Quick service, knowledgeable, and they have the parts

The customer service is great. Knowledgeable counter guys, great pricing. Ive been to most of their locations and have not yet had a bad experience. Solid company, I Highly recommend them.

Ive known Mgr Scott Melton for literally DECADES! He has a great team there. If youre an HVAC contractor and dont have a relationship with Scott and Allied Ref, youre missing out.

People are cool and very helpful

So I spoke to Don on 10/21/2014 at around 3:30 pm asked him about if he could get me a quote on a electric motor and he hesitated and wasnt helpful on the phone so I asked him if I could just email him the specs so I did then I called back around 4:00 pm to see if had found something and he told me no that its just two people working the counter and didnt have time but promised to get on it. So I wait and still no response that day so I call back the next day 10/22/2014 first thing in the morning and ask him what happened and then tells me he is going to get right on and that he would call me back in ten so I tell him no I would call him back in 15min. I wait 40 min just to give the poor fella some more time. So i call back and the first thing he asks is if I have a contractors LIC. And i tell him yes I have purchased from him before and he says his boss didnt want him to help me.This is not how you conduct business if you had a problem with it from the onset you should of clarified this from the start instead of wasting my time and a full day.The person who was rude and condescending was Don Durell There are plenty of other companies who are willing to do business with my company, we might not be the biggest company but we are still customers.
