Had an issue with my phone and with the help of Kirk Brown he was able to trouble shoot it and get it working for me he was very polite and professional about it. And I am glad he was patient because I was not. made the trip to the store worth it.

SNAP is by far the worst phone provider Ive ever dealt with. Be warned that they are not actually a phone provider. They are the middle man; they pick out a phone provider (ie Verizon, Page Plus, At&T, etc.) and assign your phone number to that company. You pay SNAP communication and they pay your phone provider. My husband and I didnt know this and chose them in order to support a local company. Shortly after transferring our phones to SNAP we became disappointed by the poor service (data and phone). My husband uses his phone for business and he couldnt get any data when out of the house so we called SNAP and upgraded his phone service to, as they called it, better towers for an additional $5 per month. Little did we know that by doing this, SNAP transferred my husbands phone number to Verizon and so THEY became my husbands phone provider. My phone continued to suffer - poor service and lack-of more than not. The last straw was when they failed to process our automatic payments the fourth time and turned off our phone service without warning, though our bank account showed that the payment was made successfully. We had to borrow a friends phone each time in order to call SNAP and get our service back. We have now transferred our phone numbers to a new provider - Red Pocket Mobile - for a fraction of the cost and way better service. SNAP didnt help us transfer our phone numbers at all - rather, they provide the 1-800 numbers for Page Plus and Verizon. Apparently my poorly serviced phone was provided by Page Plus and my husbands phone service was provided by Verizon. Thats when we discovered what kind of company SNAP really is. A middle man. We had to call Verizon and Page plus in order to have our phone numbers released to our new phone provider. What a hellish experience. Run away!!!!

I took my daughters phone to replace the screen but it died. This business is so responsble and offered to replace the battery for free. They were thorough and timely with the follow-up. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for my phone repairs.

Customer service is a bit lame on this company. If you are on auto pay and there has been something that prevented the charge from clearing, they dont even let you know, they just cut off your phone service. This is not a good company. The price is good but I guess you get what you pay for.
