Employee did a factory reset on husbands phone ( that would not turn on) without saying a word to him and just wiped everything and handed it back.. lost several years of photos and a lot of other valuable information.. and was rude in the process.
Daughter was getting new phone, its taking a while, expensive. Phone still hasnt got service cause of worker ordered or gave wrong sim card. Everytime so far th re was an issue. But finally the guy was nice.
Michael, saved my life today! We all know what it is like when your phone is not working. I went into the store expecting the worst. My phone had been shutting off every 5 mins for the past couple of days. Michael suggested shutting off my phone myself and turning it back on. I thought he was joking because I had been turning it on every 5 mins! But, he was serious so we tried it. Hours later... and my phone hasnt shut off once! Thank you so much! Everyone was also very polite and recommended other helpful backup plans incase that didnt work.
Honest review sorry guys. First I went without service for 4 days because they ported my number to Verizon without confirming that my old phone would be eligible for Verizon service. Then when my new phone did arrive I had to wait yet another day to get it because the managers all called in sick and the staff wasnt allowed to sign out my device to me. I was told I was on an unlimited plan, but I was put on a 5gb data plan. Good thing I got that automated text and changed my plan manually because I was 10% of data away from overage charges. I was also told the device protection plan would be removed and it was not, I also had to do that myself. Im being a little generous giving this review 2 stars because the only thing I can say is it seems like most of the staff here are at least TRYING to do their job, but maybe have not received very competent training. But one staff in particular was complaining about their supervisor right in front of 2 customers as if it were a child who had just been scolded by their parents. Kinda funny, but more so embarrassing and awkward. I guess all I can really say positive about this store is that it is the best this area has to offer, which isnt saying much. Walmart couldnt even figure out how to finance a phone for me, and Snap Mobile completely LOST my last number when they attempted a port over.
New phone locked up.... Very capable staff here; Neekey & Jordan patiently listened, asked appropriate questions and resolved my issues. Could not be more appreciative. They were exemplary in their customer service. True Montana hospitality. Great job!! I heartily recommend them.
Michael, the store manager is not only a kind, polite and knowledgeable person, he’s also a life saver. He saved me by transferring data from a 20 year old iPad to a new one. During my time in the store he was able to help several customers with simple problems. Then, an elderly man walked into the store and was asking for money to give to a homeless man outside on the sidewalk. Michael told the disoriented man this store is not a bank. The man asked again and Michael asked him if he was ok. Michael had seen the man before in the company of his caregiver. Michael knew if the man left he would likely walk into traffic on US 93. He immediately contacted authorities and kept the man engaged until help arrived. A minute later the caregiver came in and walked the man out. Michael canceled the call and finished up with my transfer. He’s a credit to the Verizon store and caring individual. Rare these days. We’re lucky and thankful he’s in Polson.
Truly nice staff, but store is just a pretty kiosk. Only sells phones ... limited supply on extras and NO repairs. Very helpful with free up grade and Bill payment IF using credit card (cash, checks seem to also cause time issues) Upgrade will take 3 hours from start to finish (transfer of info from old phone to new being most timely) IF you could make appointment, might help. Last time upgraded we were left with new trainee to handle everything ... upgrade on our 2 phones and walk in customers. One NEW employee. Well make drive to Kalispell next time our issue is even a teeny bit involved. Again, an appointment with knowledgeable employee would REALLY help!!
Traveling in an RV and needed a better WiFi solution than my iPhone. Stopped into the GoWireless in Polson, MT and purchased a Ellipsis Jetpack. After a couple of weeks of traveling, it turns out that this jet pack gets FAR LESS signal than my iPhone. When my iPhone shows 2 bars, the jetpack has no signal and no service. It’s terrible. I was in Bozeman, MT and tried to exchange it at a Verizon store only to be told that there is nothing they can do with items purchased at a non-Verizon store. They directed me to GoWireless who promptly told me that I missed the 14 day return window by 3 days and that there is nothing they can do. I AM SCREWED FOR A TWO YEAR CONTRACT FOR A DEVICE THAT IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS. LESSONS LEARNED: 1) NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM GO WIRELESS - if you have to purchase something from Verizon, only do it at a Verizon store, and 2) NEVER EVER PURCHASE A JETPACK - they are useless! The iPhone antenna is bad yet it gets far better reception than the Jetpack. The only time this thing works is when you have five bars. And when you have five bars, you’re far better off using your iPhone personal hotspot!
I can’t say nothing but good about the store and the manager Cheyenne Moore. Cheyenne has gone above and beyond to help me with all my cellular needs. Being a person of poor health and a head injury she takes time to walk me through on how to use my phone. She prepares for my arrival so it’s fast and easy. That way I can make it to my doctors appointments. She even has offered to drop things off at my front door when I am unable to leave my house. She and her staff treat me with kindness and help me sooooo soooo much. If I could leave more stars I would. ✨✨✨Thanks Cheyenne for talking me through my fears. I appreciate your kindness and your keen eye to the smallest details. You truly put your customers first. THANK YOU 😊

Needed assistance with malfunctioning iPhone under Verizon contract and warranty. Chance was incredibly helpful and efficient. I had a new phone delivered within 24 hours. Went back for setup help and, once again, received fast and effective guidance. Highly recommend.
Terrible service. Called and was put on hold for an hour and a half. No one came back on to talk to me. Maybe time to change service.

WONDERFUL group of people here! Friendly, knowledgeable, and supporting. I transferred from Apple to Android. This could have been an epic nightmare to transfer my info and learn the new system, but these guys helped me through it all. Plus, they continue to give me support when I need help.

Very disappointed on how they would not give there manager of three years and long term employee a little more money to have them stay with the company. Instead they will be leaving and there is no one with the knowledge or customer service no how to keep people happy. If I could give zero stars I would. Jeremiah is an absolute jerk. He has been rude to me every single time I’ve been in. He was literally belittling the Verizon corporation to other customers when I was in there waiting. I ended up having to go to Best Buy instead to get what I needed.

While I have been a Verizon customer for many years, this by far the best service I have ever received. Shandice, the manager and her staff have repeatedly gone out of their way to help me. It had been awhile since I visited the Polson Verizon store, because the last time I went there, it was a complete customer service disaster. This time (Nov 2017), it was pure pleasure. Cara helped both me and my son upgrade our phones, and she was so pleasant and professional and helpful. I usually dread this type of task, but honestly she made it painless. In addition, the store manager came over and visited with us, answered questions, etc. There were about 4 other sales agents in the store, all pleasant and knowledgeable, some already working with customers and some available for whoever walked through the door. For anyone in the Polson area who had a bad experience about 12-18 months or so ago at this store, PLEASE VISIT it again. No need to drive to Kalispell or Missoula. The crew at the Polson Verizon store is the A-team! Thank you! And Cara really is amazing. I recommend her!

BEST VERIZON STORE- BETTER THAN VERIZON!! Shandice helped me with an issue- I was on vacation in Polson, Montana and had some issue with my phone. I didnt know what was the issue, but I needed my phone to work and stay connected with family. Shandice was patient, very intelligent and knowledgeable and got to the root of my issue and offered me a solution that didnt break the bank. At the same time, she had questions from her team and I noticed she made sure every customer coming in was cared for. My mom lives in Polson and I just got her a new Nokia Windows Phone and well be sure to shop with Shandice because we know well get great service.
