The moonshine energy drinks dont have moonshine but are good without ice if you are a slow drinker.

Coffee was fine, staff friendly. Service a bit slow although they may have had a one off problem. Seemed to be more about the different flavors to add to the coffee rather than purist coffee shops, but delicious if youre into that kind of thing.

First time visiting this place. Staff was friendly, helpful and helped us get exactly what we wanted. Coffee drink was delicious.

My Barista today was very friendly and helpful in helping me customize the drink I desired. I got a dirty chai latte with the spice and oat milk. It was delicious.

We came on a Saturday super good coffee even though they were very busy with only one girl working. She did a great job! We come back Sunday door hours say they are open at 8a.m. but they were closed.

Wonderful place, people, and service. The coffee is top notch and only once since they open have I been disappointed because it was the wrong drink. They made it right by refunding me for the drink just shows they care about their customers. But still my number #1 stop coffee shop out there.

Im looking their coffee . nice change from Starbucks. They have the same drinks but must use different espresso. Very good and a bit cheaper than Starbucks.

Great little shop, beautiful view of the mountains. Coffee is great shop can be very busy at times so it can be a bit of a wait as there is usually only one barista on shift it seems for the rush hour I understand this is something they are trying to work out schedule wise. The baristas are very young females and can be a little chatty at times, but I believe that is what brings back the customers.There are some improvements that can be made I noticed in one review some one stated that one of the girls was complaining about a manager you will hear this anywhere you go I work in a hospital and people complain about their manager and co workers all the time.Any way I love the girls there and live the coffee.

Its a new clean building always a lot of people an be prepared to wait in line but to me coffee shops are all the same as long as they are not a dumpy place

Last night 5 stars. Today 2 stars..I have mixed feeling about this place. Last night I got a really good coffee, ( I like mine sweet. ) so I got the Copper Mountain mocha the Barista told me it was sweet, upon her suggestion I ordered it and to my delight it was the best coffee I have ever had in a long time. Today I went back for morning coffee, ordered the same thing, this time two different Baristas were there but I still wanted my coffee. I ordered the same thing and to my disappointment the coffee tasted bitter and burnt. Not sure how that happens but if night coffee tastes better then morning then I might just do that.

Every single time I try to get an expresso Shake from any location I am told they are out of Ice cream!!!! Wwwwhhhhyyyyy seriously this is every dang time .. usually the problem is in kalispell well today i tried polson exact same problem!!! I guess if the managers are not ordering enough ice cream why can’t they run to the store and grab some ??? Much better option then telling people sorry!!! Expresso Shake is the only thing I drink off your menu and I get told no almost every time !!!!!!!

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte it literally tasted like watered down milk. I dont even know if they put in any flavor. Sorry to say it was the worst coffee I ever bought.

Wouldve gladly given 5 stars but the barista was complaining about her job and her managers. Didnt really care to listen to that early in the morning while getting a coffee. Was planning on drinking it inside but ended up leaving.

Rips customers off with cold brew instead of fresh espresso shots.After winter my drinks started tasting inconsistent, then summer started and my iced lattes started tasting so horrible I was throwing them away.Quick service came at a price.I noticed they were substituting cold brew into my iced latte and charging me 4.00 to 5.50 for what is basically an iced drip coffee which at most places can be had for 2.00.They do this to their customers without asking. If they were going to commit coffee robbery they should have the dignity to ask their customers and use fresh pulled shots unless otherwise requested by their customers. I used to drink here daily and typically tipped 2 to 3 dollars per visit. I will now drink exclusively at blodgett and Dobson creek.I will never go back to any cmc.

Take what you will from this. I used to be a store manager for this location in Polson. I resigned for differences in management styles. However I have always had private messages with service and performance reviews from those who knew my position. I continue to get those messages. Since my leaving I have gotten many negative reviews including the shop not being open in time twice in the first week I was gone. CMC’s personal warehouse employee calling me a week after I resigned to ask about my order for the week. The security company calling me about a breech in security the week after I resigned. The coffees never being consistent in flavor (coffee or syrups). Today I received one of a frustrated customer that had gone there for the first time today and was very disappointed that her caramel macchiato was double sweet beyond the double sweet that a caramel macchiato is already supposed to be. She felt is was far to sweet to be paying the $5.50 that she was charged for it. With that said she also added that she will not be returning to at least this location if not any Copper Mountain Coffee in the future. I chose to share this due to this particular customer not having social media nor technology means to do so herself. I am not spiteful just want these reviews to be known. I appreciate all the feedback from customers and people who know my passion of espresso and providing excellent customer service and drinks which at this point is not coming from at least the Polson location any longer.
