Im sad as a daily customer of Starbucks. I get 2 caramel ribbon crunch frapps and a caramel machiatto every day. Lately, I have completely stopped going and now only go when in Kalispell or Missoula. Ive had to turn to other coffee shops in the area. Starbucks newer staff are horribly trained on the coffees. When my husband tries to tell them how we like it made they tend to get attitudes The only one who knows how to make a spectacular coffee is Lori. Lori is amazing. Shes super friendly and and makes really great coffees. Starbucks please work on this with your employees. Im really hoping the new Starbucks going up in town will be better.

Ordered a dirty chai ... it has a sour after taste almost taste like alcohol was added . (I know that’s not the Case) I order this all the time and it’s great! I couldn’t even drink 10% of my $6.05 drink. Had I not been passing through I’d gotten it replaced .

Hey Today I had the most amazing service at this particular Starbucks which turned my gray skies blue, Thanks to the exceptional smile and service from this very sweet young lady named Alexia! All Starbucks should employ ladies or people like her! Thanks Alexia for making my Day !!!

I simply asked for a water fill up and the teen working there took her sweet time, I have places to be and A bus to catch, I wouldnt come here in my opinion. I ended up nxt door and got my water. Thank you!

I usually enjoy stopping for a coffee. Ok n this trip I stopped and got the white tea blend. The service was fast. When I took my first sip I scalded the roof of my mouth a d my tongue. Normally Id give another star to this establishment but Im concerned by the temperature of their tea.
