We stopped by on our way out of town because our tire pressure was low. Bud helped us out and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes! Great service and he was really kind! 10/10 recommend!

Duford mechanics are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had them work on suspension issues with my Mercedes. My Mercedes sat there for almost 2 months while they worked on everyone elses vehicle. I am unhappy about that. I know working on a Mercedes is a pain, and I was so grateful they were willing to do the work but the two month wait was soooo long. They also allowed me to purchase my own parts (no warranty from them on this but the cost of the labor alone was estimated about $1,000 so again very grateful). When the work was finally completed, most of the parts I was told to purchase were not used and I paid almost $900 in labor. The driver side was clanging immediately on pick up to direct drive home. I picked up after hours on a Friday and called the beginning of the following week. The mechanic said that it was the upper mount on the strut making a small noise because it was sensitive to not being aligned just perfectly but reassured me everything was tight and functioning well. I did not drive my Mercedes opting to park it and later took it to G&M who found the issue - the upper control arm had a bolt sticking out about 1/4 of an inch - wasnt properly tightened down. They video recorded the diagnosis. Im glad I just parked it instead of driving it. Needless-to-say, Im disappointed with the length of time it took for them to work on my vehicle, not completing all the work they asked for parts for, them blowing me off when I notified them of an issue. They are pleasant and knowledgeable but I do not feel like they value my patronage. They are plenty busy so Im of little concern.

Duford tire always takes wonderful care of me and my car, and they are very fair with their pricing. For any tire or oil change needs I would heavily recommend duford tire!

Fast and friendly service. They were able to fit me in the same day just a couple of hours after I called in order to repair a tire after I picked up a screw. Great price and a great job. Really pleased and will definitely be back.
