The whole concept or an “honest mechanic” let alone a “reliable” one is such a foreign notion these days. I can only say that Ralston and his team have been both of these, and consistently. I bring my 380SL from Miami because they fix and maintain my vehicle with care, communication and are always beyond fair with price. I was recently referred to Merc-Werks by a friend. At first I was hesitant to go the them because I’ve always go to the Benz dealership. After my A service was done today, I’ve come up with only three words to describe Merc-Werks.FAST-FRIENDLY-RELIABLE.I definitely would be back and would also highly recommend you guys.

My CLA250 displayed a check engine light and a warning message. I brought it to a local European car repair shop for check up. The estimate was $9,000 plus tax. I went online to search and found Merc Werks; after reading the reviews I determined to give it a try. Merc Werks had it fixed the same day that I brought in the car, and the charge was under $200 all inclusive. I waited two months to write the review because I am a guy who dont believe miracle. The car has been working very well since it was fixed by Merc Werks. What do I have to say more? TRUST Merc Werks, because they know Mercedes Benz cars and they are HONEST !

I’ve always taken my Mercedes-Benz to Merc Werks here in pompano. I have a 2001 e320 that I’ve owed for over 2 years now, they’ve helped me completely bring that car back to life. I now own a 2011 e350 and they’ve been extremely professional with all work done on both of my vehicles. Compared to the dealership price too they’ve helped save me a ton of money! Their receptionist is always very nice too, very informative when on the phone too! Always will be coming here for my Mercedes-Benz needs!

After getting a quote from my local Mercedes dealership on a B service, I thought the price they were charging was comical. I found Merc Werks online and called in and was greeted warmly by Emily, who was extremely helpful and gave me a quote that sounded much more realistic. I dropped my car off in a couple days and the work was performed quickly, and with good communication between us. The technicians were knowledgeable And let me know the rear pads were about ready and were able to take care of that. I would much rather spend my money at a business like this than to pay astronomical prices at Mercedes and get ripped off. Recommend 100% Thanks Merc Werks!

Used to be a fan...place has changed.no one cares about customer loyalty..2 cars and a few thousand dollars and now owner refuses to admit that a part broken was not their fault..it was NOTbefore it was brought in for service..pointed the issue and cant believe the attitude and dishonesty. Found another shop with 5 stars and will go there.screw this !!!!

Love this place. Had completely broken my key fob. Had already gotten quotes from several places ranging from $400-600 to get replacement. These guys didnt have a new fob but found an older one, replaced all the componentry and got it to work for WAY less money. Great little shop with great customer service. If you have a Mercedes do NOT go anywhere else.

A Five Star indie Benz shop!After finding stellar reviews for this facility on Google and taking my CLK 320 in for service, I found that all of the previous reviews are totally accurate. Excellent customer service and communication are apparently the standard here!The cost of the repair was reasonable and they took care of it quickly. While the car was there, I asked them to take a look at a few other maintenance items with the convertible top. They not only provided a detailed written estimate on the additional repairs but provided the oem part numbers as well. Unfortunately, the parts were special order from Germany and I would not be in town long enough to have them shipped. I can only hope I can find a comparable shop in Pittsburgh.

I took my 2011 E350 to them and explained that I was in a pinch because of a bad experience at a local dealership and also that time was not on my side and would need this car serviced quickly. They got the car right in for me, serviced, & repaired the car.The repair service is outstanding and the customer service is in a class of its own!Keep up the great work.

Dont usually give five stars, but these guys! Best Mercedes Benz Shop around, wouldnt trust anybody else with my Benz. Had some issues took it to two different Benz dealers, band aid fix, at this point Im pissed as hell, ready for a trade, then I heard about Rolston from a friend of mine. Took my car in to him, called me next day saying your car is ready. In my head Im saying no way but sure enough purring like showroom. Recommend 100%.

Rolston and Mackenzie gave me peace of mind.They ensured everything was communicated to me clearly, and saved me a ton of money doing an inspection on my newly purchased 2012 E350 with 68k miles.They found a few mechanical issues(yikes) and got approval from warranty company for repairs.They were also upfront with what maintenance I would expect to do in near future and costs associated.I was genuinely surprised in not just the price compared to dealership, but their honesty, speed and quality of service they provided me. I will be taking my benz only to them from now on, as should you.

Wow, where do I begin. I was visiting from out of town when I got a message to have an AB service performed. Since it is a Merc, it kept letting me know that I was 100 miles over due, 200 miles over due etc. Knowing that I was 500 miles from home and this was the first day of a week long trip, I wasnt going to put off getting my service done until I returned from my trip. My friend drives an Audi so I called up her shop, told them I had an AB service needed and they quoted me a price around 700, (good news though, as a fist time customer they would take 35 off ;). I had called and left a message at Merc Werks telling them to call me back as I drove to the recommended shop. When MacKenzie called me back I was two blocks from the other shop. I explained the AB message upon which she identified I was reading something incorrectly, quoted me the price for an A as well as a B service, both WELL under the 700 quote. She was so knowledgeable that I immediately turned my car around and drove to Merc Werks (Near Hollywood to Pompano- about 20 minutes). As soon as I got there, she promptly grabbed my keys and we headed to the car. She immediately identified that I had an A8 service needed which was even less than the regular A service. In a matter of half an hour I went from thinking I would be shelling out over $700 bucks to walking out the door under $120. Not only that, they were able to get me in and out within an hour. Prior to calling, I had researched the shops and read the reviews and while they all spoke about their amazing honesty, I was still blown away by the level of service I received. MacKenzie, youre a rock star. Next time I come back Ill bring treats for the puppy!

I don’t post reviews often but logged in just to leave this review because these guys truly earned it. When it comes to Mercedes shops let’s just say you should do your research, even more when the vehicle is an AMG. Needless to say, I walked away feeling like I will never visit another shop again. I did a complete brake job for 1/8th of the dealership price. Shop waiting room is really cool too!

I bring my 150K Mercedes to Merc Werks because they are quick simple and what you need for a no nonsense experience. Just remember you DONT need to bring your car thats under warranty to a dealer for oil changes as long as they use factory specs which Merc Werks does!I also have an all white leather interior car which they understood how I wanted it handled so it was not to be soiled and carefully handled by them. I recently moved down from Jersey, my car was serviced in the Palm Beach area for a glow plug issue - 8 weeks later and three returned visits they still couldnt figure it out what was wrong with the car. Found Merc Werks online and took the leap of faith. HANDS DOWN! Merc Werks saved me on money and my 2005 Mercedes benz E class. I drove down to south beach from new york city. My brake light had came on a day after i arrived in south beach. I bought it to the nearest dealership in south Florida (dont wanna say no names) and they wanted to charge me almost $5,000 to replace the SBC brake pump and replace my front and rear brake pads and rotors, the service adviser had told me i wouldnt make it back to NYC if i dont replace the pump and brakes.At this moment, i was frustrated and ready to junk my car, but i didnt lose hope.i had googled a few mechanic places around the neighborhood and found MercWorks. I called and I spoke to Mckenzie, i told her about my situation, she told me if the car was operable at the moment and if not she would get me a tow truck right away and have it towed to their shop. i thought that was nice, but i took my chances and drove over to Merc Werks.thank god i made it safely, McKenzie and Rolsten got on my car promptly while I waited for the outcome. Rolsten and John told me all i needed was a new SBC pump and i should be good to go, the front and rear brake pads and rotors had 50% life left. (i new i had good brakes because my mechanic told me i was okay to drive to Florida from NYC)I was in and out of the shop with a new SBC pump with almost half the price of the dealership. thanks to Merc Werks, i drove my car back to NYC a week later with no problems.If i lived in SOuth florida, they would be my go to mechanic shop!

If you own a Mercedes Benz, need service or repairs, and are beyond your new car warranty, do yourself a favor and take it to Merc-Werks first. You and your Mercedes will be well taken care of by Rolsten and Mackenzie. They are extremely knowledgeable and actually know how to repair components rather than just bolt on new parts for the old, which is so often done these days at dealerships even when unnecessary. They charge about half the price of dealerships for their time and zero for diagnostics. I moved down from the Washington DC area last year and thank my lucky stars to have found Merc-Werks to maintain my 1998 SL 600. They have become my go-to place for all things Mercedes. My SL never ran as well as it does today. Thanks again, Rolsten and Mackenzie.

My uncle took his Mercedes, not only he waisted 2 trips but in top they lie and charge for work not done. The only people that lie and are dishonest are you guys. To make worse my uncle is a generous man and he tip the guy that never do his job.

Very irresponsible and they lie straight in my face; they never change the oil or never replace the bottom part of my Mercedes but I got charged. I see the great reviews, the only reason is because they never took the trouble to doble check what they are supposed to do. I had expend $5,000 dollars before in my Mercedes with this company and who knows what else they never do. Never ever coming back to this thieves
