I love this place. Daily coffee and breakfast visitor right here. Ian, one of the managers is fantastic. My morning cashier is fantastic, the creator of my coffee and breakfast, all fantastic.

Matthew was the best manager I have ever seen. He treated me so nice and professional. He deserves a raise what a good person. Wawa is lucky to have such a manager. Ashley is the best cashier ever what attention to detail. Ashley is amazing what a great team. They have remembered my name and made me feel at home. Garryson is also very good Wawa associate I feel at home. My favourite by far Wawa for sure. I have the chicken bowl and its always good. They make delicious food for the soul. Fast efficient and friendly what an amazing crew. Issac and Scarlett was very friendly and nice to me.

I had a simple order of 2 drinks, 2 sunflower seeds, 2 large sandwiches, and a big bag of ruffles. Door dash brings the order that was made by Wawa. Food gets here and I only have one sandwich and a small bag of chips. I call up there and speak to Vernie, a female employee there, who was very rude and told me that she should hang up on me. Didnt want to put a manager on the phone and never once apologized. Finally, a manager gets on the phone and tells me that I can come and pick it up or get a refund from Door Dash. Just terrible customer service all the way around. Paid $21 for one sandwich and a small bag of chips, with two drinks.

Very well lit gas station, easy to get in and out of, good gas prices. Ordering food and beverage was a little bit challenging because it was our first time. From the time we put our order in it took 15 minutes for two drinks to be made. Scale of 1 to 10 the coffee drinks were about a 6 out of 10. Not too bad for the price although definitely not SB level.

Awesome service. They helped me get the right box o chocolate and helped pick some amazing gifts. I totally recommend it.

One of two Wawa stores to open in Broward and what a treat it is to have them here. Even with the high volume they were able to serve up two hoagies in a reasonable amount of time. Very good value, excellent selection of prepared food, and very friendly service.

Chasady always such an attitude when cashing people out. acts like she doesn’t want to be there. seems like she doesn’t really like people. she really needs to get her attitude in check. always in a hurry.

Clean and happening. The employees are all cheerful and helpful. Food service area is clean and kept nice. Coffee is fresh and the pretzels at the register are a nice treat. So glad that Wawa is now in South Florida.

Lately their drink and food prep stations have been closed. I asked why and no explanation was given to me.

Wawa is not bad as my first time going there.Its just the little things I dont like such as no automatic doors in front of store entrance which people are touching the handles,49 cents for a reusable straw, and how the food/drink section dont have cash registers,no place to chill like outside tables to hangout(I guess to prevent loitering),and no bathrooms in sight.

Just had a crazy experience at the New WAWA... Literally had someone almost have a stroke in front of me. Help him out and then ran outside to get a cop to call a Ambulance... Always come to this wawa and they never have lids for the coffe box to go. They always take forever to tell me they don’t have lids and neither the manager help. I was hungry and needed a moderately nutritious pick-me-up that wouldnt cost an arm and a leg. Wawa delivered the food but also delivered on pricing, attentiveness to detail, and overall quality.Id heard of Wawa and seen it in passing as there are not many locations in comparison to other major stores, but now I know why I had only heard positive stuff about it. At the risk of sounding like I am over-sensationalizing, I must say that when theres a world of difference between a product(s) you had been accustomed to for years and one you went out on a limb to try to see what the hype is about, there is no debate on which should be your new preference.I may be on a sugar high from the delicious 24 oz. Blueberry Pomegranate smoothie with protein and yogurt added in I obliterated in sub 80 seconds, but mark my words; Wawa, you are the real deal.

Today is Saturday Feb 27th around 4 p.m. I came here for a Sub and it was prepared incorrectly. I went all the way home before I realized. I brought it back untouched. I asked them if they could prepare it correctly. They looked at me and threw my sandwich away. I got a refund but Im still hungry and very disappointed in wawa. They have been getting worse and worse with their customer service.

Newer Pompano Beach location, well stocked convenience store, staff is usually helpful and friendly. The deli section always busy. The gas lanes are many, this store was really efficient handling gas rush during Hurricane Dorian.

Besides loving their products, friendly service and clean stores, they have been proactively prepared for Hurricane Dorian! The have extra staff monitoring and guiding traffic to available gas pumps for those that need gas. They even contacted the police to assist in enforcing that rude people do not cut in front of others who are patiently waiting for their turn to get gas. Stellar organization and forethought by the company!!

This Wawa located in Pompano Beach and Federal Highway is a great little station that has so much to offer. If you are looking for a quick snack in addition to filling your car up with gas, this is a great place to stop. The selections and the cleanliness of the location is what will get you to come back over and over again. The Wawa concept is really changing the gas station concepts here locally in South Florida.

This was my headquarters pretty much when I drove for Lyft. I have no idea why other reviewers are saying it took forever for their sandwiches ? 9/10 after I order on the screen, walk to the cashier to pay and walk to the sandwich counter, my meal is ready in under a minute !. I don’t remember the name of the older lady that works there during the day but my God is she rude. All in all my favorite Wawa.

Love this place! Clean, speedy service and who cant beat getting gas and a good meal? The service is always pleasant but tonight I want to say an employee by the name of Rachel was awesome! Her presence and attitude was just delightful. Sweet woman, thank you wawa for always being my go to spot.

Im from Philadelphia and grew up with Wawa so when this location finally came to South Florida, I was so excited. Love the coffee and hoagies the best!! And their line of bottled iced teas (or anything Wawa brand) is amazing. They ship everything from the factory in PA so you know youre getting PA goods!! Also, cheapest gas and for the smokers, cheapest cigarette prices.

Coffee is great. Breakfast is usually good, except theyve forgotten the bacon or turkey on my paninis on several occasions. Our clothes always smell like they were cooked in a deep fryer when we leave Wawa because the kitchen is basically out in the open in the middle of the store. Free air machine is cool.

The flatbread turkey was decent but the tall hot manager made my visit worth it!

Waited 30 minutes for two salads and when asked about them was told “oh shoot we forgot to tell you we’re out of salad stuff”. Supervisor at the time (young husky black lady) is beyond incompetent and took 10 minutes to issue a simple refund. I had to sit here explaining the basic 2nd grade level math of what my refund should be. Didn’t even get offered any kind of compensation for my time wasted.

I love WaWa. This one is the exception. These people are not courteous, or focused on customer service. I just dealt with the assistant manager, and I can see where they get their leadership from - wow!!! Most of the time the cashiers are on the phone, and not paying attention to the customer.

Im very unhappy with Wawa. Ive been coming her since they open. Was there for the grand opening. Gas prices arent any better then the rest of the gas stations. Food is fantastic. Only thing i dont like is the jacked up prices for a milkshakes that damn near 5 bucks. When they use to be 1.99 for any size.

Extremely friendly and fully staffed to aid in preparing delicious made to order sandwiches, soups, bowls, desserts, and coffee drinks. Great place to visit and have something different every night of the week. Plenty of parking, and of course, a place to get your gas as well.

My wife and I just stopped by the new Wawa for some late night food. Everything was excellent! Employees were friendly and professional, Brittany went above and beyond! My hard to please wife was pleased!!!

I have been going to wawa for 20 years being from PA. I ordered a hot turkey sandwich. Not to mention the long lines and wait, I received an ice cold sandwich. I have work so I did not have time to go back, only to call. They lady said I must have ordered the wrong turkey. Well considering my ticket says hot turkey and it’s my favorite sandwich when it comes out this time of year. So instead of trying to fix it she tells me I was wrong. This wawa is terrible and I will absolutely never return.

Very large and spacious. Very well-stocked for food and beverages. Gas prices were nice and low. Check out was convenient.

Mel at the cash registers cheery attitude makes my day every time I come in. I love coming to this wawa it’s always clean with fast service.

During the initial opening the service was great. Now its almost like the startup crew is gone. At 7am there no longer are breakfast sandwiches in the displays. The morning crew acts as if an order is an imposition. Tried at lunch and the crew acted the same for a sub order . Time to back to racetrack in the morning.

Being from Philly, we are thrilled Wawa is in South Florida.EXCELLENT freshly prepared HOAGIES and other good food and soups very reasonable price. Wide selection of smoothies and shakes, even Philly large soft pretzels !!

Waiting for food takes a little bit of time but the food is really good. Theyre very organized, they have people guiding cars so everyone can fuel up and leave asap. 👍

We FINALLY have a Wawa in the area. The food here is unmatched late night. The store is pristine, the employees are helpful and the walk in beer cooler is large.

Absolutely wonderful. The food is excellent, the coffee is better than what youll find at other local coffee stores, and the service is impeccable. If you are a Tastykake fan, youll find nearly every variety right here! Its a taste of Pennsylvania and Jersey right here in South Florida, definitely worth a visit.

Heaven for drug addicts. The store is awesome, the products, variety, gasoline, but just the fact that they allow all these losers panhandling IN EVERY SINGLE LOCATION it makes it disgusting. You can’t sit outside or in your own car to enjoy a meal without having one of these savages approaching you asking for money to buy drugs or alcohol. It’s disgusting, filthy, repugnant. One way to combat this epidemic is having ZERO tolerance with these losers.

First experience and it was good. The sandwich came out great and my shake was really good. I think ordering my own food was great.

Customer service was horrible, I asked a food handler to make sure my 2 orders were combined into one order. And failed to communicate with there fellow employees and I waited 20 minutes to complete my order. Please get a more professional person on that counter, who can communicate with other teammates. If not I can take the job.!

I love the MANGO CREME SMOOTHIE! And the hoagies are pretty good as well. Service is Exceptional and theres always someone that can help when in need.

So the sandwich makers here - today (08/22/19) @2:06pm - seems to wasnt to talk to each other, more than, well: making sandwiches. If it werent for their (Wawas) Gottahava Wawa, then they would be even less of a 7-11! I wanted two ingredients to NOT make it onto my sandwich. And as Im there waiting for however long: Im watching them talking and playing, and putting one of the ingredients I did not want on my sandwich, on my sandwich! And then if that wasnt bad enough, they started showing a condescending attitude once being corrected. Smh Again, without gottahava wateva, theyd a Speedway!!

Sandwiches are okay. This place is a dad nothing more than a glorified 7-11 with an automated ordering system. The benefit from cheap gas is quickly nullified by $5.25 gallon milk.Yeah deal here .. rip-off there.

Poor service. The staff wasnt nice nor helpful, register and sandwiches were so slow. They forgot the chicken on one of the two sandwiches. Other reviews are pointing it too. Order process is confusing.

Not up to Pennsylvania standards. Took 22 minutes midday to get large order of 15 meatballs. Oh yeah- only got 12. My kid counted.One time pass for Wawa.

First visit to the strangely named WaWa today, as others mentioned I felt a bit confused as to which section I was to go to, to order a breakfast sandwich, then I noticed people ordering through multiple menu options on the touch screens, all were in use at the time with people waiting behind them.I also noticed a lot of people leaning against the wall down by the made to order area, which being I was in a hurry put me off ordering that way.I just got a self serve iced coffee, skipped the intended breakfast sandwich Id gone there for and got a few more drinks from the Monster Energy fridge, and went to cigarette counter to pay and get out - good iced coffee, picked up my breakfast sandwiches with a second stop at McDonalds.Ill give it a try again another day

Great food. Great prices. Clean location

This is a new location, opened up about a month ago. So far things are going exceptionally well. There are lots of pumps and theyre spaced adequately enough so one may squeeze between two cars pumping gas without much concern. There is also ample room around the pumps to allow for easy navigation during those busy times. Parking is also plentiful as it spans across three of the four sides of the location.There are is also outside seating if youd like to sit and eat before continuing on your way. 4 total tables, each having 4 seats a piece.The self-serve coffee is located in two places. The hot coffee being near the food, with lots of flavors to choose from. There are also flavored creamers as various sugars and flavor syrups to use - all free with a cup of coffee. There is no Wawa brand milk. The iced coffee is located near the slushee and beverage machines.There is a total of four registers, and the location does a good job at regulating when to open them and when theyre not needed. Most lines move pretty quickly.The food station is frequently crowded, but they do their best to keep everyone moving. Quality of the food is as it is at most other Wawa locations, nothing special here. Average wait til varies depending on the time of day. Generally drinks are 3minutes and food is about 5minutes at best. When things get busy, this wait time can easily reach 12minutes.Where possible, its advised that you use the app as the wait time for the automated stations can be long if the customer in front of you doesnt know what they want or understand how they work.In short, the location is thriving. Im curious to see how it will be 6 months from now, but at this point in time, things appear to be quite well.The location is a pain. It was built in what was already a very busy intersection, so entering the gas station can easily be a bit of a chore during busy hours along the street.

Clean location, good food and reasonable fuel prices for cars and boats

The coffee milkshake was bitter and had ice chunks in it. The Mac and Cheese is Stoffers. Dont see what the fuss is about.

The gas prices werent any better than the rest in the past week because we were in the middle of a damn hurricane. Get real.(In response to Isis comment) On another note...Wawa has great shakes and service. They have a huge variety of things to choose from. So happy we have wawa in broward now.

10/30/18- Wow very interesting. A fun place coffee’s Slurpee’s all for .99 cents. A lottery machine for all not only scratch off’s . Busy . I went before my favorite candy. Didn’t know they were from Silly Philly.Fun confusing place . If you don’t know technology your in trouble cause you have to go to a computer and pick out your sandwich. A few screens pick meat condiment bread toasted . I didn’t see mayo or lettuce of condiments. I picked a roast turkey on a Penni w/ guery cheese.Put confusing where do you stand lines all over $1.00 for any size soda and coffee.In my opinion they need like Disney lines . Ooopps I said it . Gas very reasonable

This week, I’ve had it with this wawa location.2 days in a row, I wasted 10mins waiting on a breakfast burrito only to be told that they do not have tortillas.This morning, another 10mins wasted after I ordered a chicken flatbread. “We don’t have chicken.”I only ordered the chicken flatbread because they had taken the breakfast burrito out of the computer.Won’t be going back.I was so excited to have a wawa, finally, in my area. Now, it seems, I will have to go back to the old standard.Disappointed and hungry.

Memories of everything Philly and hot freshly made hoagie or hero. Yummmm. Gas and good coffee is there too.

Great place for a quit bite, always busy inside so if you in a rush this is not your place, staff works as fast as possible but there is always a line waiting for the food. I love the variety of sandwiches in the menu
