Excellent experience on our first visit. Juliana was extremely helpful in suggesting different flooring and wall options for our bathroom. We really felt like she knew her stuff and never felt pressure at all. We will be ordering our tile from Porcelana and hope the positive experience continues.

I decided to do a complete tear down and rebuild of my condo, and splurge on a new Porcelenosa kitchen. Aline and Ana at the Pompano store were awesome, helping me through every stage of the process, from the design, pricing, ordering, installation, and follow up.They more than met my expectations, especially in their design ideas. My kitchen is beautiful, and I’m now a customer for life. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

The products are excellent quality but the customer service is appalling. Ive taken customers there in the past and had a great repore with the sales staff but this time the sales woman was uninterested and it seemed like we were an inconvenience. She was not at all helpful and when I enquired about a return she had a couldnt care less attitude. Unless things change I will not be recommending this place to any future.customers.

Juliana the salesperson Oversold me on every product. dishonest. thousands of dollars of SCAM. Manager - Oscar does not care. Sold me 19 bags of thin set at 90 dollars a bag when I needed two. Oversold me on grout. Ordered wrong tile. Waited months. Oversold me on tile. then it was too late to take back the oversold tile. Go someplace where your business matters. get past the next 10 reviews... horrible reviews.

This is the place to buy tiling. I went to another tile store and I bought tile I loved. The other dealer kept changing the delivery date and when I questioned them I got shouted at by the owner, which it turns out was similar to other reviews online!I discovered the tile was made by porcelanosa so went there and my experience could not have been more different... Beautiful displays, professional and courteous service, respect for customers! AND better prices and terms. Go there- you will not be disappointed.

Thank you Porcelanosa! We purchased a vanity & mirror here after a recommendation from our cabinet-maker. We were advised that in a few days the store would have a big sale, and since our project is SoFL slow-go, we said ok but we’ll be out of town then. She said, pay now, Ill hold payment til the sale. It worked great, we later picked up our items in Doral, and will look forward to the install soon by our cabinet man.Upshot: we get the energy back we put out.For those shoppers without local hiring experience, it is quite difficult to get high quality employees. Be nice to staff! Be courteous and come ready to buy or quickly explain you’re just looking. Its amazing that many with poor personalities or attitudes expect to be nonetheless treated like queens. BE NICE!

Worst service ever! ....actually lack of service altogether. We weren’t even acknowledged by the employees when we entered the store and half an hour later still nothing. I guess not every client is worth a trouble of service. And btw, place had only us and two other clients at the time so it’s not like they were overwhelmed with clients.

Called this location after a terrible experience on the phone with the staff of Porcelanosa Miami. Landed on the phone with a very nice lady who was very willing to assist however she could. Very happy with the service from the Pompano Beach location. Wouldnt step foot in the Miami location even if I was paid to do so.
