Needs a bit more hands on customer service. Busy store and it has everything you need, but the customer spends way too much time walking around aimlessly with no help in sight, because they cant locate what they want. All workers are busy doing other duties and thats cool. But theres really no attention to the customer and that must be addressed from management. If you need help you literally gotta walk back to the cashier and thats not ok. Management is doing a poor job making sure their customers are served. They may wanna consider hiring extra help just to help their customers. I often dont buy things I need because I cant find them, and I get frustrated and leave with the minimum.

The staff is always so kind and sweet. The new manager Miguel is sooooooo great and so wonderful. I’m just so speechless how he goes above and beyond. Best manager I’ve encountered at elegant(or any beauty supply store) hands down

Thanks to the employee Welby and the store Manager Angela and also another manager (which I didnt get his name) I was able to find and get everything I needed from their flyer that I received in the mail. They werent inpatient and the were also kind. I would definitely recommend everyone that needs any beauty needs to go get the items you need there. Also I did get a VIP Member card with just a $10 sign up fee. Thanks again I really appreciate it alot!!!!

I love the rewards program and the employees are lovely... However the wig section is horrible. I usually go for small items but I needed a new wig the other day. I looked up and down and couldnt find anything appealing. Had to go somewhere else but Ill come here for anything but a wig.

So I called this store to find out if they had a hair in a specific brand and length. After left on hold for over 3 minutes, the young lady came back and told me yes they do have the hair in that brand and length available. I drove 30 minutes to get to the store to be told by one of the associate that was having a full conversation about something else with another associate in creole while talking to me, no they don’t have it. I told her I just called and asked if they did, which someone told me they did. She said maybe they thought I asked for another brand. She walked off, did not apologize or offered anything else so I left. I would never recommend this place to anyone. PS: Having said conversation while speaking to someone else definitely leads to giving missed information which is what happened in this case. These people have no customer service etiquette and should not be working with the public.

This location is nice! They carry all the major go to brands for home care with a touch of fashion items to go along for the full look! I took my cosmetology students to this location to understand the products in relation to the book and to sign up for VIP membership because the saving are amazing!

I walked into the store with only a picture of what my niece needed to do for her hair. An employee by the name of Kerrionn greeted me with a smile and a welcoming hello. Her willingness to help was amazing and knowledge of the business was wonderful! She has great customer service skills! The manager on duty that I spoke to was very pleasant as well. This has to be the worse customer service I have ever experienced, ask to use the rest room politely but to no avail, was completely ignored, three of the workers shouting, screaming and laughing out loud, speaking in Creole, no professionalism whatsoever, I asked again and one of them shouted at me, its not my fault I dont speak Creole, Im glad Walmart was across the street so I can use the restroom, this was a horrible experience.

A nice store but very CHEAPLY made products (children accessories) and no, I dont want the VIP card because I already know its a rip off!!!! Employees werent too friendly ither. I will definitely avoid coming here again!!!!!

Took my mother to this location and we did not regret our choice. We were helped by Yvane. She had great patience with my mother and made sure we walked out with something that made my mother happy. The customer service here is excellent and I recommend this place over any of the others. They have a large selection and great staff members.

I moved to this area about 9 months ago and this has been my go to -supply store. They are also always friendly inside.

Had a sale going so i went for my sister, one of the workers asked if i needed assistance and was very polite. They even checked the back for an item for me. Clean store, organized, very nice staff. I would go again and also recommend it.

I went there for the first time last week, and I have to say that set up was really nice. The staff was helpful and nice as I walked in the door. You knoe everyday is different so hopefully it would stay that way.

If it wasnt for Darina, I would definitely have left not satisfied and without any product.THREE people working, the manager busy checking/ updating some list, the other unfriendly and stuck behind the counter. Darina was smiling the entire time assisting a family with two teenagers (one loud and obnoxious, overexcited about the wigs)... there I waited for one hour to get her attention and then finally found what I needed.If it is a busy day, and you cant help yourself, just find a new shop.Thats my advice for you.

This is a new location. Large. Has good selection for jumbo braids but did not have my color. Will be back to see if they have beefed up their stock.

Expensive but they have a lot of options of supplies to choose from. Plus if you by a $10 V.I.P card, you get discounts for a whole year on your purchase. Since the V.I.P card is only good for 1 year.

Gave me the wrong hair which made me miss my hair appointment. I went back to get the right hair and have it exchanged and the girl lied about me being in the wrong and than only discounted me 15%!! Customer service is horrible here and the assistant manager doesnt do her job. She doesnt no the different types of hair and blames the customers for her own mistakes. Worse place to buy hair.. Never coming back

I just left this place new location is on Atlantic Blvd and Powerline in Pampano Beach. The older white lady hair cut in a Bob reddish hair. She has no people skills, customer service skills, and retail experience. I come in and I go to the wigs I scan a few then went to this one beautiful short curly wig. I seen her helping someone else so I didnt want to bother her just to try the wig on. I figured, I have a stocking cap on, there was a mirror and seat. I saw on the mirror a sight that says- just to be short- it said dont sit in the seat to long trying a wig. So Im like well it will only take a minute. Now Im trying the wig on. This lady walks by and ask if someone is helping me. Mind you all, she is the only one helping there. So I said politely no with a smile. She walks off with a wig she had in her hand. Then she comes back with another, look at me and said in a stern voice in front of another customer looking at wigs. Just so you know there are signs in here that says you have to ask for help before trying on wigs. Before I could defend my self I say I didnt see a sign saying that. She had already walked off. So I sat fixing the wig. I felt be little like Im black I cant read. I got so upset I put the wig back and she comes back with an attitude do you need help with anything else. I took all my little dignity left and said, no Im done and left.... This rant was because that could have been handled differently. She could have complemented the wig I was trying, smile, came back to help and then tell me something like hun when if you want to try wigs just grab me its our store policy. Then I would have apologized and continue with her assistance. I have zero tolerance for disrespectful people no matter how old your are. Furthermore, I will never go back to that place due to my experience today.
