Today June 7 2021 at 8:30 I experience a problem with my 2020 Mercedes Benz, while driving to work on I-95 the car would not accelerate at all, I almost got kill because the car could only go about 25 MPH and everyone else was going 70 MHP, immediately call the pompano service department and was told that were no appointments available until tomorrow and that the shop did not have a car for us. I had to borrow my neighbors car to go to work and left my husband without a car, Is 4:57 PM and have not heard from any one at the shop, have called several times and no one has return my call not even the service manager Tony.What a disappointed that you pay so much for a car and supposed to be mercedez and is terrible the service you get,A CAsals

They were unable to do my wash because there parking lot was flooded..so I wasnt a satisfied customer today...Staff was very nice, though.Place was not busy...maybe they should find a different area to do there car washes.

Horrible experience with this dealer, over a month my husband bought the car, and the spare key hasn’t been delivered to our house! We reach out to the salesperson Steven and he keeps giving excuses, ! How hard is to drive to fed ex and ship the key? They should’ve given us the spare key the day my husband bought the car! He claims they are super busy ! But they weren’t busy to take the 8k we put down in the car ! It’s sad they treat their buyer like this !
