Very great customer service! The technician took the time to take me out to my car and show me everything they fixed. The staff answered all my questions and assisted me in the whole process of what is not always a great one. I’m glad to have my car back and repaired! I will use Carolina Auto Body again if ever need be.

Alan made sure to get me the best deal possible and had my car fixed within a week! He updated me every other morning on the status without fail. I trust them and will definitely be back in the future if I need repairs again!😊

I’m rarely so completely satisfied with a business. As soon as I pulled up to Carolina Auto an impressive young man, Marc, was enthusiastically assessing my fender bender and assuring me he would make it perfect and handing me a written estimate. He told me 2 or 3 days. The work was done in less than 24 hours! Not only that, they detailed my car too. It’s ready for the showroom floor. This place is amazing.

This was such a wonderful experience. It is not so easy when you have an accident but they made it easy. Sean Moran the Collision Repair Manager walked me through everything my car was completed in 3 days. When I picked it up Mark showed me what had been done and it looks like a new car. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
