Was going on a road trip to TN and needed some new tires last minute. It was tough because I only had about 4 days before leaving but I got some tires for my f150 and they did a great job. Chris was my contact and he was extremely professional as well as personable. I will certainly be getting all of my future tire replacements and other truck work done here too. As a business owner, I think Chris should be awarded a raise or at least a promotion for his professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Bravo Chris. Chris and the crew took great care of my truck. Suggested what parts needed changing at NO charge.... Had all the parts replaced and went back and was outta there in an hour. Duallys? YES! Bagged vehicles? YES! 24” wheels? YES!Highly Recommended.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business.First, I have them the details of the lift I wanted. They said no problem and told me to get 32 inch tires.After i had ordered the lift kit and had it delivered to me I brought it to them and they refused to install it saying it would be too difficult. Finally they agreed to do as they’d promised. Once installed, the tires didn’t fit. They cut away part of my truck to make them fit. It took three visits and several conversations with the owner.Even after the install, it was making an odd noise every time I hit the brakes. I had to go back to have them fix it.Yesterday, I called about an alignment. They said first come first serve and come early. I arrived today at 7:30 and waited 30 minutes for them to open only to be told sorry we can’t do your alignment today.This place is a joke and they have zero respect for anyone’s time.DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Tire Country installed a leveling kit on my truck as well as mounting and balancing new wheels and tires. I was really happy with the work they did for me. The shop is very busy and many services they offer are first come first serve, so plan accordingly. Don’t be upset if you get put on hold a long time when you call because once you go to the shop you will see why. Their phone rings non stop and there is usually only one person at the counter who has to answer the phone and help customers out who are there in person, so try not to call them if you are not serious about buying something from them or having them do some work for you. Respect their time.In my experience, Tire Country completed the work by the time promised. I had one issue with a shock they installed but they stood by their work and took care of it with no questions asked or pushback. They try very hard to make their customers happy.If you are considering buying wheels or tires or any other parts like suspension components, I would highly advise not buying them online to save a few pennies. I wish I had not bought my wheels and tires online and instead bought them from Tire County. Tire Country’s prices are competitive with the online prices and if something goes wrong, like what happened to me when I bought tires and wheels online, Tire Country would be the one dealing with the vendor, and not you. Trust me, it’s a nightmare to deal with online auto parts dealers when something with your order goes wrong. Spend an extra few dollars and don’t buy them online and support your local businesses like Tire Country. I learned my lesson the hard way and wish I didn’t buy auto parts online.

They took care of my baby very well! She is a 2013 F150! They did a few things for me over time :)First it was a 6 inch lift with new tires and rims!Then got flares!Spacers after the flares!AND they kindly put on a baby grille for me :)Ross is super easy to talk to. Are they perfect? no, no company is!There was a few forgotten calls but no one is perfect! So happy I found this place to make my baby beautiful!They also do free tire rotations, since I bought my tires through them ^.^My dad has also done some work on his truck through them!

Starting going there in the early 90s. I was 16 years old when I met Berinie and the crew. If I still lived in Florida I would be going there. excellent service and great people to deal with. I miss that place!Always a loyal customer,YUNCH!!!!

I have no idea how they have more than four stars avoid this place at all cost. Went in for an alignment, they tried to upsell me on Parts which I know I did not need. Once they where done with the alignment and pulled my truck out, I noticed my hood was open. I asked why and another guy who didnt even work on my vehicle said it was a mistake for the emergency brake. While driving and braking the wheel was shifting now. when I got home and check it out my control arm bolts were loose they never tighten the bolts on the upper control arm. they broke four out of the eight alignment pins and broke the camber caster washers. horrible. This was done deliberately. Stay away.

Stopped in to see if they could do an emergency plug on one of my tires. The staff was VERY efficient and professional; I was on my way in no time!

These guys did a great job on my truck.. . they did a 4 inch lift and tires on my ram 1500 at a very reasonable price ..Chris is the best I drove that guy crazy called 50 times changing my mind . he finished my truck in the time he said it would be done and did a great job at that.. Friendly staff. Great prices on tires and rims. I only suggest you make sure that they are correctly balanced or balanced at all. B4 you are to far from their shop to the where its cheaper to pay for balancing than the gas to get back for them to do it correctly. Called to complain and their response was, the tires are normally balanced before they are put on. I dont know what happened. I know what happened guys. You paid someone to do their job incorrectly! I would not recommend them for mounting and balancing but just maybe on the tire and rim prices.

I had these guys put a 7 inch lift on my 2500 suburban So I could clear my 22x14 American forces with 35s. They went above and beyond, got it all powder coated for me, got the proper Lugnuts in a pinch, installed and aligned it In one day, which they usually ask for two days to do! It looks great, wheels look awesome on the truck, and I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out! They even did a few things that they don’t usually do ( that I don’t want to mention on a public server) That I couldn’t be more grateful for! Really Went above and beyond for the customer, and will be getting my business for all my lifting and lowering needs! Would recommend them to anyone!

If you plan to spend a few thousand getting a lift or new tires and wheels you might be fine. I was referred to them by a regular customer and I thought great, I’ll take it there. I only needed my Ram 2500’s steering rack replaced and the aftermarket wheels/tires rotated and balanced which ended being like a $400-500 job. I made an appointment for 8am. Arrived 15 minutes early and the place was empty. Over the next several hours other more expensive trucks/jobs arrived and every single one was taken in and worked on. These guys blew me off until after 3 in the afternoon and finally got started. They replaced the rack, rotated the tires and I was finally done by about 5, over 9 hours sitting in the waiting room. Then, to top it all off, over a year later I go to work on a brake and the lug lock socket is nowhere to be found. They used it but didn’t put it back in my glove box. Now I’m screwed. No way to get my wheels off without trying to drive it with a stuck caliper to have the lugs forceably removed.If these guys are your buddies I’m sure you get decent work done. If you are a first time customer with a small job, forget it. It apparently isn’t worth their time.

Very pleased with my experience with Tire Country. Bought a 4 lift, and new tire/wheel package for a 2014 F150 and installation. Was new to a lot of this technology, but Chris in the office was absolutely great. He patiently spent quality time with me to help me figure out what I was looking for and translated that into options for my build that I could review on my own time. The follow up service they, especially Chris, have provided since the build has been excellent (didnt know this level of service still existed in SoFla).Id give a big recommendation if you are looking to do and build with your truck or SUV. Great one-stop-shop that so far, has really done it right.PS: they do get busy, so dont expect them to always have a mechanic ready just for your job. But no complaints on wait times from me. Better than any Drs office Ive ever been to.

They fit me in on a Saturday morning, and I was in and out in less than a couple hours for a tire swap out on a lifted 1990 Chevy Suburban going from 35s, to 38 Nitto Mud Grapplers. These people Suck because when I lifted my truck they dirtied the whole interior. It looked like a disaster. On top of everything they forgot to install my center caps on my new wheels. When I left my steering wheel was crooked and it was pulling to the right really bad. When I took it back I had asked them if they got to test drive it and at first they said yes and then they said no. So then they tried to charge me more for an alignment and cams . They tried to charge me an additional 220 dollars, we negotiated it down to just the price of the cams. So now 2000 miles later I went back to get everything re-tightened, they re-adjusted my steering wheel back to crooked, I didnt even bother turning back around I straightened my own Steering wheel back up On my own. Ill never go back there again. I came home got underneath my truck and adjusted it myself. Kind of Sucks after spending $6500 on a lift and wheels and tires. If anyone needs good prices and good quality of work just go to California Customs and talk to Franto. They did MY 2014 Jeep Rubicon lift and they did an excellent job.

I have been dealing with Tire Country for almost 30 years and they have built at least20 trucks for me and there is no shop anywhere that I would trust to build my trucks for me other then them.My trucks always come out better then even I expected and I am a very picky guy !!.I build at least 2 to 4 trucks a year and again there is NO ONE BETTER THEN BERNIE AND THE CREW AT TIRE COUNTRY !!!!!!

First off i have had three lift kits done with guys and they have all been perfect right down to every adjustment anytime i needed to fit me in! On to the reason for this review being hurricane Irma. I live in key west and was evacuated . On my way up i had a rear leaf spring break on my Toyota tundra. With no hesitation at all on Sunday tryng to get back home Bernie got me in and found a solution, being a ad a leaf kit adding more towing compacity and stiffing up my truck to new. Thanks again guys !! Ill never go any where else for my off road needs!

After coast to coast could only mount one and dinosaur tires mounted one for an UP charge !! I went to Tire Country .they mounted my 37 inch tires ..great rate !! Will never go anywhere else !!! 👍👍💪💪

**STAY AWAY**Tire Country had very nice customer service yet the work that they did to my truck was not satisfactory in the least bit. I went in for a simple alignment job which the sale rep said would only take about 2 hours. I said ok, I left when I called back in 3 hours time he said still not done will call when done. No problem shops was probably busy, so finally at 15 min before closing i called again and he said, Ya we didnt get to do it because you have a broken part. That was impossible since the whole front end was redone the day before, hence going in for an alignment. So when I got home I checked the truck and found out that they switched my inner and outer tie rods for used ones. When I confronted them of this they said there was no record and there is nothing to be done. PLEASE I AM TELLING YOU THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS, STAY AWAY!!!
