First time using Napa and last the over charge on air filter $3 didnt even ask if i want the good one or the cheap didnt even told me the price of product to see if i wanted or no last time

I had stripped out Lugnuts I was in the parking lot trying to remove them so I can replace them and they were so tight and striped I couldnt get them off One of the guys came out with a breaker bar and help me loosen the lug nuts. Every time tine I have gone into the Point Pleasant or Bricktown Napa they have always gone above and beyond to be helpful Especially today in the Point Pleasant store
