Not all home goods are equal. This is the third one Ive gone to this week to try to find a specific item. I did find it in the second homes Goods but it was defective. I still love HomeGoods. Major difference in this particular store is that its never crowded or at least the times I have been there and its easy to get out. All stores are friendly and helpful.

I have been here twice. I love the way they organized their goods. It is so easy to find what i need in just few minutes. The restroom is clean and not a long wait line at check out because many staffs working in front. It becomes one of my favorite shopping spot from now

Nice place to shop if you need something for home. Love their toy section with discounted products. They carry green toy brand - toys made from recycled milk gallons, BPA free and safe for little children

Went In for1 thing which I found. Walked around for a few minutes and was amazed with all the nice stuff.

Inventory is stocked as of oct 2020. Tons to see and buy at amazing prices..Loved the new inventory of other countries textiles.

I would like to share my horrendous experience in this store, yesterday 6/18/2021. My sister and I both females in our 20s arrived in this store late evening around 7pm. After walking down about 4 isles I realized we were being followed by a male. Telling myself he is probably just shopping at the same pace we are, we continued down the isles. Upon entering the checkout line, the male followed. We let him go before us on purpose in case which he declined and said he “actually forgot something.” Proceeded with our check out and asked management if someone would be able to walk us to our car due to a man following us and making us very uncomfortable. The cashier responded with “wow thats so odd thats the second time today someone has told us that.” Why did there even need to be a second time ?? In response, the manager said he’s sorry we were followed, refused to walk us out, did not inform authorities, did not even attempt to make us feel somewhat safe during our time in the store or exiting. Luckily a MOM stepped up to make sure we were safe. Guess thats what you get for asking a male manager with blue hair these days. I can only assume he did nothing for the first customer that complained. Absolute piss poor management on behalf of home goods. This manager should be reevaluated.

This is an escape for me.in this time of the pandemic..a sort of happy place my sister and I go to when I come up for.my weekly visits . And everyine.is always pleasant.

My wife love this location. Always more things to buy. Which I dont like it.

Smaller store but better selection...I guess the others are usually picked clean upon merchandise arrival... but dont tell anyone 😎

Really nice stuff they have, At competitive prices.I just purchased a flower pot for $26 when the h.depot charges $50 to $70 for similar merchandise.

Selection are nice for good prices but the employees from cashier to manager are very rude at this location.

Usually, I love HomeGoods and always have a great experience. However, this particular location has an extremely rude sales associate named Carla. I could not believe the way she spoke to myself and even other co-workers. I asked one question about why 2 of the exact same towels were different prices, her response was “do you want it or not?!” in a very harsh tone. Maybe she was having a bad day but that is not an excuse to take it out on loyal customers and make someone feel extremely uncomfortable just for asking a question. She needs to learn customer service skills and if you are that miserable with your job than maybe it’s time to find something else.

This store was great. There was so much to look at. Everything was neat and easy to see. It was bright and clean. This was the first time Ive been there and I didnt have a lot of time to look around but from what I saw... I definitely want to go back.

I love this place. Nice staff, affordable items and if what you want cant fit in your car, they have a delivery service that can transport your items home

Terrible customer service. Manager on duty was even worse. Tried to purchase an item from the day before that conveniently had no price tag now. Manager tried to mark the item up $20. This will be my last time shopping at this homegoods.

I only gave one star because I cant select zero. I brought a small wooden table to the checkout counter that had been written on with a black permanent marker. It had D Y clearly written on it. I asked for a discount because I would need to sand the markings off and refinish it. The checkout person said that was part of the natural features of the wood grain. I asked her if I went and got some sandpaper, sanded the marks off to prove they were not natural if I could then get a discount of half off the $150 (overpriced!!) that it was priced at. She said yes, and so I went to Lowes, got a piece of 220 sandpaper and spent 5 minutes sanding off the D Y. I took the table straight back to the store and the manager (Louis) refused to make the discount that had been promised. This whole evolution took about an hour, the same checkout lady was there. Louis offered $10 off and I declined. I will not be shopping at this location any longer.

I was in the plantation store. The line must have had 50 people. I was in an electric scooter and only asked they hold a lamp and I would come back in the morning. The lady first tells me shes not on the clock then shes says they dont hold items which I know isnt true. Such a rude employee

I JUST PURSHASD A 10 X 10.4 RUG, I LOVE IT. I WAS AT THE STORE AND SEEN THIS RUG, THEN LEFT AND WENT SOME PLACE ELSE, TO COMPARE. THEN WENT HOME AND WENT ON THE INTERNET. I HAD $40.00 Coupons available in my account.Guess what! I jumped in my car and went back to Home Goods, bought the rug and saved so much money. Helped me load it in my car, They were wonderful!!!

Horrible customer service. They give me a hard time to return 3 paintings the she day I purchase them. I guess I have to waust annoyed hour and try to return them in a different location. Ill never come back

Well organized smaller store. One of my favorite locations.

Large selection of furniture. Good selection of clearance items. Overall, one of the largest in the area with a great variety of goods. Located beside the Whole Foods.

I went to shop for Hanukkah but its was very disappointing because its was very poor selection BUT very rich selection for Christmas and thats was not fair because our holiday its 8 days .. I have 7 grandkids and I find 2 gifts...

Basically just enjoy the store and all the different things they have. Everything is never the same.

What a mess. Store was over stocked with merchandise that everything looks like a mess. If a customer was in an isle with a cart no one could get by. The Coral Springs one is much better.

Was looking at something fun and interactive for 6 year old twins celebrating their birthdays on Saturday. Clearance was being reorganized at the time, but did find a selection of age appropriate learning experiences.

Worst HomeGoods I’ve ever been to. Their staff is rude and so not willing to help customers. I’m a regular buyer in many locations, but will not be going back to this one. There should be better training with the people who are there supposedly to make customers buy more and better.

This store is an ABSOLUTE joke. The woman manger has no right being in charge of a corporate store. Does not know how to handle situations. Customer is NOT always right at this location. Will never be shopping here again, save your time and aggravation and go to another corporation that actually knows how to resolve issues!

I wouldnt even give 1 star. Manager Luis is rude . I tried to return a kitchen aid that I paid 249.00 for and he said he was only given me 20 dollars back without receipt. I told him, if I call my bank and get transaction details, can I return,he still said wont make a difference.i called Corporate. I now returned it somewhere else and got my total back. Luis. you need to get some manager skills to be a manager!!!,

I went yesterday look for a serving dish for Thanksgiving. Nope, pride of place now goes to stale package foods. Their dishware looks like a flea market or rumage sale aisle. The aisles are so dim I couldnt see anything. All the stores now feature the stale food, but this new store is the worst. Ugly store, bad vibes. Found an interesting dish from Portugal, which I would have found at Himegoods, at Ross, my new go to store for dishware. Homegoods has become third rate, especially this one, uggghhh.
