Worst company I have ever done business with. Placed an order in March, was told due to covid would not be available till June, June came and went, called in July, was to be delivered in August, August came and went, now, no return of voicemail, no return of email. Absolutely appalling. I realize that by only spending $3.5K I am not the largest customer, but tell me when my order will be delivered, or at least return the phone call. Just the worst customer service. If I could pick no stars I would.

Terrible customer server. Prepaid and watch them standing around not helping. Claimed they needed two employees to help one customer instead of getting my quick paperwork

A co-worker recommended this place to me as I am looking to redo my patio. They really didnt disappoint with their extensive inventory and samples. The young lady who helped me (I think her name is Elena) was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Great service and big variety of stones

I visited them with a very small order, almost not worth the time for them Im sure. I talked to Sean who was very helpful and took me out back and helped me find the matching stone from their stock. Very good people, I have several bigger projects coming up next that Ill use them for. Also the showroom and driveway are very nice and you can see all their stock in the yard out back which is massive.

We arrived to the place at 3:41pm a very rude lady didnt want to talk to us and send us to the patio showroom to check some options. When we came back (10 mins later) to get an estimate shed locked the door to keep us out. I guess we will take our 1000 square foot patio and outdoor kitchen elsewhere. Terrible service!!
