Great cake bakery! Ive bought expensive cakes from boutique bakers and Ive ordered affordable cakes from Safeway. I was delightfully surprised with the terrific job they do! Great customer service, great tasting options and terrific value. Thank you for nailing each of my boys birthday cakes year after year!

Employees was not very friendly I was getting cash back and the lady was rolling her eyes at me Because I had to make more than one transaction to get the amount on a money that I need it back she then wants to apologize to me for her actions went the next day and the man did the same thing

I tried self check out recently and was helped by a employee named Monty .same name as U of Mascot we laughed about that even tho he has heard it a million times . I prefer employee check out .I hate to see people loose jobs for machines replacement 😒 Monty was helpful and kind.

After there renovation it looks really good and they have fresh fruit and a good deli no complaints

Well rounded grocery store with excellent service

We went to the deli today and asked for a 8 piece ofchicken when we asked if we could add a additional breast to the order we were told no with no explanation as to why except that he could only sell 2 chicken breasts per customer. When we asked if we could buy it in addition to the 8 piece special we were told no that they could not do that either. Though I understand this may be store policy there is no sign explaining this and the man behind the deli helping us was not friendly nor customer service friendly at all.

Love the service and fresh meats and bakery. Do not like the change in stocking. Isles dont make sence.

They have always had what we needed. The prices are good and there are sales on a lot of things, often. Ill come again during our travels!

No Idaho Potatoes, so that was disappointing. It’s an Idaho company near the Idaho border selling potatoes from Oregon and California. I left and bought some Idaho Potatoes from Walmart instead.

Went to Safeway and was admiring the floors and how it is set up. The aisles are wide and they were clean and clear. Nice place.

Good grocery store, a bit pricier than Walmart but some things they have that Walmart does not.

Love produce, bakery & meat. Nice employees that are helpful. Prices are a little high, but sales are good. It is nice they went back to the Saving ten cents toward gas purchases. That makes me come back, even though I live 20 miles away.

Love shopping at Safeway but find I always need to check my receipt before I leave as quite often I have found an item does not ring up for advertised price. Great customer service dept.

Always FOUR great soups at Safeway Polson! Try it, youll like it! Buy a drink and roll to go with it. Tables in the Starbucks area to eat. The steak chili is our favorite. Loaded with tender steak.

Great store. Friendly employees. Easily the best selection, quality, and convenience in Polson.

If youre getting stuff in the frozen section, bring a sweater!! They have no chocolate milk.

Always Safeway very good

Safeway in polson is amazing. I called today to get some flowers for my mom who lives in polson. I live in Washington. And the young lady I spoke said she would make something very nice for my mom using roses. Oh man are they braiding, my mom was so surprised and they are gorgeous, just like she said they would be. So thank you so much polson safeway for going above and beyond for us!!

The Safeway pharmacy is what I went for and they are amazing theyre super quick and always very nice and helpful!

Ive shopped at Safeway more than any other store ever! Always good prices good produce good meat some of the best meat you can find in a grocery store always friendly and clean. The people being friendly and the store being clean, not the meat LOL.

I found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed the fact that they let kids under 12 have a piece of fruit from a special bowl while you shop.They have anything you might need to enjoy your time on the lake.

Well I like Safeway because its the best place to buy meat! Although living in Mt you would think beef prices would be alot cheaper since there are more cows than people here. I know places in other parts of the country that pay less than folks do here and they have very little cattle. That just does not make any sense! I like the fresh flowers and the little Starbucks and tables w/chairs where customers can sit and talk. Plus it looks clean every time I shop there.

I really appreciate the treatment I get at this Safeway. The cashiers are friendly and helpful. The produce department is EXCELLENT...Everybody who works in this department goes the extra mile to help me get the freshest, newest produce. I am SOOOO happy for the Organic produce that they carry. I cant say enough for the courtesy and efforts that Safeway personnel make to assure that I have what I need and their help when I cant find some item. This is just a really great store to shop in. I love it!

Liked their selections and savings. Wish they had a bulk food section and a more extensive organic area but as a chain, they may be limited. Nonetheless, I can usually find the majority of what I need in this store, especially since the market in Bigfork where I live is smaller and tends to get lots of tourists in the summer that cause shortages.

Enjoy shopping here. Great weekly deals. Very good produce meat and Variety of products. Plus the Gas rewards are a BONUS.

Safeway is known for their outstanding reputation. Obviously management in Polson are not aware of that. Today is September 1st 2019. The best by date on my butter I bought from Polson Safeway on August 31 is Sept 3 2019. The 2nd # is 9-15-2019. There is no way I will eat a pound of butter in 15 days let alone 2 days. This is not the first time I have bought expired food from Safeway. I have same brand of butter I bought cheaper a month ago, that has a best buy of 12 -16-19. Quality at Safeway no longer justifies the price. Hopefully Polson Safeway is hiring qualified management

I find Safeway stores to be good places to shop. They take care of their employees, and the employees take care of the customers. I wish we still had one in Sheridan!

That store has lots to choose from the meat department looks nice an clean also the Produce department is awesome but you have to be a Safeway member otherwise you dont save anything

Workers standing around drinking coffee, the one check out lane that was open tge worker did not say a word. Nobody were cleaning carts.

I went in tonight and got one container of ice cream. There were 4 active lanes and all full. The express lane was not even open - wth?? Get your customer service straight Safeway. By the way when it is 93 degrees outside try offering the customer more than a plastic bag for the ice cream so it will not melt. Ridiculous service!!

Big parking lot! Large selection of food with competitive low prices! Not easy to get to if youre coming from certain directions

I have been shopping at this store for nearly 25 years. I do not like the changes that have been made since Albertsons took it over. The employees are grumpy and I feel they dont like their job. Safeway, for the most part is a good store with quality.

I love the place but upset because I called at 6:50 am to ask about western union the lady said it would be open at 7am so to give the store more time I arrived at 8am to see a note that western union is closed. I was so mad. Please make sure workers that know the store handle phone calls so Im not wasting my time to walk in to walk out. Smh.
