Friendly staff. Understaffed. But servicing quality has plummeted. Will be going back tomorrow for the fourth time this week, so that they can finish the job. Roody helped me & my Mom out at the last minute. 30 mins before they were due to be closed. they had the 2 tires we desperately been needing available and were willing to do the installation right away!. While other places had been telling us for months the same thing You Must leave your car here and come back next day, which we could never do as we work daily and MUST have car at all times, they still took care of us 30 mins before they were going to be closing up. they were understanding of our situation & they were super quick and very courteous with us with EVERYTHING. All I can say is Rudy and Nick really helped me out last minute. My dad got a flat on the highway. I called 30 mins before they closed and they had the tire available and were willing to do the installation. By the time I got to the store, it was 10 min before they closed and they still took care of me. Not only were they understanding with my predicament but they were super quick and courteous.
Said they couldn’t patch a tire which was absolutely patchable. Tried to sell me a tire instead. Went to Goodyear, got my tire patched for $18. Tire Kingdom wanted $30 something for a patch. I don’t trust them. Also took 4 1/2 hours to tell me they “can’t” patch it. You’re better off going elsewhere.
The staff is absolutely terrific. I feel I can trust this location because I don’t feel like they are just out to take my money. Went in for an oil change and Ruby explain to me that an oil change wasn’t needed at this time and explained to me when to come back. I really appreciate the honesty. I will definitely visit this location again. 👍🏾
Atrocious. Was told 1.5 hours...waited for my truck. Ended up taking 3.5 hours for 4 tires. When I picked it up, low pressure alarm on my dash (technician had to see it when he parked my truck). Got it home and added air to clear the low tire pressure alarm only to find out my tpms sensors were all in the wrong spots and they did not bother to set them....so I fill the passenger side rear and it reads on the driver side front. I wont be taking it back them.

Very poorly run. Why make an appointment if you arent going to follow them. Also tried to sell me a more expensive brand of tire after I arrived for my appointment. Messed up the paperwork too! Left a mess in my car after finished. When I left I went straight to the car wash to have the interior cleaned. Over all just a poor experience. You wouldnt think that a company that has been around as long as this would have this much trouble.
Chris is the man helped me out in a pinch and the crew in back got my wife’s car in and out in respectable time couldn’t ask for better service. Anybody looking for a job too definitely go check them ask for Chris will get you right.

I will never go to tire kingdom again. It was my first time snd last time there! I needed a patch for a tire, the guy said it would take an hour to an hour and a half, it was 2 hours and 40 minutes wait. And, to top things off, after all that time, my tire pressure is still low, they didn’t fill the tire up with air. Another man heard me complain and he walked out after waiting an hour and a half. Bad service, I should have went to Firestone!!!

Customer service here is awful. Told us they would take an hour for alignment at the most and it ended up being over four hours. They didnt even bother to call when they were finished. After I called in twice asking whether or not they were done after the first three hours... Then as soon as I went to go pick it up the employee started being disrespectful when I asked him honestly why he didnt bother calling me when they finished. Ended up giving me a complete lie as to them calling my home number twice, telling me that our home phone is disconnected.. Avoid this shop like the plague if you value your time.

Have went here to get a tire patched and have black wheels and in doing so there is a deep scratch on the wheel with red paint in the scratch which I know was not there before hand. Manager takes a look at it and says since it is not where the wheel mounts on the machine, which there were scratches there as well* he said he “can’t” take responsibility.... like his employee couldn’t of dropped the wheel on the machine, after telling me his machine is red but since it’s not where it mounts it doesn’t matter. He knows for a fact that the scratch came from them just typical not to spend the $50 to fix it for me.... the “can’t” is more like a won’t fix it. So if you do not want your wheels scratched, do not go here. It’s pretty much a guarantee you will be disappointed and it’s pointless arguing the fact.
Had a slow leak and went here because it was closest. Employee went outside with me and immediately said I need a new tire. Would not even look at the nail I tried to show him in the tread. Said I have dry-rot, “not repairable“. Just so you know, all four tires are less than two years old from discount tire. They were rotated and rebalanced before I head out for vacation two weeks ago. Plenty of tread, less than 20,000 miles. I left. Googled again, found Wisnold Tire repair 2 miles inland. This place is a hole in the wall but repaired my tire on the spot for 10 bucks.
In short don’t go there. For details read on. I Purchased 2 tires for a travel trailer online and I had them drop shipped to the tire kingdom store on the corner of copans rd and federal highway for installation. This was the only way to get these particular tires in the time frame I needed. I got a good deal on the install because of online pricing and scheduled my appointment. I Show up on time for my appointment and have to wait 20 minutes for the one associate to finish up his very funny call. Not one button was pushed on the computer or one note taken. I ask about balancing and was told it was not included. I ask specifically to include it. I get handed the estimate and it clearly shows the installation included balancing and the secondary balancing. In other words I was being double charged. This gets corrected. 3 hrs later I pick up my 2 new tires on the rims and also the old ones which will be full size spares. Before I load them I notice a valve stem cap missing and they hand me one. I load the tires in my hatchback and drive home. As soon as I unload the tires at home I realize that not a single balancing weight is on either so I call the store immediately and am told to come back and they will make it right. I load the tires into my car again and I drive back. Once I arrive I unload the tires and it takes 5 minutes to get acknowledged and then a good 15 minutes before my tires hit the balancing machine. Needless to say that didn’t go well either. It Seems like balancing weights are a scarcity because I watched the tech rummage through piles of used weights trying to find the ones with the correct weight. 3 of the 5 weights in my two rims are used. The following quote paraphrases most of what can be found on the subject of reusing tire balancing weights. “Reusing used wheel weights should never be done due to clip retention loss,Once a weight has been installed and removed, the retention in the original clip shape has been compromised and could cause weight failure.” These two tires are holding up 4,400lbs on a single axle travel trailer that will be moving down the highway at posted speeds . If I get a blow out and incur any damages I will refer back to this review as legal evidence when the matter is in court. Get your act together!
The managers here are almost always unprofessional and rude. This isn’t the first time. I keep coming here since it close to me. It’s almost like Tire Kingdom just hires the absolute worse personalities.

First experience was the worst experience. I had never been to a tire kingdom before and I assure you I wont return either. I had an appointment for 1pm and dropped the vehicle off at 12:45. I asked when it would be ready and the service writer wasnt sure exactly since they were really busy but assured me it would be ready by closing time which was at 4pm. The service needed was a set of 4 new tires and an alignment. A 1 hour to 1.5 hour job. I tried calling at 3:30 and there was no answer. Drove over and got there at 3:45 to find my car parked in the exact spot I left it 3 hours earlier. A tech told me they got busy but would get to my vehicle immediately. Sure enough, someone went and got it on a lift. 45 minutes later I went outside to see what the progress was and thats when enough was enough. It was on the lift, with the same tires I came in with. It was at that point I asked them to get my vehicle down and let me take it. What is the point of having an appointment if you arent going to even be close to adhering to them? Even doctors are closer than 3.5 hours off.

Took 2 hrs to do an oil change and tire rotation. Got the car back but the hood wasnt latched. They didnt reset the oil usage gage. I asked them to fill the tires with air but they didnt. Not sure if they even rotated the tires.All in all it was a lousy experience.
MINUS STARS -- Made an appointment on Saturday for Sunday 10am. Store opened late and we were greeted with an annoying chirp every minute or so. 45 minutes later the clerk tells me that the computer was down and couldnt do my oil change but if I picked a time, he would reschedule. He said theyre open till 7pm but make appointments until 6pm. I told him Wednesday at 5:30pm and he said he made the appointment. I get in today at 5:30 and this other clerk says I dont have an appointment at this location, I explained what had happened Sunday and he couldnt care less and said, the sad fact is were not doing any more appointments today with a terrible attitude. Not going back.
Scammers! had 1 bad tire, they took 3 hours before they started working on it, Then they proceeded to switch the bad (back driver side) tire for the good tire (back passanger), and told me i had 2 bad tires that i needed to replace. luckily i came in time when they had both of my tires out and was able to stop what they were doing, they charged me for balancing the tires when they didnt do it. When i complained they just said well ok, so how you going to pay for the tire. If you come to this location make sure you watch what they do or they will scam you, also make sure your tpms sensors are working before you go in, Multiple complains that they put bad sensors just to charge you more to fix them afterwards.
This place is horrible, the waiting period with an appointment was 1:30min before they even touch my car !3hrs later I had to leave my car at this place cause I could NOT sit and wait any longer

My wife had 4 tires replaced and an alignment done. The shop did not lock her steering after the alignment and sent my wife on a 200 road trip home to Orlando in an unsafe car with loose steering. She had to have it fixed at another tire kingdom location in Orlando and corporate and the pompano beach location showed no concern for putting my wifes safety in jeopardy and even refused to offer a refund for the alignment. Horrible customer service and complete negligence from the mechanics. Dont go here!Follow up note: now only after leaving a review we are asked for our information to work it out, you refused to make it right on the initial contact. You should be facing a negligence lawsuit. We gave an opportunity to make it right and you refused. Bottom line people if you read this dont go here!

Very disappointed in the service today. Sitting here for 5 minutes waiting for air to be put in my tires, someone pulls up behind me and they get air for their tires first. They expected me to pull up to the garage myself as well and couldnt tell me exactly where I needed to pull up by garage #, just next to the tires. There is 3 garagaes that have tires stacked. Service at this location is usually not like this, so super disappointed.
After being there for four hours and supplying the parts for my tire stem they installed the wrong tire stem and had to wait another 45 minutes for them to put in the correct stem

Great place to get tires! Nice facility and the staff are good group of guys, talk to Chris Walker the manager or Sam and Adam they will make sure that you have a good experience. Got me a new set of ATRs on my truck and I am picky about who messes with it and they have nice new machines so there are no wheel scratches and hassle. I recommend !

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. THEY misplaced my Mercedes GLK wheel lock key which are custom to each Mercedes with no offer of replacing it.I had called on a Saturday and ask if the mechanic may have misplaced it; they said they would look and call me right back. After waiting 50 minutes, I had to call them because they never reached out. The manager got on the phone and just kept beating around the bush telling me I had to bring my car in. So we agreed on Monday to bring the car in and that he would stay until 6. I arrived promptly to discover the manager had left. I dealt with another employee who basically told me that I should have made sure that the wheel lock was in my hand when I left (blaming the customer, nice!) He offered nothing to us and now because I cant get my brake pads changed due to their incompetence, Im sure my rotors will now get warped. So a HUGE thank you for absolutely nothing!!I am local here and will make sure to tell every person I know to NEVER take their vehicles to any Tire Kingdom location.Please do yourselves a favor and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

My brother STEVEN BOND got a new tire from this place now over a year ago. As the mechanic was backing out the garage he clipped the driver side window. He received my receipt and paid in full for a new tire, was told they would order a new part and replace the scratched driver side mirror at no cost. He was fine with it, as these things happen and felt they would follow up and get this done as he is a pretty relaxed guy. OF course he was not thrilled about having to come back and spend some time to get this replaced, but not a big deal. As stated it has now been a year and after several delays and follow ups, being told he would receive a call when the part was ready, and personally forgetting with a busy work schedule for the last six months no call back or remedy done to the the damages done. He had called again yesterday and was again told he would get a call back, only to never hear from anyone. Customer: 23993505
It was 4 days before Christmas ....freaking out because the storm the night before tore lose my mud flap while driving. I was scheduled to leave for a family trip early that morning... I called tire kingdom and I was told to come in not to worry. When I arrived I was welcomed almost immediately. I explained what happened. The team started on my car almost instantly. They fixed the problem and in addition to that a free battery and tire check . I was out and on the road in no time. The staff was friendly I had to order my tires and come back because they told me it would be 2 or 3 hours for them to come in. I just took it upon myself after 4 hours to go back and was told how they just got here now. So basically to rotate four tires, replacing two warn ones with two new ones it took another 90 minutes to get in and out. I saw my vehicle after they had begun working on it sitting for quite some time unattended as if some other project became more important. Always Auto Repair seems to take a great deal of patience. Nothing against these guys maybe they were short-staffed.
This place is a complete joke. Brought my car in yesterday. Waited over an hour and they never touched it. Had to bring it back at 9 am and here it is noon and it still isnt ready. Rotate tires, balance and alignment. 3 1/2 hours and still no car. Take your business elsewhere. They suck

There are some good workers here but you need to avoid Chris. A horrible attitude that everyone else is compensating for. He is emotionally immature and has no empathy. He walked off and was not interested Im helping me.
This is my 3rd trip to Tire Kingdom Pompano in a few years, and I would never go anywhere else. They have always given me a fair price, accurate estimates and great customer service.We as customers need to be nicer to those assisting us. While dropping my rim off yesterday, I heard a customer yelling and screaming at Brandon who works behind the counter, he composed himself very well with all of the vulgar threats coming from the irate customer. He took his time apologize to myself and the line of customers behind me at 5:00 as the customer continued to call back and scream. Travis the manager is the one who ended up dealing with the customer when he came into the shop, the customers demeanor was abusive and no worker should have to deal with irate customers. At one point a shop tech had to try and calm the customer down, as he walked heavily in and out. I thought the situation could go from bad to worse but Tire Kingdom has a great team here in Pompano.We as customers really need to take it easier on those helping us, treat others as you wish to be treated! AND a big way to handle a bad situation Brandon and Travis!Keep up the great work, you have a customer for ever with me!
I went for a diagnosis and was never told it would be $200 to diagnose my AC! Crazy. Did not want to pay it because they should have told me it was going to cost that much. Will not go back. Spent $200 for nothing.
I had the best experience today. I went in to have my car cvjoints diagnosed, after the serviceman checked he couldnt find anything wrong. He said he didnt want to change them if they didnt need it (most places wouldve said they needed to be replaced even if they didnt) I didnt know I had a bad tire and my filters needed to be changed which they handle. They let me know the cost before they even started any work. I was thoroughly pleased with the service and will return when needed. I recommend the Tire Kingdom at Copans Rd and Federal Hwy in Pompano.

BEWARE Horriable place to bring your car. left my car for a hole day to put a new tire on. while it was their i asked three times to check my battery, they never did. three days later the tire sensor was completed disconted from when the put the tire on and now they take no responability for sensor. take your car to a honest place

I brought my truck in to this tire kingdom location on federal highway in pompano beach for an oil change and tire rotation. Having had a friend in this industry and being a bit skeptical I slightly marked my tires to indicate if they actually did the rotation, and sure enough they were in the exact same location as when I brought them in. So they didn’t even move any of the tires at all, now I am wondering if the even changed my oil filter or even the oil!! I don’t know if this is common practice at tire kingdom or if just this location, but saying you’re going to do something and not doing it just ain’t right! Tire kingdom definitely lost my business forever and anyone thinking about goin here...beware!

I unexpectedly picked up a screw in one of my tires on a Sunday afternoon. I drove direct to Tire Kindom where Chris the manager came right out to review the situation, promptly pulled the car in and shortly returned to the waiting room to inform me the screw did not puncture the tire and there would be no charge! Great honest speedy service - on a Sunday afternoon no less! When does that ever happen? At Tire Kingdom with manager Chris at the helm - it does! I will recommend this location to everyone. WARNING -BEWARE -Most all employees at this location have their headphones on so its difficult for them to hear you when you speak to them. Customer service doesnt look you in the eye which is so strange to speak to someone for an extent of time who will not look up at you.Key problem is managementPoor leadership which promotes a sluggish unprofessional work environment. Not a sense of urgency from anyone in the building. Spent two days to simply change out a set of tires which I provided. Such an uncomfortable setting as all the customers looked disappointed. When I addressed my concerns to the two supervisors they didnt say anything. They looked to just be waiting for me to leave and walk away. This store is close and convenient. Hope they get a hold of the operations.*** Wished this location was still the trusty Goodyear that it was for so many years ***
I had an appointment at 10:00 AM and I had arrived early so I could make my appointment! To have my new tires put on my car and I was there for 26 minutes before they took my car... But my appointment was at 10:00... NOT 10:26 AM! I had already order my tires online and had them shipped to this location. The guy that was there when I had arrived, asked me if I was buying tires. When I had already told the person over the phone, that I had ordered the tires and I wanted to make an appointment to have them put on. Im not sure if Ill be coming back to this location! I was only coming here to have my tires put on and not be question about needing an alignment done! Which Im aware of that and Ill have that done at the dealership where Ive purchased my car from.
I use to take my Chrysler 200 S to the dealership for everything.But once I started to see they were taking advantage of me I turned to a new place to have my car serviced. The first time I took it to TK Christopher Mgr really took care of me and my car. I just took my car in for an oil change and they had a coupon which reduced my price and I was in and out within 1 hour. Whatever I need for my car I will definitely return to Tire Kingdom.

This place is great. I moved to this area about 2 years ago and I had searched at least 3 other local tire/oil places and the prices or attitudes were like they didnt want my business. I didnt think of TireKingdom until someone recommended it. Not only was this location convient for me but Cris and the entire team are great. For example, my husband and I have 2 vehicles which we travel alot in so Im in this store at least twice every 2 to 3 months, no matter what time or day Cris is always here. Wow, thats dedication. This place is always clean. At times I feel they go the extra mile to show and help me understand issues I may have. I can not speak for other locations but this TireKingdom location is the best. They are experienced, dedicated and I always receive a genuine welcome that makes me feel my cars are safe in their hands. Thank you Cris and team at the Pompano Beach on Copans.
I am having a bit of an issue with Tire Kingdom. I took my car in because it was overheating, they diagnosed the issue to be the thermostat after saying a pressure test brought back no issues. So I had it replaced along with a coolant flush. I left and a few days later now my car is overheating for the past few days again. This will be the 3rd time I’ve now took it in after spending $300 to fix the issue that clearly wasn’t fixed with a warranty on the parts and labor that they are not honoring. I finally brought it in today and they said they ran it for 20 minutes and it wasn’t overheating ( it takes several hours for it to overheat ) they stated they were not doing anything else or giving me my money back . So now I’ve paid $300 and my car is still overheating

Save yourself time and money and don’t go here. Get a copy of your quote when you first arrive somehow the prices are different at the time of checkout. When you bring your car in for one problem here a couple weeks later a new problem seem to arrive on the area they worked on. You can tell they get some type of compensation for sales they’re always trying to add on stuff for you to get done that you don’t need. Thought if I go to a real shop and not the neighborhood mechanic I would be satisfied but no. After three times of taking my car here never been satisfied with service or price.

Worst ever. I showed up from West Palm Beach at 6:20 to have a nail looked at in my tire and I was not losing air. After standing there for 10 minutes he finally asked can I help you. Told him had a nail can you take a look? Nope..we close in 30 minutes have 2 people ahead of you. Ok. First and LAST time I ever step foot in that place again I was willing to wait however long in took. I guess they could not spare 13 minutes. Miss my good year that I went to there for 16 years.
Good for cheap oil changes but dont let them touch your tires. When I brought my car to my mechanic he showed me how they overtightened all my lug nuts and that 4 of the 20 nuts were broken.

By far the worst tire kingdom location! The manager in this location is extremely unprofessional. This man was not only rude to his own staff infont of me but he completely ignored two customers that were clearly upset that they were waiting for hours for their vehicles. I asked for a simple description on a price and his respond was to walk away and never return. What happened to the last manager from the other location, he was a pleasure to work with. Great job tire kingdom, you just lost our business.

My oil changes are reasonable because I always get coupons in the mail but the wait time is too long no matter what location I go to
Stayed nearly 3 hours for an oil change, the ac was not functioning, my gear shift was covered in some lube, and my driver side window buttons were pulled out. Ive gone to quite a few tire kingdoms in my time but this was just sad. They were at least proper at their former location. Added to the derision shown, never again.
Went for balance, rotation and alignment. After waiting 3 hours they tried to ring me up but hadnt actually done the rotation and alignment. I know this because I was watching them do the work. The employees were pleasant enough, but the deception is truly astonishing. I took my keys and left quietly. It should be noted that I have gone only to Tire Kingdom and NTB for my automotive needs for as long as I have owned a car (7 years). Not sure if this is a company problem or a location problem. Needs to be addressed.
Went in with a 19.99 coupon for oil change came up to me with a invoice to sign for 75 dollars I asked what that was for he said your vehicle uses full synthetic I said no it doesnt I have been using regular oil in this van for 4 years. I said your trying to sell me something I dont need Im going somewhere else he said ok . I then went to the nissan dealer and got my oil changed I told them what happened even he said that van uses conventional oil. I will never go there again very dishonest the mans name tag said chris. I will also tell everyone I know to never use that location. Also by the way I have gotten oil changes before at tire kingdoms and they never did that to me. I will pay extra next time and just use the nissan dealership.
Gone downhill New Manager Chris is totally rude and dishonest, along with his team. I had issues with my vehicle they lied about what needed to be done. I went back a month later while Chris was off and a different set of employees working. They told me there were no leaks as Chris and the other employees told me there was a month before. They also stated that I didn’t need to do work that was done the month prior.Completely dishonest Manager and Staff. I pulled my entire 19 vehicle fleet from work being done at this store. Do not trust anything they tell you beware.If you have any issues come on down here and be treated with the most excellent costumer service.Ask for Frustlin if he is not available ask for the Manager Gloria.Frustlin was super awesome he helped me with all my needs and answered my questions with honesty. I was able to see him work while waiting on my vehicle and was great with every customer that walked in the store.Gloria looks like you have an awesome team from in side the lobby all the way out to the garage super nice and respectful even the mechanics. Gene has always been awesome in the garage!!
