. Last time I took my machine for routine service someone washed it. I am impressed. Stopped in today for the first time to check these guys out, in search of some riding gear. Store was impressive and is the nicest facility of its kind in the Pocatello area. Great selection of vehicles and the best selection of riding gear in town. They also easily had the best service of the 3 motorsports shops I visited in town. Multiple people offered to assist me, and ultimately Nick spent a good part of his afternoon working with me to order the gear that best suited my needs. Hes been great to work with; very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience and these guys will be my new go-to for riding gear and equipment.

Bought a new Sportsman 570 Polaris and the staff was professional and efficient. The transaction was done over the phone and when I showed it was ready for me.

Friendly staff, great service technition, was in and out within 30 minutes.

They have taken care of me and met the time frames they said they would.

Cant tell you how refreshing it is to walk into a bike shop and have someone pay attention to you. The sales department headed up by Jordan did an excellent job finding me the perfect RZR. Steven in service and Robi in parts were able to get what i needed and take great care of me when a manufacture defect was found on my ride. If your in I.F it is well worth the drive and your time to visit these guys and get the excellent sales and service experience that i have received.

Swichback is the best, I cant believe how nice and easy to work with the staff are. I worked with Jordan and that guy is a rockstar. I bought a WR 450F and they showed me everything I needed to know about the bike they told me to stop on by anytime if I had any questions or concerns, they even helped me load it in my truck. If anyone is in the market for a new or used toy I highly recommend Swichback Motorsports, I like them so much I even bought another new bike from them that makes 2 now and each time was an awesome experience.
