Al and the staff at AM are truly a breath of fresh air and proof God exists. Their kindness and professionalism is a diamond in the rough. On top of being thorough, they go the extra mile when servicing your vehicle. Thank you Al, thank you....
I cant say enough good things about Ed, Mike and Atlantic Motors team. This is the place to find honesty and professionalism. I wont take my car anywhere else and I recommend these guys for all your automotive needs!
Came in from out of town to settle a family members estate and had an issue with the car. I was referred to Atlantic Motors as a reputable repair shop. They diagnosed the problem quickly and took care of the repair. So nice to not be taken while out of town. Thanks to Al and his team.
Great service. My BMW had issues after being at Vista BMW and Coconut Creek BMW for a safety recall. I would never, ever take any care to either location again. Atlantic Motors fixed the issue in one day. Perfect return. Many thanks! Customer forever!
I bring all my cars to Atlantic Motors. I am always happy with the work and prices are reasonable. I feel like I am treated well and the owner is trustworthy.
For 4 years Ive been taking my Mercedes E Coupe to Atlantic Motors. I have to say that I am totally satisfied with the way they work. The labor is much cheaper than the dealer and the quality of work is definitely superior. Al and his team are great people who are always attentive and kind, I have saved a lot of money on the services and repair of my car since I met this workshop, thank you guys.
Oh my god this place is amazing I have been coming here for 6 years and I have got to tell you there staff and work is incredible I love coming here thank you Al for all you do I will definitely be back.
Al Vaelizadeh the owner was very honest with me and gave me all the options available to me. He only did the repairs that I authorized. The Mechanics were very good and finished in the time frame I was told. I have recommended this shop to other friends who have also had good experiences but are not review type people. This shop has been in business for many years and has many regular satisfied customers. I had two people recommend Atlantic Motors to me.
Mr. Al and his team have kept my 2003 Subaru running since the warranty expired. I have not taken it to anyone else! They have always done a great job, but I recently had an experience that was unusually positive. As a mom of two its important to me that my car runs safely and reliably. When I noticed smoke coming out from under the hood, I took it to Mr. Al, who repaired the car and returned it in record time. They even took the car seat out for me and gave me a ride home! When the car began smoking again after driving it around town, (less smoke, but still there) I asked Mr. Al to look at it again. He checked it thoroughly, discovered a leak that had been masked by the grease thrown by the torn axle boot fixed in the first repair, and repaired the second hidden leak. Remarkably, he refused to accept payment for the second repair! (Honestly, in this day and age, thats remarkable!)Mr. Al and his assistant Shana call when they say they will call, return the car quickly and it is always cleaner when I get it back than when I left it! Unlike many men in this business, Mr. Al is kind, respectful, friendly, and explains the problem simply to a girl like me, who is not a mechanic! His assistant Shana is professional, helpful, and on-the-ball. It is truly a place where a woman and mom can feel comfortable and safe taking her car, knowing it will be repaired quickly and properly. Its an encouragement to me to find someone who takes pride in doing their work well, and its a great help to my family. Thanks, Atlantic Motors!
This guy has great car service and Mercedes service. I would definitely recommend this guy.
It would be zero stars if I could give that. Oscar and Al are certifiable crooks. I took my car in alone as a single woman and they lied over and over again. They said many things were broke that werent. I asked just to make the car safe. They said $2500.00 and gave me no written estimate. When I went to pick up car they said $3000.00. When I disputed they agreed to $2500.00 I drove the car for 30 miles and it had the same issues. When I took it back they said that it would be another $1000.00 with no written estimate. I said I would NOT be leaving it and would pick it up when they were done. I returned before closing and my car was pulled up front. They again gave me NO written estimate. They said they would email it next day. When I drove my car home on I95 the hood opened and I almost had an accident. When I further investigated I found that they left parts off the car when they had it parked up front for my retrieval. When I questioned them they said I INSISTED ON DRIVING MY CAR HOME WITHOUT ALL THE PARTS ON IT.....THEY ARE CRAZY! Not only crooked but dangerous. Please if you value your integrity, your life and your wallet stay away from ATLANTIC MOTORS!! Please note that the following reviews are identical....!! Written by two different people at two different times. I am sure they are written by the crooks that own and run Atlantic Motors....STAY FAR AWAY!
Very impressed with the service to my 2007 750li. The service was very fast. A lot faster than the dealership. Price was much lower than the dealership. They also dropped me off and picked me back up when the work was done. No hard selling me like the big names repair shops. Just honest and good service. They even checked my tires and found a nail in one of them.Good shop A+++
Great service!! The mechanics are absolutely amazing and their services are exceptional.
The guys at Atlantic Motors are fantastic. I recently brought my Audi in for several issues at once. They started working on it right away, and were very transparent about the process and even brought me back to show me exactly what they were talking about and took the time to make sure I understood everything. They were very accommodating and even waited after business hours for me to have my vehicle towed to their shop on the weekend! Staff was very knowledgeable. Cannot say enough good things about them!
I brought my truck in to fix an extended crank issue. It had trouble starting in the mornings. The owner and manager were very nice. Long story short....after paying $1,888 dollars, the problem was not fixed. So I have a tuned up truck that runs great, once it finally starts, but the issue that I brought the truck in to get fixed was never fixed. His team of mechanics could not properly diagnose my problem and therefore could not fix it. So Im out $1,888 and my truck still has problems starting in the morning. Hopefully I can find someone else that is able to fix my trucks issue. I hate paying for guess work. To summarize, $1,888 are gone from my bank account and my truck is still broke.-Scott BUPDATE:I followed up with Al the owner. His shop could not fix my truck, so I asked him if we could come to an agreement that we both could live with, since it was apparent that neither of us was going to be happy with the outcome. I suggested he refund the labor charges and I only pay for the parts that he installed because none of these parts fixed the problem that I brought the truck in for in the first place. He became angry and started SCREAMING at me on the phone. I am sorry that it has come to this. I am very disappointed with my experience at Atlantic Motors. )-:It was a tough week. While he was screaming he said to bring the truck in and he would have his mechanics put my old parts back on and refund my money. I do not want his shop touching my truck at this point, so this was not an acceptable option for me. He did not offer to refund any part of the labor for the unnecessary repairs that were performed on my truck. Again to summarize, $1,888 are gone from my bank account and my truck is still broke. I hope my experience helps your decision making when it comes to choosing a mechanic. The owner, Al Vaelizadeh, is a crook. Stay as far away from him as you can.
I absolutely love this place thanks for your service Al!
Al and the team at Atlantic Motors are the best! Excellent service, quick diagnoses and turn around. Theyre the ONLY ones I will let work on my baby.
I would not use this garage again nor would I recommend it to anyone. In fact I would go out of my way to warn people to stay away from the place. I brought my car to them with an oil leak. They charged $850 to fix it and the car still leaks oil from the same location. They now want to charge me $1,100 to fix it again! The true test of a good garage, in my opinion, is how they react when they mess up. Do they admit they messed up and fix your car or do they make excuses and try to charge you again to fix their mistake?Regarding the above review. We both went to mediation and the situation was resolved amicably.
For over three years, I brouight my 2003 Mercedes E320 Sport to Atlantic Motors for all my repairs, including tune-ups, oil leaks (common in Mercedes over 100,00 miles) air suspension strut replacements, and even a serious rear-end collission. The work was always impeccable, the price was much cheaper than the dealer, and the personalized customer service cant be beat.
This shop took care of my car quickly and properly at a reasonable rate.
**READ READ READ**FRAUD FRAUD***my first review EVER!! i took it in and asked for them to put in a hood latch, 2 belts and a battery. They did none. They said they could prepare a quote for all mechanical and bodywork separately and for free. 1 week later they had only the mechanical quote. They did not give a receipt to me like they need to by law when i dropped the car off. Al, who is probably the owner, told me i need $4912 of parts and 28.5 hours of labor at 100$ an hour. He would not shutup about how $100/hour for labor is the cheapest in the industry. I said i did not have that type of money for such a small job and he got furious and said he would not give me the written estimate. He said he was going to charge me a few hours labor that i did not agree to in which i stopped by to get a copy of the bill to see the breakdown because he knew it is illegal to charge unless he disclosed it as a fee and he had signed my name authorizing him to do the work and had charged me $350 to prepare an estimate. He even used the same ink to write the $350 as the initial writing on the receipt. My attorney went in there for me and he said he had a 12 page formal estimate with a breakdown of all parts needed. I thought it was unfair for people to work for free so she negotiated it to $200 to get the list. He gave her a 1 page photocopy of scribble on a sheet of notebook paper. He listed 18 items needed of which 7 were only really needed..NO PART NUMBERS and only a few had prices.. how did he come up with this quote? His quote of $4912 for parts i got brand new, most OEM, off the internet for $460 with shipping. This will take me, a non-mechanic, about 3 hours to do myself. THE WORST PART ABOUT FOR HIM IS THAT I TOOK A PICTURE OF WHAT I DID SIGN DROPPING OFF THE CAR AND I CAN PROVE HE ADDED MY SIGNATURE AFTERWARD. I contacted the attorney of a case he has pending with the argument that they never signed it either. I can PROVE mine. Unfortunately i only have about $200 in damages.Oh, and with an 81k judgement against him you may want to question if the place is even going to stay open with your car there. It would suck to have nobody to go after while trying to find your car!!!
