HORRIBLE! this was my 2nd car purchase from them. Bought a 18k suv you would think it would be in decent shape. Driving the car home from buying it I noticed: Horn doesn’t work: Driver seat belt completely broke apart doesn’t work: Right window doesnt roll down: No spare tire: Service starklink light came on: No traction control: DVD player screen doesn’t work. I contacted Rudy immediately was told they would fix the issues after I complete call with the bank. Did that and never heard a word from them again. Purchased 1.5 months ago. Never againUpdate 10-21 they blocked me on social media when I asked why nobody has called me again. They are a joke do not purchase a newer vehicle from them stick to a cheap junker and you’ll be fine.***also know these good reviews are for a free full tank of gas

These guys did me right.He scanned the issues with it and I took the car to my mechanic and he said it was a good car. I also obtained the car fax report on this car. It showed the whole had had regular service every 6 thousand miles from a dealership since it the day it was first sold brand new.What I’m saying is, don’t always believe the rumors. My friend just bought a car from this place and they really screwed him over. The car had body damage that they put what looks like nail polish over. It needed rear rotors and brakes at least a year ago, to top that off it had a front timing cover oil leak which they knew because it was over filled with oil by a lot, they just decided not to tell my friend. They also let him leave on a two hour drive in a car that had no headlights which they also “forgot to mention” If you’re looking for honesty and a good deal look else where. I would give no stars if I could.

So if you need time to think about the car you might want from this lot, you might not have any at all.

Seen a traverse I was interested in. I asked them what their cash price was online. Then I ended up calling about it seeings I wasnt getting answers online. I explained I would be coming from another state to get it. So needed to know answers. When I asked if it came with a warranty. The guy told me he wasnt gonna keep answering questions about a vehicle for that sale price over the phone. That I can come in and look at it. So I let him know that it was pretty ridiculous for him to say that to a customer when they have to drive states to see something. Glad he acted like that on the phone though! Saves me a trip! Theres a million cars with a million great sales men. This place just aint got it!!!

They got me out of my junker car and into a brand new impala that I love. The process was super easy, friendly staff; definitely recommend.Update: overall mostly satisfied from the car. I found out after an hour drive home that they sold me a car with two bald tires and could have had a disastrous trip home. My fault for not checking, but you’d think they wouldn’t be letting their customers test drive cars with tires so bald there are wires showing!

I applied for credit for a 2014 VW Jetta on 7/26/2020, was informed I was approved on 7/28/2020. I made a verbal agreement to come and purchase the car on 8/01/2020. On 7/29/2020, the car was sold to another person. The salesperson did not inform me of this or even the possibility of it. He knew I was coming for that car. When asked about it, he said if we didn’t sell cars we wouldn’t eat. So not only did they lose a customer, they also inflicted three hard inquiries on my credit rating and as a single mother, that affects my ability to purchase a car for my son. Very poor way to do business and totally without integrity.

The staff that answers the phone when you call is extremely rude. I’ve inquired about 2 cars there once via email and the second through a phone call. When I emailed them I got a reply and that was it. I emailed back for more question and here I am on day 4 with no response to that. I called them yesterday and asked for a quote on a car I wanted to pay cash for and they said they would get back to me after he asked the finance guy. Never heard back. When I called today and asked for one of them the lady just told me she had no idea what I was talking about and very rudely said “Thank you” and hung up
