This is an easy-off/easy-on gas and groceries resource for freeway travelers, but the customer service is lacking. Gas stations with convenience stores typically offer the same amenities, so what makes certain ones great is the customer service. I cant recommend this particular Maverick, the service is that BAD. I stopped for the last time on a recent Sunday, late afternoon. All the hot food machines were empty and turned off, so I stepped up to the small Mexican food kiosk. A worker trotted over, flipped off the lights and said, The grill is closed! So, I stepped over to the hot chocolate dispenser - empty! The worker gave me a stern lecture when I mentioned it was empty. The workers at this place seem to despise their customers! Note: theres a Flying J just south of town where the customer service is excellent!

One of the newer Maveriks meaning it’s much cleaner and nicer on the inside. We stopped here very early in the morning and everything was still stocked and ready for the morning rush. The worker was quick to help us.

Great place. Excellent fuel prices at convenient locations. Good coffee selection at far lower prices then the coffee shops. Lots of freshly made to go food selections. Clean restrooms. They also sell selections of necessary travel items. Overall great choice when on the road.

Was rude complained that not everyone had to wear a mask but she did and shes the one with health issues. Do not vent to your customers of you have a problemgo to your hr department.

I would admittedly never put Maverik gas in a vehicle, however, their store is great here. Lots of selection and the facility is always kept clean, with friendly attendants. The location is also fantastic, and couldnt be located closer to the freeway on/off ramps. I havent used it, but this location also features a Growler Station, if youre looking for some unique draft beer. To top it off, there is a Redbox outside as well. Overall, a good location that we visit often for drinks / snacks / hot chocolate / etc.

This Maverik offers easy access to I-15 and had a newer building. The growler full station is a wonderful place to pick up some unique beers from great breweries.The bathrooms are looking very worn even though they are fairly new. They often require cleaning or maintenance.

I have an Inexplicable loyalty to Maverick. They always seem to have everything I need and have great prices to boot. Their locations always feel cleaner and better kept up than other stations in town.Not only is this an accessible location, but they have a nice wide lot thats easy to get in and out of.

Yummy snacks and the staff is as friendly as can be expected during this pandemic.

I had been driving for several hours and needed a break, food, coffee and gas. I went in to get the coffee and NONE of the several coffee machines had coffee. I walked over to the last one and the clerk standing behind the counter across the store said The ones on the right have coffee. I moved to one that said Columbian and no coffee. Again, from the back of the store the clerk said SIR! in a loud voice and merely pointed. I gestured to the last coffee machine, went over and finally got my coffee. I told the clerk you should have signs on these others that dont have coffee. He said There ARE signs. I shook my head, said only one does, got my purchase and left.Ok, I get it. Youre miserable because you have to work a graveyard shift at a gas station store. But, thats no reason to be rude. Change your attitude. If you dont like it, dont work there.

I just left this maverick with my mom, sister and Aunt. Anjilyn was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! We got waters and fountain drinks on our last stop to Idaho Falls because weve been on a long road trip. Our fountain drinks tasted disgusting and we asked for different flavors and she said you can try but it probably wont change anything. We ended up walking out and dumping our drinks in the garbage can. My mom is so upset for the last bit of our long drive.Anjilyn if you hate your job so much, you should probably quite! Because we were treated so disrespectfully. This post doesnt deserve the single star it received.

It also works like an electronic punch card.EMPLOYEES - 5Employees are typically nice. Which could possibly be a challenge when living in Pocatello.

The guy at the register just now argued with me about my maverik card. I have to scan it because the mag strip is worn out and it doesnt swipe in store or at the pump and I havent gotten a new one yet. Instead of just scanning it like everyone else he felt the need to inform me that I can just swipe it. I said it doesnt work so you have to scan it. He said they got new scanners and it works. And then proceeded to tell me how to use my debit card. Sorry bud, my card doesnt work. I was here earlier today too. Maybe drop the attitude and do your job?

This Maverik is one of the best around. It is nice and clean and always has open gas pumps. Gas here is usually one of the cheapest around. There is also very easy access to the freeway.

One of my favorite small stores in Aberdeen.Always neat.Card reader is not always operational hence only 4 stars.But if you want to have a hotdog or a drink on your way to Pingree or Blackfoot this is the perfect spot.

Never has any of the burritos or salads ready in the morning, the salads are not filled very well and the customer service is ok. The one over on pole line is way better.

The story says they’re open 24 hours but now all of a sudden as of tonight the funny guy, not funny ha ha,, but the other type of funny couldn’t tell me why they were closing at 10 PM. What a joke.

I do appreciate how clean the stipe and restrooms were but I was shocked by the customer service. When I was checking out the cashier was chatting on her phone the entire time about boys and drama hardly giving me the time of day. I definitely will be hesitant to ever go back there again.

Maverik used to be great. However now the prices are so high it cost over $10 if you want a drink and something to eat. They charge $5.99 for a small sandwich that is made out of super prossesed ingredients. The only thing they have for cheap is soda and candy bars. Also this store has not had soap in the mens room for the last 3 weeks. I stop here several times a week during work and never buy anything anymore. Just use the restroom.....lol. Too bad, Maveriks used to be good.

Easy access and despite being a busy store I can get in an out quickly.

Took a trip to Idaho to try some scratchers since I’m now old enough. The first cashier was completely rude. He asked for my ID and I said what? And he said ummm your ID! I wasn’t like okay dude I just didn’t hear you! Then I took my scratchers back in being new to this I didn’t know that you had to scratch the barcode off the guy rudely says you need to make sure you scratch the barcode off before you bring these up here. As I walked out I told him that he could use an attitude change. He had the nerve to say actually I don’t. You bet I’ll be giving your corporate office a phone call!

This is really one of the best Maveriks you can go to in the area. Its very updated and fun to go into.

I always stop at THIS Maverik when going through Pocatello. Itnus conveniently located right off of Interstate 15. They have lots of pumps, so you never have to wait for one. Their prices are very competitive.

I am always a Maverick goer but they sold me a broken car charger for $25 dollars and wouldnt do anything about it. Customer service a negative 5.

Its a gas station its not going to be perfect but every time I go there one of the employees is on their phone. I dont think they should be on their phone while they are working.

Their employees need to be friendly. They are always talking amongst each other and they act like the customers are bothering them
