Very nice experience, just would have liked you have someone bring to clients house to be able to go to my clients house and sell them accessories that would fit there cabinets
These people are mental about COVID. They are not Interested in helping you if you walk in nor do they have anything that resembles customer service any longer.

Extremely rude and awful customer service. It used to be friendly and prices were reasonable but now it is a complete rip off and they act as if they doing you a favor. I will never recommend this lousy place to any of my clients.
No Space For no big rigs at all it is a small place no room to park (bad Attitude )or to back a trailer in a dock

Richelieu is great. We go here often as we are cabinet installers. They are always helpful and have everything we need in stock. Excellent selection and great prices for those in the industry. I always suggest my customer go to look but not to buy. They are used to dealing with contractors and business as opposed to the public. They are a great showroom to get ideas but have your contractor get the items for you.
Richelieu Pompano Beach is a great location for parts for the professional looking to complete a project. They have a robust inventory of items online and a very convenient location for pick up in Pompano Beach.

I have to be honest, after reading some of the reviews, I wasnt exactly expecting to have the best experience buying here. My cabinet builder sent me there saying this was the best place to go so I gave them a shot. I can honestly say they were great to me. They went above and beyond to help me pick out some hardware for my new kitchen. I was there for about 2 hours trying to decide which look to go with, and they answered all my questions. They also priced out over 20 different handles and knobs for me. Sometimes have too many choices is a bad thing. Lol. They have a hugh selection to pick from. I really appreciated the help they gave me even though they were packed and there were only 2 people working at the counter. The handles and knobs I choose were in stock and I left feeling relived to have gotten what I needed. Just one tip. When you go make sure u pull a number cause they can go from being empty to having 10 people in line with a snap of a finger. Thanks guys for the wonderful service.
Extremely SLOW and expensive. As a first time customer I didnt know i was supposed to take a number. I waited 25 minutes in line while 2 guys worked the counter. Then one worker told me about the numbers and tried to tell me I had to get one and wait till it was called. I stayed in line and customers behind me had to vouch that i was there before them. If I didnt need stupid hinges for a cabinet I would have never went in the first place. At least the other employee that helped me was very knowledgeable. He knew his product well. Thats the only reason they get 2 stars.
THE MOST COMPLICATED, WORST HARDWARE STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. FROM RECEIVING THE WRONG ITEMS MULTIPLE TIMES, TO NOT BEING ABLE TO DO A SIMPLE RETURN. NEVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE AND TO BE CHARGED DOUBLE THE AMOUNT.

I am giving these people a star because I have to otherwise I would not give them any. They are HORRIBLE! Horrible customer service!I bought some handles (several different ones to test out in my kitchen). When I was purchasing the items (on 5/15/2019) the sales person said the items could be returned as long as within a certain amount of time (maybe 30 days- I am not sure) and if we had the bags for the handles.We went there on 5/21/2019 to return the handles we didnt want and to purchase additional ones of the ones we liked but the sales person did not accept hem. We then asked to speak to the manager (Zada Diaz is her name) and she was even worse than the sales person. She would not take our return and provided us with no reason (clearly we were within the return period and had all the bags for the handles we purchased). They were not only unwilling to resolve our issue but they were extremely rude! HORRIBLE customer service. If I were the corporate headquarters for this company I would reconsider having these individuals as their representatives. I will make sure from now on to tell anyone that asks me NOT to purchase from this company, not only are they more expensive than most (found the same brand handles at Home Depot for a lot less) but their customer service is horrible.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! Save yourself the headache! HORRIBLE!!!
BEWARE!! they have a ridiculous restocking fee rule. I even if you don’t special order your items it applies!Really use a better customer culture at the counter. They act like they’re doing customers a huiuge favor. If i Could help it I will never go back here again.

The things they have in the store are really nice but the service is not very good. I liked the displays and it seems thy have a lot of variety, but there is this vibe that you are annoying the personnel by coming in. Make sure you go when you have enough time to be very patient!
**AVOID** one of the most incompetent companys (Richelieu). Sent damaged material multiple times and would not resolve the issue. I waited for material that was sitting in their warehouse for 6 weeks because they lost the order number. When i got it, it was heavily damaged. AVOID doing business with this company! They Dont call you back, lose orders, send broken material, they are completely dis-organized and have rude people working for them. Its clearly not just the employees but all the way up because both stores Ive had to deal with are horrible to deal with. Not to mention Overpriced compared to similar companies.
I have dealt with the people in the department dealing with hardware and found them to be helpful and pleasant. On the other hand, I dealt with the people who handle cabinet doors and drawer fronts. I found them to be rude, unresponsive and very difficult. I would never do business with them again (at least no this particular location)
Called about an item that is difficult to find locally and they turned out to be a distributor. Instead of ordering online, I decided to take a 40 minute drive up and get the items that they showed in stock on the computer. I asked if they could pull the items, so I wouldnt have to wait when I got there. They refused and said it wasnt their policy. I had to be in the store in person. I get to the store and wa la, no parts. Wasted a 40 minute ride one way to get that answer. So, I should have ordered online, but decided since I was there to order with them. They said they would call when they came in. No call. So, I call them and get plenty of attitude on the phone. He keeps telling me its been invoiced and I have to keep asking if theyve been physically received before I drive up again. They refuse to physically check, but instead assure me parts are there as the UPS tracking number shows theyve been dropped off. This really isnt a good way to see if inventory has made it on to your shelf. Another long drive tomorrow hopefully wont be wasting my time. Could have had them delivered to my door, but instead Im trying to support a local business. Update..Went today to get parts. Took 20 minutes to find the part in the stock room. I go to pay and the guy says 27.00. I asked how could that be its two 5 dollar parts. Shipping from ATL. I said I was told there was no shipping if I came to pick it up, only if I had it shipped directly to my house. Well long story short they charged 16 dollars in shipping from their ATL location. I later called a manager and explained what happened and if I knew they were going to charge so much in shipping I would have sent it directly to the house and saved the 40 minute one-way drive. The manager kindly refunded me the shipping costs.
Very bad attitude towards customers, it feels like the guys on the counter dont like customers, every time I come here it is the same rudeness and bad attitude, Unfortunely Richelieu have good products so I will have to keep coming.If you dont like to talk to customers, then get another job or make them move you to the warehouse.
