I was going to get a 3rd line on our family plan. After realizing that our world option didnt work (but the billing for it worked fine), and after they were unable to get the third phone working, we decided to cancel.Which is when they told us that the activation fee was in part non-refundable. So basically I paid for no service.And today they shut off both lines for non-payment (a mistake on their part as the payment was made of course).They lost a customer and by trying to get $30 extra out of me, theyve lost all lines and a juicy $120/month. How business savvy of them... Not to mention the customer service etiquette of course.

Buyer Beware!I have been with Metro for over 10 years with 4 phone lines. I had a Samsung J7 that got wet and I went to this store to BUY a replacement. The store manger suggested the I Phone 7 because it is more water resistant. I asked to see one but they did not have a display model so the brought one from the back in a sealed box and said they could not open unless I was going to buy it. I asked if it was around the same size as the J7 and was told slightly smaller, I said ok and they began transferring everything which took forever. When I was given the phone I noticed it was substantially smaller than my previous phone. I resigned to try it but after 1 hour I returned to the store to ask for an exchange I was even willing to pay for a more expensive model. I was then told company policy was no exchanges or refunds which I might add is not posted in the store anywhere except the receipt which was placed in my bag. I was then informed the corporate store might be able to help to help me. Which I went to and was told the store I purchased from is not owned by Metro PCS and can make their own policy and there was nothing they could do. Its funny none of this is in any Metro promos or ads. I have pulled my account and moved to T-Mobile who has much better customer service, prices and actually owns Metro PCS.

Bought a new phone here. Specifically asked for the 40$ plan and no insurance, Th sales rep confirmed my options. Payed 100$ total only to get home and notice she put me on the 60$ plan plus insurance. Its not the first time I had a negative experience at this store. After returned the phone for a refund -the 15$ fee, I asked some friends for advice. Everyone that ive spoken to has had bad experiences at this store. Ended up going to metro pcs on Atlantic Blvd and Federal next to 7-11. Excellent customer service, they didnt add anything that i didnt ask for and very friendly.

If your trying to get a phone this will be the place to just take your money theyll put add on you dont want say your getting something at a lower price and when you go and pay its at the over inflated price than what was originally talked about ... Soo my brother got a phone here phone was around 40 to 50$ the low service plan 35$ well long story short the bill was 120$ . I saw he payed to much for the phone and returned it the next day took the 15$ hit thats none refund able from metro and went to the other one on federal and Atlantic Blvd got a phone for him with more gigs 35 dollar plan and great hospitality all for 80 dollars .

I have been to the store twice this week for different reasons. They are very knowledgeable and patient.

I understand you close at 8pm, but if I show up at 7:50, while your music is blasting and you intentionally duck behind a counter for 10 minutes, that is ridiculous. Great customer service, obviously remnants of upbringing in Cuban communism.

Uneducated staff. I brought an unlocked ATT phone to this location and they put a test SIM card in it and said the phone was not unlocked. I ensured them it was. Basically they wanted to sell me a new phone. I called Metro customer service and within 10 min the ATT phone was activated and for FREE with my existing SIM card. Glad I didnt believe their stories!

The woman at this location were extremely helpful. Erica and Katherine really care about their customers. I would drive many miles just to go to this Metro location. They are very knowagable about there services and their phones. Dont waste your time going to any of the other Metro locations. These woman deserve 5 stars for their dedication and customer service. The One Staff with The Black hair&& she has a piercing on the top on her left lip, she is rude as it can get. She doesnt need to work in retail if she hates her job, I hate rude retail members. She has no concern for metro pcs customers. I definitely will b writing a letter to corporate.

Samsung phone $149 advertised. Woman in store says no, must buy upgrade, in a very heavy accent and wants to charge me $200 plus tax. So I left!
