TERRIBLE Service! This is by far the worst UPS store Ive been to. Went to drop off some packets, had a hard time bringing them down because they didnt had a cart. When I was done and told them I was there to drop off, I was told I could only do 10, because of their policy. They could of said that when they same me bringing all the packets down. They seriously dont care for their customers.

Went there line and wasnt moving when i got to counter ee told me to email i did and waited inline again ee Ricardo told me to step aside and assisted another customer i ask why he said Ill get back to to you....WHY 👎customer service.

Customer service is great! Ricardo was very courteous and professional, I make him wait but he was calm.

I will update with the name of the employee, he wore a red mask, but these guys are awesome!! Really nice location and the guy who handles the front desk is really professional and helpful!

It was fast quick and easy. Can’t complain. The line moved quick when I was there earlier today, hopefully it’s like this always..

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a ups store. I came in to simply get a the tall asian-american gentleman to print a shipping label for me which I had spoken with him about the previous day. He very rudely told me to send it to the stores email so he could print it out. Then he goes in the back on a phone call for at least 5 min. I finally called out too him hello sir did you get that email so we can print this label? Once againhe rudely says I didnt get it I dont know what to tell you. And proceeds to help another customer. I said sir we were here first thats very rude to bypass us like that ! The guy says leave get out now or I will call security. Even the other customers were going wow!

The staff here has always been so helpful. Theyre always willing to go that extra mile when Ive had to return or send packages. Its not the closest UPS to me but Id rather come here knowing that they will do things the right way.

I came to drop off a big package. It was a 31lb package. Both staffs just stayed behind the counter and looked. They didnt even ask if I need any help.

Was told this store doesnt take UPS packages for business drop off anymore...dont know if they are too lazy to take it or what. Whats the point of this store if it doesnt take package drop offs?

Cheerful workers even if I only need one copy. Rarely any waiting line.

I dropped off 5 packages, one 3 were delivered on time. There was no explanation as to why. Spoke to Eric, Ricardo, and they couldnt help. Finally spoke to Andre who said he was the manager and he said it was my fault and he couldnt help. I ended up having to pay for Saturday delivery and Andre said to call the corporate # he provided to get a refund after it shipped. He gave me a wrong number. I found the correct one, and corporate told me since it was a franchise I would have to call them to get a refund. This was no only terrible service, but I was lied to and given incorrect information on many accounts for this store not being able to do their job.

Was not allowed to pick up my own husband package which was delivered to a house he hasn’t lived in over a year since he moved, he lives 2hrs away now from Pomona. I have all my husband information and package information since my job is closer to the ups it was dropped off at. Still was not able to pick it up and he has no time after work to get it.

This was UPS store has great service! They didnt charge me for taping my package unlike the one in Chino Hills. This UPS store will be my go to shipping place.

Needed to use their printer for a resume. They have a straight $5 fee for 10 sheets printed. Messed up on my first print had to redo it. Staff was helpful and with smiles the entire time.

Unprofessional and ghetto employees! Talk to each other, and make you wait. Then have the nerve to have attitude when I asked to be helped.

Best service in town. Great people to deal with.
