I’m impressed! I left my jeep there a couple of days ago to fix a dent on my bumper and fix the paint job on it. I got my car at the promised time, fast and my car looks like new! They weren’t expensive like some places nearby and were easy to talk to and understand. Will be referring them to anyone and everyone! Nice to have a legitimate business for a change!

Gold Coast Collision center did an incredible job at repairing my brand new Jaguar F-type when a reckless teen in a bmw M4 backed into it a traffic light, they provided an extremely high quality repair but also priced it very fairly as we did not go through insurance. They were very open about what was happening and I recieved daily updates about my car (very important to me) . They also repaired the door and side sill of my neighbors 458 Spider when a valet took it over a curb, and finished the repair in under a week. Would highly recommend Gold Coast Collision Center.

This place is the absolutely best, i had the pleasure to deal with gold coast collision and he did wonders.I actually wanted to give 5 stars because this place is almost perfect. I called made an appointment and took my car in after i was rear ended, they took me right away, were very professional. Assisted me with obtaining a rental car and even sent someone to accompany there so i didnt have to worry about how my car was getting back. The staff was all very friendly and although it took longer than expected when i got back the car it looked like new. They even touched up some bad scratches i had in the front of the car and polished my headlights. They did very impressive work. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

Fast, efficient and affordable; the new owner sure kicked this place up a notch and took it to an entirely different level. My Grand Cherokee needed help with 3 things, transmission, GPS satellite and window sprinklers. My husband and I are super happy with our car! About six months ago our car was hit very bad in the back and I was very annoyed to go through the entire hassle of repairing our car and waiting. Our neighbor referred us to John the owner at Gold Coast. We were considering taking it to the dealer but when we went for an estimate, the shop was very professional and John was very helpful and friendly. He promised our car by Monday and to our surprise he called us on Friday that is was finished. Our car is good as new. Before Easter I brought my mothers car in to have them fix it and they were so nice they fixed 2 dents that were bothering her for free. Very impressed with the service.

While I didnt have them work on my car, I did see someone with a Gold Coast Collison Center magnet on their car (a black van) repeatedly throwing trash out of their car on Interstate 95. An extremely overweight woman, with children in the car. Such a great example to set for the children!I pulled up next to them and gave them a look of are you serious?!, to which she responded by throwing more trash out the window.It in no way shocks me that such a degenerate low life would have copious amounts of garbage in their car, be so extremely overweight, or be stupid enough to throw said garbage out of their window with their businesss name and phone number on the side of their car! Dumb af!What does shock me is how someone had children with such a classless, pathetic excuse of a human.As a local business owner in the auto industry, I will NEVER speak a positive word about this business, or the people that run it. The actions of this person are inexcusable.If you are going to treat our beautiful state as your personal trashcan, I suggest moving to New Jersey.

Low life degenerate owner. Tells low fair price to get vehicle in the door, couple hour job turns to 3 days with story after story, then tries to make it sound all good and hits you with double the price to get it out of the shop. WARNING.. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

To start, James and Bob represent themselves as the owner of this business, which they are not. Had my car repaired here a couple of months ago. Had to bring the car back twice for a total of three times. All three times I received the car back, it was filthy dirty inside and out. Repairs were never done correctly. Not only that but they did an area they had to repair because they scratched it wasnt even buffed out and the color wasnt even close to original. Too many other things to bore you with.I decided to sell the car at a great loss rather than go thru the court thing and another repair job, obviously some where else.DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT IT.I hate leaving bad feedback and remarks about any company, but these guys are the worst and everyone needs to know about it. this keeps you from going thru what I had to experience.Hope this keeps you from going thru what I had to experience.BTW, the only reason I gave them 1 satr is because I couldnt give them less.
