Do not go here you’re better off going to any other Sephora ... they are lazy and don’t want to be there to do their job. Good luck getting them to answer the phone too. Shame on you Sephora for even employing people like this

Marissa was absolutely the most helpful representative I’ve ever met in any kind of Retail setting. I was on the edge of going online or in store because in other occasions at different Sephora’s, I’ve gotten judgy feeling comments and so I generally try and avoid it. I’m so glad I went in. Everyone should do their job as well as she did, and honestly she deserves the most accolades ever. As for the store itself, very clean, great selection, overall a extremely pleasant experience.

A little difficult to shop now without any testers and limited stocks, but the customer service is outstanding

Horrible customer service. Two out of the three employees gave me the wrong mascara. Luckily I noticed and walked back in. Took 20 minutes to get something so simple, figured out. Aren’t they suppose to be well versed with makeup?!

I work close to this one and I have gone once, the person behind the register acted like they cant help me, but rather watch me walk around the store. Even when I asked for help she said shed be right with me.. mind you there was nobody in the store but me! She never came to help and I just left and went to a different one.

You can use your JCP card and still get Sephora points. It is convenient but the selection is not as extensive as in an actual Sephora store...depends on what youre shopping for.

I always loved this sephora until they change alot of the girls well there is one she’s rude she doesn’t even care i went two times to see if she help me and just stared at me a was all mad.. even tho she was the one that gave me the wrong foundation...

This store doesnt have enough staff. Only one member on the working when I went. Did not acknowledge any customers that came in. Stood by the register for 10 mins without acknowledgement. But the efficiently rang up my purchase and was polite.

I really like this sephora. It’s the closest one to my house so if I’m in a pinch I’ll go here instead of driving to a full sized sephora. Yes they may not have everything a full sephora would but they have A LOT. I was able to get the foundation and skin care items I went there for. Staff is friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

This store has the worst customer service. I would rather drive the 14 miles to go the the galleria malls Sephora at least their associates are welcoming and will assist you. The store manager of this location has a terrible attitude and on many occasions has belittled me and treated me like I am a shoplifter. To the point, where she had LP following me around the store. With as much money as I spend with Sephora I shouldnt be treated in this manner. You would think they would have an ounce of respect for someone who spends so much money in their store and is a makeup enthusiast. I will no longer be doing business with this location.

Great customer service.

This place never answers the phone. I was doing Christmas shopping in another Sephora and when I was trying to call this particular store to ask if they had an item in stock, they NEVER answered. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were very busy with Christmas shoppers but when I arrived to the store it was EMPTY! not only did they not have the item I was trying to purchase but I wasted my time driving there.

Customer Service is severely lacking at this location. I called this store directly before leaving home & asked specifically if I could return new, unopened, sealed items that were purchased @ the Boca Raton location along with my receipt that was within the 60days return policy. I made sure to specifically use the words “Return” vs “exchange, “NEW, sealed” vs “used”, “Boca Raton location” vs “Pompano Bch”, “with a receipt” vs “without” & “within 60days” just to make sure because this location is inside of JCPenney & not the typical store. The employee who answered that phone stated yes I could as long as I had the receipt, it was unopened & that it was within 60days. I drive all the way there only to be told they can only do an “instore exchange or instore merchandise card.”That is totally unacceptable. I am so tired of ill informed employees that just don’t give a damn & are only there for a paycheck. If the employee is not knowledgeable of their own return policy, they should not be in a position where they have to interact with paying customers & give out false information. I wasted time & gas going to this Pompano Bch location.
