I have used the Pompano Collision Center twice of the past 3 years. Each time I have worked with Henry Ortiz, the Collision Center Manager. He has be very responsive and had gone out of his way to make sure all the work is perfect and completed in a timely manner. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs body work.

I do not understand how this business can legitimately have a 5-star rating based on reviews.If you enjoy/appreciate:* completion of work an -entire month- after the days to repair date* no updates during the process, and your request for status passed from desk to desk while they all take their vacations* extra time waiting to get your transportation back while they, for increased incremental revenue, order parts that worked perfectly when you dropped off the vehicle (Ive got an extra left headlight assembly in my trunk)* receiving the gaslighting treatment (nice work, Joe, Henry!) when you take your vehicle back because there still are systemic problems related to the collisionthen maybe you might feel like 5 stars are warranted. I give 1 star because 0 is not an option.

At first I was reluctant to bring my BMW to this facility having been referred there by my insurance company. After a few minutes speaker with my advisor Joe G I was confident and it was obvious that this was a top tier repair facility rivaled by few. The garage was busy with dedicated professionals and I was able to observe their attention to detail with meticulous professionalism. The car was repaired and timely returned as promised. The repairs were some of the best I have ever experienced and this will be my go to facility in the future. Thank you Pompano Collision Center and keep up the outstanding customer service!!!

Excellent and professional place. Took my truck there after I was rear ended to be repaired. Joe and the rest of the team were kind, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I recently had a significant amount of body and mechanical work done to my vehicle at this shop, and I could not be happier with the job they did and the professionalism with which they did it. As this was my first experience having work done to my vehicle that was covered by insurance, I was unsure what to expect. I’ve historically been apprehensive to find myself in any sort of situation involving automobile repair and maintenance, but I’ve had several great experiences here at this point. After a recent MVA my car was involved in, I took my car here and getting it fixed was the easiest process for me to date. I never once had to call and press for updates. Henry always contacted me every step of the way, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and put a stressful situation at ease. I’m thankful to have found a repair shop I’m comfortable with should I need one in the future.

I bought my 2017 Ford Explorer to have the hood replaced and repainted. They did a tremendous job of being professional and the quality was outstanding. I recommend highly.

I took my car in for a rust problem. Henry helped me with the process of getting it taken care of under warranty. It was done in a couple of days. You cant see where the rust area was, the paint matchup is perfect. Henry even took care of a small area that needed to be buffed at no charge, along with getting it detailed.I am very pleased with the customer service and workmanship at Pompano Collision Center, it was very professional.

I had to have body work done as the side of my new car was damaged due to an accident. They did an excellent job...you cant even tell anything was ever wrong with it. The Manager is very respectful and professional. I would recommend them, and use them again myself.

Someone hit me in the rear in my pristine 2015 Guard Green Mustang in Ft. Lauderdale. I had my car towed here to Pompano Ford’s Body Shop. Joe was an absolute savior in the entire saga with my insurance company. He’s the one you want on your team. His hard work and guidance made this experience amazing! My car looks brand new and better than ever. Sounds just as good too. The work was supreme. Joe always kept in touch along the way and the entire body shop team was dedicated to assisting me. The body work, painting, exhaust replacement etc were done very well. They were able to get all my original and modified parts including the grille and roush exhaust! Their expertise assisted in this tough time and I am forever grateful! Don was also super helpful and knowledgeable. David was always willing to assist and Leigh was lovely to work with! A wonderful family team!

Had my car in for some warranty paint work, Henry the shop manager took great care of me and the car looked brand new when I got it back. Highly recommend.

I got my hood replaced and 15 Explorer. Henry was very professional and they do great work.

UPDATED 07/30/2020I am having some Lincoln warranty work done on my 2017 Lincoln MKZ. So far the headlights and the leather seating area are excellent. I will update after the hood is replaced and repainted.UPDATE: The hood is a perfect match. I would recommend Pompano Collision Center, Don the Bodyshop manager was great as well as the Painter.
